Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, sehr einladend und gemütlich alles. Die Kellnerin war ein wenig streng und schroff aber sonst alles in Ordnung

Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Matratzen und Kopfkissen könnten gern mal ausgetauscht werden.

- Guest (8/5): Bien - Les femmes à l'accueil très gentilles. Partant tôt le matin, ils nous ont fait des déjeuners à emporter. Les extérieurs très jolie. L'eau du jacuzzi n'était pas assez chaude et le hammam n'était pas en fonction. Pas d'eau chaude dans les distributeurs d'eaux. Et pour le renvoie de mon téléphone que j'ai oublié, le personnel à qui j'avais à faire n'était pas très compréhensible. Il n'a pas pris le temps de m'aider à comprendre pour la démarche précise à faire car c'était par une application point barre.

Ottimo servizio di massaggi e Spa, con personale molto gradevole. Ristorante con cucina veramente ottima, pizza al di sopra delle aspettative e servizio top. Alcuni dettagli fastidiosi, come la porta della doccia che non si chiude del tutto e la porta scorrevole della seconda camera da letto dura e rumorosa. Letti molto comodi. Attenzione al pagamento con carta perché la struttura applica una maggiorazione del 8% sul totale se pagate con valuta in euro, attribuiscono la responsabilità al vostro istituto finanziario e non rimborsano. - Jasper (7/5): Not living up to its potential - Wellness The wellness has potential, it has a pleasant layout and everything you may need. BUT.... In the sauna area, swimsuits are required. As such proper sauna etiquette is not followed. Expect people with phones and slippers INSIDE the sauna. Likewise people do not really sit on towels and the benches get drenched with a mix of sweat and chlorine water from the jacuzzi. And it shows, the benches were in poor condition and should be replaced entirely. There are jagged edges that are not properly sanded, the benches are angled and planks are loose. There are no clocks, no thermometer, no hydrometer, no timers inside the sauna. The shower does not have shampoo or soap to wash yourself in the dressing room. Very cheap things they can easily add. All of this is such a shame, for sauna enthusiasts I do not recommend it. Hotel room The room was big, but we were based in 'the basement', we had literally no view whatsoever. The room does not come with any real amenities such as tea and coffee. The bathroom was pretty good, but the showerhead leaked a lot. There is no complementary water in the room either. You have to get it from the hallway. And because we were in the basement, that's an elevator two floors up, and walking 2 minutes to the other building or the restaurant area to get it. Restaurant The restaurant was cosy. The staff was nice and the food was good as well. It shows with visitor's from outside the hotel as well. Definitely recommended. Overall I think this place is not living up to it's potential. It looks nice, is in a pleasant area and on paper it has everything you may want to ask for. It just isn't quite there and requires some investment to modernize. -Saunas need improvement -Room didn't have everything you would normally expect

- Wioletta (7/5): Tak sobie.... - Dobra lokalizacja. Pomimo tego iż hotel mieści się przy głównej ulicy nie odczuwało się tego. Blisko jest piękny park gdzie można wyjść z psem na spacer. Śniadania smaczne i jest w czym wybierać. Panie kelnerki przemiłe i zawsze uśmiechnięte dziewczyny które dbały o to aby niczego nie brakowało. Czajnik elektryczny w pokoju był popsuty. Nie wyłączał się i nagrzewala się rączka , trzeba było zabezpieczyć dłoń aby się nie poparzyć. Pani w recepcji powiedziała że tak ma być. Pracownicy w restauracji ogólnie uprzejmi jednak czas oczekiwania na zamówienie przy pełnej sali był znacznie krótszy niż gdy byliśmy w niej sami. Nie wiem dlaczego tak było. Natomiast panie w recepcji chyba pracują za karę a nie dlatego że lubią tą pracę. Wyraz twarzy mówił sam za siebie. Kończąc pobyt słowami do widzenia i że bardzo dziękujemy, pani siedząc odburknęla do widzenia.... Co istotne , hotel przyjazny zwierzętom gdzie doba kosztowała 100 zł nie ma pojemników na odchody. Więc gdy piesek się załatwił trzeba było je zabrać ze sobą do pokoju. Koszy na śmieci również na terenie ani w środku obiektu nie ma . W pokoju trzy osobowym jest dostawiony rozkładany fotel , który strasznie piszczy a szczególnie w nocy jest to bardzo uciążliwe. Trzeba pomyśleć o tym aby go wymienić.

