- Katie GK (7/5): A clean hotel outside the walls of Lucca with outstanding staff who truly care about their guests. - The staff were incredible—kind, helpful, and went above and beyond when my airline lost my luggage for over 10 days. They helped me make calls, send emails, and even extend my stay at a fair price last minute. The hotel was cleaned daily, and both rooms I stayed in were spacious enough to comfortably lay out my things. The private bathroom was great, and when I switched to a different room, it was much more comfortable overall. The price felt a bit high for the original room I booked. The fan was okay but not very strong, the table needed repair, and there was no fridge to keep water cold during the hot days. My first room didn’t have air conditioning, which made it less comfortable.

L’indomani mattina tutto l’albergo ( mi sono consultato con altri ospiti) non aveva ancora l’acqua calda. Alle 08.30 della mattina non c’era ombra di personale nella struttura al quale rivolgere lamentele o chiedere la soluzione del problema. Nb. Il conto l’avevo saldato prima di prendere possesso della camera.

- Valeria (9/5): Molto buona - Anche se ero solo di passaggio per un paio di giorni, ho apprezzato molto la cordialità e l’attenzione, la struttura ben tenuta e deliziosa, l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta molto e il rumore che proveniva dall’esterno della porta della camera o dalle stanze accanto. Il parcheggio anche se comodo all’interno, non è molto sicuro al 100% visto che i cancelli restano aperti, e per 13€ non mi convince. La posizione molto comoda facilmente raggiungibile le mura di Lucca anche a piedi circondata da tutto l’occorrente bar, supermercati e benzinai. Il rumore che proveniva dall’esterno nei corridoi della struttura o dalle camere accanto. Poco convinta sulla sicurezza del parcheggio ma sicuramente molto comodo per la Cifra di 13€ al giorno mi sembra un po’ troppo.

- fabio (8/5): Piacevole e sostanziale - La posizione era perfetta ,il personale gentilissimi e cortese ,la camera sufficentemente grande ed il bagno molto grande e spazioso.. Far pagare il parcheggio interno 13 € mi sembra un vero e proprio furto ; ovviamente non ne ho usufruito e non ho avuto il minimo problema nel parcheggiare l'auto visto che a 100 mt c'è un grande parcheggio libero e gratuito di alcuni studi medici ; basta che togli l'auto prima delle 09.00/10.00 ed è tutto a posto. Devo dire la verità.. questa richiesta mi ha dato molto fastidio anche perchè il loro parcheggio è grande e non c'era praticamente nessuno

E’ un peccato lasciare il dehor inutilizzato , moquette nei corridoi un po’ macchiata

- Travaglini (5/5): Se non hai molte pretese e ti accontenti, 2 notti puoi anche stare! - L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima. Lasciando la macchina nel parcheggio a pagamento (13€ al giorno) si può raggiungere la porta di ingresso alle mura di Lucca in pochi minuti. L'arredamento è minimale, il letto matrimoniale è composto da 2 materassi molto scomodi che si aprono. Il sifone della doccia rilascia costantemente forte malodore, alle persiane mancano delle doghe. L'hotel non offre il servizio colazione

Dado que es un hotel rústico y muy bien conservado solo puedo decir que no me gusto la poca ventilación en la habitación.. si sufrís de alergia tomar la medicación antes de entrar.

- Dorothea (6/5): Täuschung! - Die Lage ist gut. Personal freundlich! Wir wurden kurz vor unserer Ankunft benachrichtigt, daß wir in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht sind! Hotel Bernardino! Das neue Quartier war an einer Kreuzung von zwei sehr befahrenen Straßen( genau in der Ecke war das Zimmer, , der Kühlschrank nicht in Betrieb, Nachtischlampe funktionierte nicht. Man erzählte uns, daß es hauptsächlich für Klassenfahrten gebucht wird. Hatten auch ein Stockbett im Zimmer und alles ziemlich alt, aber es war sauber! Preis\ Leistung hat nicht gestimmt!!!!!
