I stayed on the 6th floor and it was quiet. Price was reasonable for a weeknight. A nicer coffee setup in the lobby would be a great addition - it was pretty minimal (powdered creamer, blah)

Good lighting and outlets. Decent cable TV lineup. Good dining choices (great breakfast buffet) and relaxing common areas. Friendly staff. Small coffeemaker leaked while brewing. Sheets in need of replacement.

- Jerrell (8/5): - The get away from normal life reality Everything but the beds, an I got a room with mountain view with king size on my birthday Saturday jan 3rd 2025 an left room 401 which bathroom an glass mirror an mirror by door was dirty, the bathroom cabinet was dirty an had soap stains running down it, then around I believe 2:30 am Monday, we moved from room 401 to Room 428, got to room 428 an mirrors where dirty still also.

- G (10/5): We loved it - I live going to Tioga Downs! I think everything from the room to the buffet to casino and pool are wonderful. I didn't like that we could of gotten a free room if didn't go online and get room through Bookings. They would of refunded me for my room if I didn't get online through Bookings. I should have called instead, but had no idea we had a free room to use.

- Deb (4/5): Besides the pool incident, it was good. - We love the pool here ! We specifically chose this property to relax at the pool. We were told that we were not allowed to use the pool on the second day of our trip until after 5pm! They were having employee day at the hotel and only hotel employees were allowed to enter pool area! When the pool opened for paying guests at 5pm. Floating feces was discovered in the pool. Pool was shut down for rest of the night. No swimming for us. We had to wait until next day to use pool. Very disappointed. I also feel that we sj have been advised about pool closure for employee party when we checked in the day before. See above

The room air conditioner vent is on the wall and blows air directly in your face when you aleep. The sheets and pilows smelled like some type of spray that reminded me of sweat and vodka on a hot summer day. There are two night lights - no thank you. Had to cover them. Bathrooom had a motion activated night light. Nice feature.

- Brian (10/5): Fun time in The Finger Lakes Region - Very nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit. The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep.

The buffet for breakfast is a great deal, especially with the additional discount for a first-time stay. Veteran friendly, with casino-run eateries offering 20% off. Easy on/off from the interstate.

- Marlene (6/5): Clean Room, but not Resort Quality - All the handicapped parking spots in front of the hotel were full my entire 3 day stay. The lot across the street was not well lit. I saw no signs of any security personnel . The room was clean, but there was no microwave in the room to heat up food brought for my family member’s special diet. I was offered to use the microwave behind the front desk area, but it smelled terrible inside. The room refrigerator was not cold. The hotel info provided said rooms only cleaned upon request. Didn’t want my room cleaned, but the person came into my room anyway while I was gone. They made the bed & opened the curtains, but didn’t clean. So I was pissed off b/c the staff had no reason to enter my room. Not sure if they were searching my stuff. I complained to front desk and asked for the manager each morning (9/9:30) before I left the hotel, but she was never there. I was told I would get a call from her which I never did. The hotel buffet was not good. Not sure what oil base was used to cook omelettes, but it made my omelette taste weird and it was undercooked. Food didn’t appear fresh. The complimentary hotel coffee each morning was not really hot. After adding my creamer I brought from home in my cooler, the coffee was lukewarm at best. Disappointing. Try to get to the hotel before dusk. The roads to get there are narrow, totally dark and winding.

- Natalie (4/5): - I would have enjoyed the pool but there were too many adults not paying attention to the kids splashing. 1. I never got a refund on my second night. I did not stay and checked out after one day there. 2. The smell of pot in our rooms was overpowering when we arrived and never went away. We told the front desk where they said "oops, sorry, we had a bit of a party on your floor the previous day". Room was not exchanged and front desk didn't seem to care. 3. Ate at the buffet. All four of us became ill that night.

- Peter (10/5): - A Great Stay at Tioga Downs Casino Resort/Just a Smile Away from Perfect: My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Tioga Downs Casino Resort. The resort is clean, quiet, and comfortable, an ideal stop for travelers on a long drive looking for a peaceful place to rest. Although it’s set in a more remote area, the property is easy to access by car and feels well-maintained and thoughtfully organized. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, and the buffet stood out for its generous variety and great value for money. One small area for improvement could be the overall guest interaction. While the staff were generally helpful when approached, some appeared a bit reserved or distant, whether at the front desk, in the gaming area, or in the restaurant. A touch more warmth or friendliness, perhaps just a smile, would have made the experience even more welcoming and memorable.
- Michael (8/5): Tioga Downs - AC works great, typical hotel room but the pillows are rock hard. There could be a map of the property, being there for the first time I like to know what's out there.
