• Juliane (10/5): Wir würden wieder kommen - Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage war gut (10min von Old-Town entfernt) und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch ausreichend. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war super!

He helped us with absolutely everything during our time in Chiang Mai, from organizing a great itinerary to even helping us order delivery food. He was always attentive, helpful and genuinely caring, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The accommodation was excellent, but what truly made the experience special was the warmth and dedication of the host. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

We only booked for two nights but stayed almost a week, whilst arriving without any expectations nor plans. The recommendations for our trip were perfect and we would follow blindly. We visited recommended places by the owner in and around Chiang Mai that were really beautiful and less touristy.
• valentina (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo - Struttura piccola e accogliente, camere basic con tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e carino. Se come noi hai noleggiato l’auto per spostarti in autonomia senza dover per forza fare dei tour organizzati, ti consiglia tantissimi posti non turistici e davvero meravigliosi. Se devo fare la pignola, la colazione secondo me andrebbe leggermente rivista, è vero che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, ma al mattino è disponibile solo il caffè, quindi se non bevi quello non hai nient altro da bere, anche solo un succo migliorerebbe di gran lunga tutto. La colazione è formata da uova, salsiccia e frutta.

• Katrin (9/5): Das Kittawan ist ein kleines Idyll abseits vom großen Trubel - Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste, ist bei allem behilflich und gibt täglich Ausflugstips. Das Frühstück war etwas bescheiden.

• Maria Isabel (8/5): We wasted many hours every day on transportation to and from everywhere. - A comfortable room, very clean, owner super helpful and kind, place outside very nice and quiet. Location was terrible. I thought we would just take 7 minutes to get to Chiang Mai's old town - it was actually a wait of 30 to 50 minutes every time. We almost missed the flight because the car we reserved to pick us up cancelled and getting a car to get to this place takes very, very long time. I would not go again here unless you go with your own car. Other than that, the place is absolutely great.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes équipées. L’emplacement n’est pas très loin du centre, se fait en Grab très facilement pour environ 0,80€/ trajet.

• Hugo (9/5): - Peaceful and relaxing hotel, 15mn from downtown by motorbike. The hotel is pretty small and very cosy so it creates a nice family mood, there is a beautiful pound and shared area with koi fish. The room was nice and the host is amazing. He adviced and shared some spots and locations that really matched our attends. We will definitely comeback and recommand the place !
• Chris (8/5): Fijn verblijf - Het is een rustig plekje met wat groen, terwijl je toch in de stad zit. Een goede plek om alle kanten op te gaan om de stad en omgeving te bezichtigen. De eigenaar heeft veel informatie en denkt goed mee tips over wat je kunt bezoeken.

• Jordan (10/5): Great place! - Very relaxed and ambient place to stay just outside the centre of Chiang Mai. Non was an exceptional host who helped me plan a few of my free days so I made the most of my time in the area. If you prefer a quiet place to unwind, I recommend staying here.
• Alicia (10/5): Petit séjour zen - Le petit jardin très zen. L'amabilité et la disponibilité du propriétaire. Il nous a énormément conseillé sur notre programme de visite, ses recommandations sont super. Son chat qui est adorable et dont il prend soin (oui le chat est parfois attaché mais c'est pour sa propre sécurité, car en Thaïlande les rues sont dangereuses pour les animaux, alors s'il vous plaît ne jugez pas négativement). Des places faciles pour se garer juste devant. Notre chambre sentait l'humidité, il fallait l'aérer à chaque retour dans la chambre. Mais cela ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé.
• Silke (8/5): - Non, der Besitzer der Unterkunft hat sich hervorragend gekümmert, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sogar einmal zu einem Wanderweg gefahren. Er war jederzeit transparent bezüglich der möglichen Preise für Aktivitäten und Fahrkosten. Außerdem sprach er sehr gut englisch. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es hätte in den Zimmern noch 2-3 Möglichkeiten zum Ablegen und Aufhängen von Kleidung, Handtüchern und Dingen haben können. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter.

• Yona Peama (7/5): - מקום מקסים, שקט יחסית מרוחק מלב העיר, נסיעה של 10 דק לשוק לילה ולעיר העתיקה עוד קצת. בחדר יש כל מה שצריך, שירותים פרטיים מקרר קטן. נון המארח ממש נחמד ואדיב מספק מים לשתייה בחינם, הציע לנקות לנו את החדר כל יום. סך הכל היינו אצלו 5 לילות והיה אחלה ממש חשוב לדעת שאין יותר מדי בתי קפה ומסעדות במרחק הליכה, זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון.. נון מציע ארוחת בוקר בחינם בין השעות 7:30-9:30 הוא עזר לנו בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים אחד המארחים היותר נחמדים שפגשנו.

