- Alina (10/5): Exceptional - We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in Panorama in March, 2024: the stunning mountain views our room offered, the heartwarming hospitality of the hostess, the comfort of the accommodations - the spaciousness of the rooms as well as the softness of the bed. What's more - the location of the hotel provided effortless access to the natural wonders of Zakopane region - the hiking trails are within a walking distance: a perfect place to stay.
- Robert (9/5): Outstanding location, very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, spectacular view of mountains - The breakfast was excellent. Sasha cooks some amazing scrambled eggs! There is a high pitched noise that comes and goes throughout the night from something in the ceiling (maybe related to the heating system). It made it a little difficult to sleep.
- Μπλου (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was super!!They upgraded us to the best room with the best view after our request and they did it for free!The view was breathtaking!Dorotka was always helpful and kind as was Oksana,too.The breakfast was very nice!Clean, perfect room, the beds are so comfy,they have everything!Piotr kindly proposed to take us to Krakow by his car in order to avoid bus, and he was very helpfull as well!We felt like home in Panorama Premium!I recomment 100%!!!!!!

We had problems with car and owner helped us out with every issues. Room is clean and comfortable. Vey great breakfast, as well as sauna in first floor. - Oleksandr (8/5): Hotel room with mountain view - Beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Warmth in the room. Room is clean. There's free parking. It is possible to regulate the room temperature. Champagne as a present. It is possible to order lunch and dinner. There is a good restaurant nearby. A little water from the shower got on the floor. The seal needs to be replaced. The socket is only on one side of the bed. There is no jacuzzi in the hotel. But the view from the window outweighed the cons.