- Nancy (8/5): Koninklijke lokatie! - Pand uitstraling is wauw, kamers ruim en bedden fijn. Goed restaurant erbij! 3persoonskamer bleek zeer slechte slaapbank voor 3e persoon, piepende stretcher met harde tussenbalk.. Extra matras ervoor wilden ze niet regelen.

- Michael (7/5): Great food but spa disappointing - Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Breakfast was good - an amazing selection. Crepes were great. Spa was a big disappointment. Receptionist was not welcoming or very helpful. The jacuzzi was not nearly hot enough. Two of the 3 saunas were closed. Could not use the relaxation room because another group (noisy) stayed for over an hour.

- Andreas (8/5): Ruhiges Hotel an einem historischen Ort - Ruhige, verkehrsgünstige Lage. Freundliches Personal. Sehr nettes Restaurant. Wellnessbereich. Jederzeit wieder. Fernseher hat kein Programm angezeigt. Betten etwas schmal, aber kein Problem.

- Julia (8/5): - Das Frühstück und die Massage Hatten ein Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption, dort war es ab 6 Uhr sehr laut mit Türen knallen und lautes unterhalten auf den Fluren vom Reinigungspersonal.

- Aulis (10/5): Siisti ja laadukas hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla - Siisti, hiljainen hotelli, hyvä sänky, hyvät palvelut ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen.

- Nol (5/5): Mooi hotel met wat punten ter verbetering - Een mooi en schoon hotel met wellness. Rolluiken op kamer, lekker donker voor de nacht. Goede ligging voor onze bezichtiging aan Auschwitz. Kussens op bed zijn 15 jaar te laat verwisseld. Kleine bedjes.. De spa was fijn, maar jacuzzi louw/koud. Personeel in horeca zeer zwak communicatief. In restaurant werden de borden neergezet zonder een woord. Kon geen lachje vanaf. Pizza behoorlijk aangebrand. Nee, dit hotel slaan we de volgende keer over..

- Manuel (10/5): - La struttura è molto bella e particolare, il personale è molto accogliente, la struttura è pulita e moderna,la zona wellness è curata in ogni particolare, un ristorante molto bello e pubblico fa parte della struttura, esperienza fantastica e consigliabile Nulla da segnalare
- Mark (9/5): Zeer aangenaam - Een mooi hotel. Fijne parkeergelegenheid. Goed ontbijt vriendelijk personeel. Rust. De douchecabine is een beetje gedateeerd. En een zonsverduistering blijft niet meer zitten. Een paar kleinigheden dus.

- Vinnicombe (9/5): Great stay in Feb 26 - The restaurant food was amazing we ate with you every night each night a different dish and they were all superb! Tasty, well presented and plenty of food. Also we loved the Mulled wine and beer! The hallways were quite cold especially on Saturday and Sunday. Also the spa was taken over by a group of men who were noisy, intimidating and territorial placing their things in the heated beds and almost diving into the jacuzzi. Not your fault but no one asked them to quieten down. It would be nice to provide milk in the rooms

- Egon (9/5): Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, jederzeit gerne wieder! - Tolle Lage, sehr sauber alles. Hervorragendes Restaurant mit super leckeren Essen zu einem relativ günstigen Preis. Frühstück war hervorragend , auf Wunsch wurden auch sehr lecker gebratene Spiegeleier serviert. Es gab auch frische Pfannkuchen! Wellnessbereich waren keine Bademäntel zur Verfügung!