Struttura accogliente e dotata del necessario, anche di un microonde. Niente. Solo qualche suggerimento sulla stanza che poteva essere curata un po' di più nonostante sia funzionale . Qualche difficoltà con le prese elettriche che pur essendo adatte per gli apparecchi europei, non erano del tutto compatibili. Siamo comunque riusciti ad usarle

• M (10/5): MOLT RECOMENABLE - L'atenció del propietari que porta l'allotjament és excel.lent. És molt amable, atent, servicial i ajuda en tot el que pot. Sempre es mostra disponible per ajudar i escoltar les teves necessitats. Ens ha recomanat llocs a visitar, curs de cuina, transports,... sempre atent a tot, ens ha ajudat en tot i més! Moltíssimes gràcies per tot!!! Les instal.lacions són molt netes i agradables. L'entrada amb el jardí japonès és molt acollidora. També el silenci que hi ha allà, s'està molt tranquil.

Die außenanlage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Frühstück wurde auf unsere Wünsche hin zubereitet :-) Der Besitzer der Unterkunft hat uns wertvolle Tipps über Unternehmungen gegeben, Unternehmungen für uns gebucht und organisiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und sollten wir nochmal nach Chiang Mai kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen! Es gab nichts.

The host was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay here the highlight of our trip to Thailand. The stay was so stress-free because our host helped us plan out our days in Chiang Mai and his friendliness and helpfulness honestly made it feel more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Chiang Mai.

• Jana (10/5): Great stay! The hotel owners are extremely helpful in anything one might need. - Everything was great. Staff is the most helpful. A few months ago I had an issue booking a train ticket and the hotel owner went to the train station to figure out why I was having an issue booking my tickets. That helped us out so much! He also gave us tips on where to visit. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, bottled water provided daily. Great stay!

La chambre est confortable, le lit parfait.le service est vraiment génial et le personnel répond à toutes vos demandes Il faut prévoir des taxis pour se rendre à la vieille ville car même si ce n'est pas loin,il n'y a que peu de trottoir à pied.Mais c'est un choix si l'on veut profiter de la tranquillité de l'hôtel . • Alicia (10/5): Hôtel charmant et gérants adorables - Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Kittawan Home and Gallery. La terrasse et le jardin de l’hôtel respirent le calme et la sérénité et vous dépaysent à coup sûr. Le point fort de cet hôtel est la gentillesse et l’hospitalité du gérant qui est toujours à l’écoute et prévenant. Il nous a notamment conseillé et réservé plusieurs activités à Chiang mai qui étaient toutes inoubliables. Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus.

• Maximilian (10/5): Ruhige Oase in Chiang Mai - Das Kittawan ist eine wunderschöne Garten-Oase im Gürtel von Chiang Mai. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und deutlich größer, als es auf den Bildern rüberkommt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die typisch lockeren Steckdosen für europäische Geräte haben uns keine großen Probleme mit etwas Kreativität bereitet. Im Garten kann man sich zu jeder Zeit hinsetzen, dieser ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Host ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, unterstützt jederzeit und von sich aus bei der Tagesplanung wenn man es möchte und erledigt auch entsprechende Buchungen für einen. Dass das Frühstück täglich identisch war, stellte für uns gerade aufgrund des günstigen Preises keinen Kritikpunkt dar. Hinsichtlich der Lage muss man sich bewusst sein, dass der Fußweg in die Innenstadt an einer recht unangenehm zu laufenden Hauptstraße entlangführt. Ein Grab - Taxi kostet aber nicht viel. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem außergewöhnlich netten und hilfreichen Host.

• Manon (10/5): Magnifique - Nous avons tout aimé. De la gentillesse de Non à la beauté du lieu et son confort. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, la chambre spacieuse, calme et climatisée. Je recommande vivement la Kittawan Home & Gallery et nous avons déjà hâte de revenir passer un séjour dans ce havre de paix.

• Javier Alberto Cotrina (10/5): The Best Host and a Perfect Location! - What a fantastic find! What makes this place so special is, without a doubt, the manager. He is the most attentive and helpful person I've met. He goes above and beyond for his guests, always with a smile and ready to help with anything. He gave us the best tips for our tours and made sure we were comfortable at all times. An absolute gem! The hotel itself is charming. It has a garden that looks like it's straight out of a fairytale—a peaceful little corner in the middle of the city. And the location is just perfect, a stone's throw away from everything you need to see. If you're looking for personalized service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a location that's close to everything, this is your spot. 100% recommended!

• Orazio (10/5): - Abbiamo.soggiornato presso questa struttura dal 26 giugno al 1 luglio 2025, è stato tutto perfetto. I proprietari ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, forse anche meglio..camere spaziose e pulite, il proprietario ci ha consigliato svariate attività che sono state tutte piacevoli e appaganti..in un paio di volte si è prodigato per accompagnarci direttamente lui verso il centro della città, anche se con una camminata di 10/15 minuti ci potevamo essere...sono stati gentili anche quando dovevamo andar via la mattina presto per prepararci la colazione anche prima dell'orario indicato..molto apprezzato.. struttura super consigliata!!
