- Stewart (10/5): Ideal, great hotel, great service,great location. - The staff, everytime I had an interaction exceeded my expectations. They made me feel like they wanted me to be at Hotel Kuu. The hotel's location was beyond ideal, close to everything, transportation ( trains, buses, taxis),and sights and food. The onsen-wow it was my first experience and it was a pleasure. The roof top view and seats were great. Again I can not say enough how great the staff was in every aspect I had with them. The only thing was that since our room faced west-the sun was hot and it took a little longer for the aircondition to cool the room.

The room was very nice, and the Onsen was a wonderful add with clear information on how to use. The temple right across the street is worth visiting as well! We felt welcome and all was convenient. - Marko (10/5): Schönes kleines Hotel, nahe am Bahnhof, mit Onsen - Gute Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Kyoto Station, auch Bushaltestelle direkt nebenan. Schöner Onsen, sehr gutes Frühstück. Täglich morgens ein kostenloser Shuttle-Bus zu den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten. Großes Zimmer, gute Betten, ruhig - es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!
- wada (9/5): また京都に行く時は了解したいと思うホテルでした - 朝食は和食、洋食とあり良かったです。また朝からお寿司があって子供が喜んでいっぱい食べてました。 京都タワーや駅にも近いのでお土産を買いに行くのに歩いて行ける距離ですごく便利でした。 私がタバコを吸う人なので喫煙所が雨が降ると濡れてしまう場所でまた狭く2人入ると一杯になってしまうのでそこを改善してもらえたら嬉しいです。 あと、泊まったお部屋から東本願寺が夜になるとライトで照らされてキレイなのですが、この時期でしょうがないかもしれませんが外の窓ガラスの汚れがすごくてせっかくの夜景があまり綺麗に見れなかったのは残念でした。

- Ilaria (8/5): Il Giappone, nel suo insieme, è un mondo che, se appena appena si può, è assolutamente da scoprire. - posizione OTTIMA! a due passi dalla stazione quindi comodissima per gli spostamenti. Bella la onsen, l'ho utilizzata un paio di volte. Se proprio devo trovare un pelo nell'uovo avrei preferito che nella onsen e in camera, oltre ai prodotti, ci fosse anche una crema corpo. Specialmente dopo la onsen e dopo la doccia è indispensabile. Ho trovato ottimo il fatto di trovare a disposizione spazzolini da dentoi, rasoi per la barba, elastici per capelli, pettini/spazzole ed altri prodotti utili. Ho trovato molto utile la possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice per il bucato. Viaggiando in 3 ci hanno messo un futon in una parte di stanza che era l'unico spazio libero. Così tra noi e i bagagli non ci si poteva più muovere. Questo è stato molto scomodo

- Michael (7/5): Gut gelegenes und angenehmes Hotel, aber in einigen Punkten verbesserungsfähig - Gute Lage unweit des Bahnhofes, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung; freundliches Personal und Service; sauber Die Frühstückssituation ist insbesondere beim Start um 7 Uhr prekär; der Raum an sich zu klein; der Buffetbereich viel zu eng; die Lebensmittelbehälter sind viel zu klein, so dass dauernd nachgefüllt werden muss (z.B. Joghurt); das Personal ist hoffnungslos überfordert, unstrukturiert und unorganisiert; nur eine Kaffeemaschine, die für so viele Gäste nicht ausreicht; hier gibt es viel Verbesserungspotential!

Le personnel était très agréable et a répondu à toutes nos questions avant notre arrivée ou pendant le séjour. Nous souhaitions faire transférer nos bagages au prochain hôtel et le personnel s'est chargé de tout ce qui nous a grandement facilité la tâche. L'hôtel est très joli d'extérieur et sympathique à l'intérieur, plus typique. Les chambres sont un peu petites, sans valise c'est ok mais pour deux personnes nous ne pouvions avoir les valises ouvertes. Malgré tout nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et pour le reste les chambres étaient très bien. Mon compagnon a essayé le bain pour les hommes et en a été ravi. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner, très bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Attention salle un peu petite donc potentiellement pas de place à votre arrivée. Nous y sommes allés vers 8h30 et nous n'avons pas attendu. Le distributeur de boisson et le micro-ondes à disposition sont très pratiques. Aucun bruit à signaler pendant notre séjour. L'emplacement est très bien lorsque vous avez besoin d'aller à la gare souvent ce qui était notre cas (10 min à pied environ selon votre rythme), un temple magnifique juste en face, et plusieurs arrêts de bus/métros proche qui vous permettent d'arriver dans le quartier de Gion rapidement (environ 15-20 min de bus selon la circulation). Chambre un peu petite pour 2 personnes avec valises mais n'ayant eu nos valises qu'un 1 soir sur 3 cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.

Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Kyoto, davanti al tempio Higashi Hongan-ji, molto bello, ma stranamente meno visitato di tanti altri. Camere pulite, grandi il giusto, silenziose e dotate di tutto il necessario. L’onsen era buono, anche se ce ne sono di meglio. La colazione è abbastanza varia, fortunatamente non solo salata. L’hotel mette a dispozione un pullman per le varie attrazioni della città. ありがとう Nulla, per l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo andava tutto benissimo.

Camas comodas La limpieza, no era buena en la habitación. Muebles muy viejos No limpiaban a diario y había pocos detalles de bienvenida. El onsen no lo usamos, porque siempre estaba lleno y no respetaban la norma de vestimenta. Había gente con bañador. Falta control o sistema de reserva, sobre todo después de pagar la mejor suite 4 noches..

Breakfast staff are incredibly welcoming and polite, but perhaps too focused on welcoming people rather than keeping the breakfast area topped up, I had to ask for refilling a number of occasions.

Wir haben die Waschmaschine genutzt 👍 beim Frühstück war für Allergiker (Gluten) wenig Auswahl, aber alle Allergene an den Speisen ausgewiesen 👍

- John (10/5): Excellent stay, good location for the Kyoto railway station, would certainly return - We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception staff who spoke to the voice activated robot on the reception counter who then performed a variety of dances which delighted us 🤣🤣. The room was on the small side and we struggled with storage space for our cases. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not many vegan choices for breakfast, although the staff tried to help and the chef explained all of the options.

- Lynette (6/5): We had a lovely stay at this Hotel. - Our room overlooks the Temple. Incredible really. We utilised the Public Bath every night. The breakfast had many various choices. The proximity to Kyoto Station & Sky Tower. Bus services close by were easy to navigate Only fault was the USB ports did not work on all sites
- Sandra (10/5): - Die Lage ist super, weil es dicht zum Bahnhof, Einkaufszentren und Restaurants liegt. Außerdem ist genau geraderüber ein großer wunderschöner Tempel. Trotzdem ist es eher eine ruhige Straße, was angenehm ist. Es ist ein kleines Hotel und daher nicht so voll. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen! Das Frühstück ist zum Großteil lokal und sehr lecker! Um die Ecke gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Im Hotel gibt es einen tollen Onsen. Ein großes Plus ist auch der hoteleigene kostenlose Shuttel-Bus zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen!
