- Brock (8/5): 全体的にはよかったです。すっきりとした良いホテルだと思います。 - 朝食は品数もあってよかったですし、おいしかったです。ホテルのスタッフの方々も明るくて、テキパキとこなしておられました。印象が良かったです。 ホテルから歩いてすぐのところに電車の駅があり、交通に関しては便利です。ただ、羽田飛行場からタクシーに乗ってこなければならないという点は不便です。ホテルからのシャトルがあれば理想です。多少、お部屋の値段をあげてでも、シャトルのシステムがある方が旅行者にとってはありがたいですね。

- Shihomi (8/5): 最高です。 - 空港から近い駅の側で利便性はいいと思う。 施設もとても綺麗で、水回りもきちんと掃除が行き届いてる感じが汲み取れました。 スタッフさんは外国人の方もいらっしゃったけど、流暢に日本語を話され丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。 チェックイン前に一旦荷物のみ預けに行きましたが、快く預かってくれたので助かりました。 朝からのみになりますが、空港まで送迎してくれるのもポイント高いです。 朝食が美味しいと口コミを見たのですが、残念ながら食べる時間もなく… 次回利用させてもらう時は朝食付きプランで予約したいなと思いました。 駅から近いのですが少し路地に入らなければならず、夜中にホテルに戻ったので路地に怖さをほんの少し感じました。 路地に入るといっても、距離的にはそんなにないので私が敏感に感じてしまっただけだとは思います。

- MASAAKI (6/5): - 設備は問題なし 駅から近いはずなのに、ビルにふさがれて看板が全く見えない。駅にある地図の表示にも出てこないため、駅前にもかかわらず、寒空の中30分以上もさまよった。エクスプレスチェックアウトができないため、時間が差し迫った時に飛行機に送れるリスクがある。シャトルバスの時刻が悪く、第一ターミナル利用時には使い勝手が悪い。折角設備やロケーションがよいのに、運営面での問題から台無しになっている。

- FENG (9/5): 挺好的，适合过渡停留一晚 - 就在车站出口对面，去市区也非常方便，酒店有免费机场送达服务，15 分钟左右就可以到达羽田T3，洗衣房只有 2 台付费的一体式洗衣机，洗衣加烘干的时间大概需要 2 小时，需要规划好时间

- Yu (10/5): - Very close to the Haneda airport, we had a flight cancellation due to heavy snow and they were able to accommodate us an extra night in the same room as we didn’t have the information of our next flight. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Ottima posizione quindi per chi l'indomani deve prendere un volo. Gli orari della navetta sono 4.10, 5.10, 6.10, 7.10, 8.10 e 9.10. Quest'ultimo quindi è l'ultimo orario disponibile per farsi accompagnare in aeroporto. Altrimenti dovete spostarvi in autonomia con la metro o chiamando un taxi.
