The balcony view looks out over Jungubatu beach, the ocean and you can even see the mainland and mountains in the distance. It was beautiful at sunrise and sunset! Nothing, it was great.

We enjoyed being able to have a dip in the pool when we came back to the villa. Not being able to park our scooters on site.

- Aziz (1/5): Disgusting villa - The villa was extremely dirty. There was a lot of dust, even on the ventilation system. I have asthma and this caused me significant discomfort. There was also a lot of mould everywhere. We reported this, and although they did some additional cleaning, the place was still very dirty. I have been trying for months to get a refund, but I keep being ignored and they continue to string me along.

From the moment I booked (very last minute!), the staff went above and beyond â they had me checked in within an hour, organized transfers from my previous hotel, and even arranged a shuttle down to the main street. Every single person I dealt with was so kind and helpful â truly some of the best hospitality Iâve ever experienced. The villa itself is absolutely sensational. It feels like home but with total luxury. The views of the ocean and forest exceeded every expectation, and the whole place is just breathtaking. My only regret is that I only stayed one night â but when I come back to Nusa Lembongan, Iâll definitely be staying here again. Iâve already recommended Aquanusa Villa to my friends and family. Honestly, I could not recommend it enough. Absolutely bloody beautiful

L'Ă©quipe est trĂšs prĂ©venante, elle s'est mĂȘme occupĂ©e de rĂ©server nos billets de speedboat pour venir sur l'Ăźle ainsi que les transferts de et vers Sanur. Nous n'avions rĂ©servĂ© qu'une nuit mais serions bien restĂ©s plus longtemps ! Avoir une vue imprenable sur la baie demande forcĂ©ment de prendre un peu en hauteur... il y a quelques marches Ă descendre depuis la rue pour arriver Ă la villa, et encore plus pour rejoindre la plage et ses restaurants, cela ne nous a pas du tout dĂ©rangĂ©, mais c'est bon Ă savoir si vous n'aimez pas trop descendre... et monter !

Each of the large bedrooms had its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always happy to organise transport or anything else we needed. While other reviews have mentioned the stairs, we didnât find them an issueâsince the villa is right near the road at the top, we simply used a taxi to get down to the beach and restaurants. A peaceful, comfortable spot with everything we needed! One of the beds had a bit of a musty smell.

Love to views of the surf breaks. - Great condo out of the hustle, bustle of the town with beautiful views of the surf breaks. Loved the dipping pool for cooling off and the staircase leading to town. Also like the Ohana Beach Club the condo had access too and the free shuttle between the condos and the club. Nothing I did t like. As they say, there are lots of stairs to the rooms and down to town and the beach. You are not in town. It's about a 15-20 min walk. You can also use tb free shuttle or ask reception to order you a taxi. If you rent a scooter, even better.

- Emma (9/5): Lovely island villas with awesome views overlooking the surf. - The villas are lovely, perched on top of the hill overlooking the surf breaks and the town. Loved the dipping pool and the stairs down to town. We also like access the Ohanas Beach Club and the shuttle that takes you back and forth between the villas and town. There isn't anything i didn't like. As described, these are luxury villas with some island funk. Don't expect a 4-5 stat resort. Expect, lovely island villas. If you don't want stairs, this is not the place for you. It's on a hillside with stairs to be to each villa. These villas are also not in town, so don't expect to walk out your door to the beach or town. If you rent scooters, you will have no problem. The free shuttle also takes you into town.

The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa.

It was an out of the place experience with our own pool with views of the entire junghat batu beach and the sea with beautiful sunsets It has a kitchenette for cooking The bedroom and bathroom were top class with good size and fittings. They also helped us with all the bookings like private snorkeling, day trip to nusa penida, hiring our scooters etc. The prices they gave were much better than elsewhere Really there is nothing to complain. We wished we had booked here for longer

Pool and courtyard excellent. 3 very comfortable bedrooms each with ensuite. Lots of day beds to relax on. Bonus shuttles and access to OâHannas to give the family the resort feel missing in a private villa.

Friendly people No warning when booked that there were on going building works on a neighbouring villa. We were informed on arrival that no power tools would be used outside certain hours.. this was simply not true and when I messaged reception things quietened but the issue was not addressed & my comments were simply ignored. Even a simple apology or offer of a bottle of complimentary wine would have gone a long way. Special relaxing big birthday was a bit spoiled by this.

