Des places de parking accessibles dans la rue Sax. La possibilité de visiter la ville à pied. La proximité des commerces. Bref cet endroit est idéal et parfaitement situé. Fred le propriétaire est très avenant et la communication a été réactive et efficace. La pièce à vivre ainsi que la cuisine sont communes l'appartement disposant de plusieurs chambres et de 2 salles de bains + wc.

No me gustó que todas las ropas de cama eran muy viejas, no pudimos poner seguro a la puerta y el huevo de la cerradura estaba tapada con un tape en donde especificaba que no se podía poner llave y fue muy incomodo que encima viniera por la tarde noche a pedir dinero un hombre que parecía drogado y además de estar sucio y desaliñado, esto dio mucho miedo porque estábamos con niños e impidió que saliéramos a dar un paseo nocturno, por que no nos sentimos seguros dejar a los niños con las mamas, el baño del segundo piso no servia el seguro de la cerradura y tenía un fuerte olor a desagüe. Cuando recién llegamos había un hombre y una señora forcejeando para abrir la caja en donde habían dejado la llave para acceder a la casa que alquilamos, esto fue muy raro porque al parecer ellos habían alquilado al costado y cuando mi esposo les dijo que esa casa era pára nosotros porque visiblemente mi nombre estaba en la puerta y luego introdujo el código je nos habían brindado la caja se abrió pero ya no se pudo cerrar la caja y en el momento lo dejamos pasar porque el otro box lucía igual. Pára luego el dueño escribirme que no podían cerrar esa caja y quería cobrarme un extra, honestamente todo eso fue muy extraño, incluso nosotras tuvimos que poner la mesa bloqueando la puerta de entrada que no se podía segura, porquel obviamente no nos sentíamos seguras. El dueño de este sitio también me escribió luego que habíamos dejado un desastre la casa cuando lavamos el servicio usado, algunos tendieron las camas y lo normal cuando ha sido usado por 8 adultos y 4 niños y para eso se paga servicio de limpieza. Agregó foto en donde tuvimos que poner la silla par bloquear la entrada.

Wir haben das Zimmer kurz vor der Anreise gebucht und trotzdem ist eine Dame in Vertretung des Besitzers gekommen, die uns bei der Ankunft unterstützte (super!) Steile Treppe, ein instabilles Geländer. Ein Zimmer ohne Charme. Es war problematisch einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Eigentlich soll es in der Beschreibung stehen, dass es eine Unterkunft ohne Parkmöglichkeiten ist.

- Simona (5/5): - The location is certainly great, as it is right in the city center. That said, Dinant is such a small town that I doubt any hotel could really be considered “far away.” Our room faced the street, and because the windows were of poor quality, getting any proper rest was nearly impossible. Every passing car could be heard clearly, and the road is very busy. Directly across from the building, there is a pub or pool bar. Since we stayed on a Friday night, it was quite crowded, and conversations from people outside during smoke breaks sounded as if they were happening right inside our room. If you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep, especially with curtains that don’t fully cover the windows and a creaky house where you can hear everything your neighbors say both across the small hallway and above you, I would not recommend staying here. The bathroom was extremely small and would benefit from renovation. The shower corner was patched with duct tape, and overall everything felt old, squeaky, and somewhat low quality. There is a kitchen downstairs where you can cook or prepare snacks, tea, or coffee. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves (which is great), but there is no hot water available. Makes you think about how well things can actually be cleaned, since guests have to heat water in a kettle just to wash the items they used. We chose this place because it advertised parking, but in reality there is no dedicated parking available. There are a few spots on the street, but they were completely full the entire time we were there. If you have a lot of luggage, you’ll need to unload everything quickly and then go off to search for parking elsewhere. It’s something to keep in mind when booking. Not great.

- Jessica (8/5): Dream stay in Dinant - A very nice place to stay in Dinant. The location is incredible, better than I realised. Very central and beautiful, surrounded by everything you need. The room was quite simple but nice and big. The house was lovely and we were able to cook easily! The communication was fast and very helpful too. If you're very sensitive to sound, the sound of the pipes and pool bar across the road might bug you - but I just wore my earplugs and that worked. The host did graciously offer us a bedroom facing the river instead of the mountains which I imagine was a bit quieter.

Bon point pour la salle de bain : l’eau chaude et la pression sont très satisfaisantes. Bonne communication , informations utiles bien reçues avant notre arrivée. Dans l’ensemble, une rénovation générale s’impose rapidement. La cuisine commune pour les 4 chambres est pratique, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Le café (Senseo) est très moyen, voire imbuvable. La propreté, en particulier celle du matelas (présentant des taches de sang) et du drap-housse troué, est inadmissible. Dans l’ensemble, une rénovation générale s’impose rapidement.

The private bathroom was also really convenient. The shower water pressure and temperatures were very tricky. The curtains were also a bit too small and could not fully block out the window for outside onlookers or the morning sun. These are easy fixes and can be worked around.

- Muneerul Hassan (6/5): - The house is beautiful and well located. It is spacious and comfortable, suitable for up to 12 people.Each floor has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. The heater was not working for the entire day, which made the room very cold. As a result, we had difficulty sleeping at night and were quite uncomfortable.
- Sofia (8/5): - This is a small, family-run hotel (it looks like one). The owner is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The location is excellent; our room had a view of the river. The room is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's also a shared kitchen downstairs with a coffee machine and everything you need. I highly recommend it.

- Gayan Nadeesha (10/5): - Superb location in the heart of beautiful Dinant. The room was clean and offered excellent value for money. There was plentiful hot water, and tea and coffee were available downstairs in the communal kitchen. The host was amazing, and I had a room with a lovely river view. Highly recommended.
