• Jozef (1/5): - Obsluha a kuchyňa na jednotku,kto sa chce chutné a veľa najesť tak ranč je na parádu v tomto Izba číslo 114 , dvere sú zle osadené ,po obvode dverí je medzera cca 1 CM , radiátor je nefunkčný ( nie je odvzdušneni) tepla voda nie je k dispozícii z jednoduchého dôvodu, nebudú zohrievať vodu v kotle alebo púšťať kotol pre jednu izbu v priestore kde ďalších 20 izieb je neobývaných ...je to logické a úsporné pre majiteľa ranča... personál je na Topku , ale nemá vplyv na organizačné pokyny vykurovania a teplej vody...od toho je majiteľ...v zimnom období je to ubytovanie vhodné pre niekoho kto cestuje s vlastným ohrievačom ,alebo nastupuje do armády,alebo ho vychovala armáda, kedy ho jeho spomienky zanesu do obdobia keď spal vo vojenskom spacáku v zasneženej krajine...

• Claudia (3/5): unmöglich - Wir haben erst um 20 Uhr gebucht und es war kein Problem bis 22 Uhr einzuchecken. Wir wollten nachts das Fenster aufmachen und es waren sofort tausend kleine Fliegen im Zimmer. Ein Fliegengitter wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, wir haben alte Socken von den vorigen Leuten im Schrank gefunden. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass wahrscheinlich die Putzfrau einmal um 7 Uhr und einmal um 9 Uhr unser Zimmer aufschloss, wir lagen da noch im Bett, denn Checkout ist um 10:30 Uhr. Dass das Restaurant auch bei uns nicht geöffnet hatte und morgens keine Möglichkeit für Kaffee bestand wurde hier ja schon oft erwähnt.

• Andrej (7/5): Cheap, by the road motel - Cheap, by the road motel. Facilities are very basic but serve the purpose. Place can be bit noisy since it is popular by motorbikers.

• Shaar (7/5): Cheap and okay - It's within walking distance of the train station and there is a bus stop at the Motel. It's very affordable. Plumbing and WiFi were good. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was good. It wasn't very clean (lots of spiders in the room and the blinds were very dirty). Very thin walls, noisy at times. The ceiling light didn't work. Long walk from shops or the city.

• Jakub (8/5): Very good - Basicly furnished rooms with everything you need for very good price. Good location at the entrance to Ružomberok city. Wifi works great. Basic, but good playground for children. You can hear a lot from other rooms, the walls are really thin. The restaurant/bar closes at 21:00.

• Juraj (5/5): Good value for money, but nothing special - quite place out of the season no breakfast out of the season, only 5 TV programs, no kettle and instant coffe in room, old bed sheets and towel, dirty carpet, no stuff out of the season

• Fahmy (4/5): Very basic - uncomfy bed - The heating was not working and it was uncomfortably cold, reported the issue and it was still not fixed the following day. The bed was also very uncomfortable and they struggled to speak English so it was quite difficult to communicate even during simple check in.