- Leigh (4/5): Large scale construction next door meant that the outdoor area and pool at the villa were not enjoyable to use. - The location was excellent. Villa Bunga is only about 30 stairs from restaurants and the main pathway that links the hill side resorts and villas to the beach and shops etc. The biggest issue was that Aqua Nusa is building two villas directly next door to Villa Bunga (a shared wall).This construction was never disclosed to us at the time of booking or in the lead up to our stay. The website is silent on these works too. On arrival we questioned the construction (power tools, banging and overlooking the entire outdoor area) and we were told it was Aqua Nusaâs neighbours. This was a lie as the construction signage we later discovered directed all inquiries about the construction works to Aqua Nusa. On questioning this massive disruption to the holiday expectations the response we got was highly unreasonable, that there was nothing they could do and to file a complaint directly with Ohanasâs who own the villas. This was an automated form with a response time commitment of 14 day - we are still awaiting a response. Separately villa Bunga is marketed as a family villa, but none of the bedrooms are interconnected. As the living spaces are all open to the elements the bedroom doors are all lockable/ you lock yourself in at night - so small kids (at least ours) couldnât really use the other bedrooms and were rendered to sleeping with us.

- Lauren (8/5): Island paradise Villa - Loved the location of the villa. The view was spectacular and the place was surrounded by restaurants. Just a walk down the stairs to the beach and lots of cafes etc. The place was huge so had so much space to make us feel at home. Great aircon. The pool was great because it cooled us down at the end of the day where as other pools at places we stayed at were to warm. Staff were so lovely. We pretty much just ate at JResto next door as the food there was the best we had in Lembongan. Highly recommend you dine there. Did I mention the view!? We had lots of fun Ohanas where we got a free taxi there and back to our accommodation we spent a couple of evenings there. I would definitely go back and stay there again. Thanks for an amazing stay! There was a lot banging and what seemed to be dragging of furniture all night. nit sure what if was but was a little annoying at times. There really isn't much not to like. I'd read of people complaining about the stairs. That's if you go down to the restaurants but the stairs from Villa to the road were only a handful.

The second downstairs bedroom was a windowless âbat caveâ. No view from second bedroom . Steps either up or down. Donât stay here if you have limited mobility.
- Courtney (7/5): Very friendly team. Waking up every morning to that spectacular view was incredible. It is worth the nearly 200 stairs d - The view across the island is phenomenal. The rooms were large and spacious and the beds are really comfortable. The shower head pressure is terrible.

Kitchen is not very well equipped.

A tooth brush kit wouldâve been helpful and also a sign at the top of the road (and at the bottom of the- where cafes etc are located) to show where the accommodation is. Hard to find. Walk up stairs to find I was at the wrong location / villa. Also instructions for the lock box would be helpful.
- Tucktravel (10/5): View was absolutely sensational. Downside, the stairs to the bottom 150ish. Great exercise for fit. - We had pre-arranged the Ferry and transport with reception. Pickup from Legian. After the initial chaos at the harbor (we used Rocky) our driver collected us, we were greeted at the top, taken straight to our room where we checked-in and a welcome drink awaited. Perfect!

The villa was in a lovely position, but, another villa in front blocked the sea view which is a shame. There is work taking place right next door so quite noisy.

- Ralf (7/5): Good - Good location - not far from the beach and restaurants Unfortunately there was a construction site for a new villa next to the villa, which was not announced, during our booking. The good thing, is that the owner managed to stop the work during our stay.

The two small infinity pools were great and the property was spacious, very clean and felt luxurious. Staff were super friendly and very helpful in suggesting what we might do on the island. - Nicky (9/5): Superb - Awesome view, private pool was great (faces North), lovely decor, staff friendly Be aware that there are lots of stairs to go down to walk to the restaurants (we found a few at the top of the hill too). The bus from Rocky fast boat ferries drops you at the top of the hill and the staff help with the suitcases.

- Mery (10/5): Awesome Villa in Nusa Lembongan - Beautiful villa, clean and comfortable. The ocean view is amazing. Sunrise was awesome, we couldn't see the sunset because of the clouds. Mount Agung was right across from our view, we saw the base and top, but most of the time it was covered by the clouds, nonetheless an amazing view from our room. The pool was awesome also, we were able to enjoy it in the morning before check out. We would stay longer, if we don't already have our flight to catch. The staff were awesome too, very friendly, respectful and helpful. None for us. But beware of stairs.
