- Sarah (2/5): A great hotel but noise is a major factor. - The location and proximity is lovely. Staff are welcoming. Beds comfortable. I had a street facing room and the noise from the drag racing and music all night until 4:15 am was unbearable. I had about 2 hours sleep the entire night. Between the constant backfiring and revs the noise is exceptionally loud and wakes you up constantly. I wish they had let me know upfront that there might be some noise and I would have gladly paid for a sea facing room.
- Faheema (9/5): Fantastic location, walking distance to beach and oceans mall. Staff are very friendly and welcoming - Love everything about the hotel, it never disappoints. The bonus is the staff that are super friendly and cleanliness is a 10 out of 10. The place is very secure. Convenience, comfort and just an amazing location. Shuttle to the airport was a bit too overpriced compared to Uber and other taxis. Would have liked if at least a section of the pool was heated, especially in cooler weather.

- Tim Rato (5/5): Bad Experience with Booking.com - The breakfast was great and delicious with different options. It was healthy Dealing with Booking.com was a terrible experience....the room was not worth the money we paid especially during the low season. I've contacted Booking.com to make minor changes to my booking due to travelling restrictions....but Booking com refused to make the adjustments stating that the hotel is fully booked which was a false statement ....there was availability as we have checked with the hotel directly.

- Londiwe (7/5): Good but there is a room for improvement. - This place is beautiful and located next to the beach, shops and restuarants. The pool is amazing and the sea view from the pool side is excellent. There is no parking area infront of the main entrance and there is no security by the parking entrance to guide the guests. It is was a bit difficult to find the main entrance. There were hairs of the previous tenants on the floor and our basin stopper got stucked and it was not fixed, we had to let water flow whilst using the basin.

Only 2 teaspoon, no big cups, the bathroom was very small, the balcony was very small and dirty, the porter came after 30 minutes to pick up the luggage.

- Vimbai (7/5): Such a pleasant stay felt like home. Longer stay next time for sure.....! - The room was clean and compact which suited me as I was alone. I had a view of the street and mall. Everything was in working condition. I loved that it was so close to the beach and was able to walk on the promenade and escape quickly when it started to rain :) The towels seemed quite well used. A funtion of high turnover I suppose.

The rooms smell brand new and so is the elevator! The breakfast was filling pasteries with a little extra effort that I liked. The pool area was my favorite! Enhance your stay with ordering the floating lunch/breakfast/snack basket!!! Leak of staff presence at pool area to keep the monkeys away.

- Vinodhan (1/5): I wanted to treat my wife to a nice weekend. However, it was very unpleasant. - The restaurant food was good. We had a room that was very noisy for 2 reasons - faced the noisy street & the extractor fan in the bathroom did not switch off even when the light was turned off. After a long discussion with the lady at reception, we were moved to a room to the 7th floor but had to pay a further R3000. The next morning there was no water in our room. When the water came back on - it was brown/dirty - we could not shower. A pleasant gentleman (Bafana) at reception gave us a room to shower on the 5th floor near reception. He then moved us to the 13 Floor, which was much better. The restaurant food was good. All-in-all a very unpleasant weekend. The room was "executive.". It was anything, but executive. Sorry for the late reply. I did give Capital Pearls Hotel the feedback. Have not heard from them - very disappointing.

There are also plenty of of restaurants & stores and atm’s on the hotel premises. This was my second time staying at this location. I didn’t know they had an old and new side of the hotel until my second stay there. I like the new side better.

Nice breakfast but ..... The fact that we had to eat the same breakfast every day was unpleasant. There was no variety at all. Please include fish, various kinds of polonies e.g. olive polony, chopped ham etc The bacon was really not well cooked at all times. It was hard and dry.
