- Muhammad (5/5): Passable - Location wise good. Besides, there was a lot of difficulty because of no elevator. More so, there were no young people in attendance. For old person not recommended .

- Tara (1/5): Worse than Fawlty Towers. It’s unsafe. - Staff were amicable. But, no more than that. Dangerous, unsafe electric sockets with wires hanging off the walls, not working. Walls crumbling. A flooded bathroom for 19 days there, which was utterly disgusting + they think a stick with a wiper will solve a constantly leaking flood in the bathroom. Filthy and unhygienic. Bedding not changed daily. Bins not emptied daily. The bedding is disgusting with stained in blood marks, other marks on the sheets. Simply terrible. The bedding was very thin - the duvet. During a snowy Izmit, we froze in the room. No lifts for disabled. Many staircases only. No lights on the staircases. It was very unsafe and dangerous.

- Junjie (9/5): Superb - I am a traveler from China. This hotel is clean, safe, and has good service. The price is worth it. There are banks and shopping streets nearby. If I come to Izmit next time, I will stay here again. The curtains don't block out light well, the quilt is too thin in summer, and it's easy to get your shoes wet when you take a shower

- K (6/5): Pleasant - The staff did not speak or understand any English, however they tried to communicate using Google Translate and were helpful. There was paid parking just opposite the hotel entrance. The staff tried to meet our family needs by giving us extra bedroom, as there was mistake with our booking. Too many stairs to climb and no any banistersto hold on. Some section of the staircase was very dark with no lighting and it was difficult to see as we arrived at 22:30. It would have been good if staff could speak English, or Arabic.

- lorna (2/5): Back street hotel no curb appeal - We were looking for a cheap hotel as we were collecting a car. Boy was this cheap, another case of looking nothing like the promo photos. We were offered a room with twin beds pushed together but were different heights before you lay on them, we didn’t stay and went somewhere else. I hope we are not charged. Some might say you get what you pay for but the price we booked at was overpriced
