Guest Reviews
- Briones (10/5): -
- Sanchez (10/5): - Staff
- Chavez (3/5): bugs - location ok Bed bugs, roaches, manager is more concerned with mega politics than his motel. no pool or breakfast.
- Jacqueline80 (5/5): -
- Mikkelson (6/5): - The staff was great. The room was clean, goodsized, pretty quiet. The room was clean but in desperate need of repair. I think whoever owns it needs to either invest in the physical plant or bulldoze it and start over.
- Deprinia (1/5): want a refund - nothing everything
- Linda (3/5): - Under construction, shortage of staff. Manager did his best.
- FERNANDO (10/5): -
- Stacey (10/5): -
- Aguilera (1/5): Don't always trust what you see online. - The facility had trash thrown all over. There was about six adults all around a vehicle trying to unlock it. It felt like to me, an unsafe place to stay. Picture on line was drastically different. I asked for a refund of my money. The staff was friendly and quickly gave me my money. I stayed somewhere else.
- Komatsu (1/5): - システムの不具合で予約できていませんでした。

- Karen (1/5): Horrible place to stay don’t do it - They are a bunch of scammers The rooms are nothing as shown on this pictures
- Widman (5/5): -
- BOBBY (1/5): Most horrible hotel I ever stayed at - Nothing, horrible, the pictures lied very very dirty Everything
- Jessica (5/5): - That it was convenient. The people that were neighbors, they were yelling and talking loud most of the night.
I also had to tighten up the shower knobs in order to get the shower to turn on and off.
- Morales (9/5): -
- Glad (3/5): -
- Geoffrey (4/5): - I didn't notice your booking was for a day in advance. When I showed up, I had to re book at the hotel and I asked them to cancel the previous booking which they said they did. They didn't and you charged me for the 27th, and I was not there. Please put the charges back .
- Jeffrey Potter (10/5): - Comfortable, room, great price, nice staff, all was great! No complaints
- Mark (1/5): Don’t waste your money - There was nothing to like at this place. Over grown weeds, parking lot full of potholes, no lighting at least not enough to get out of your car. Horrible!! No lights, no office to check in or staff to check you in, no phone number to contact anyone, thier customer service was part of OYO and they don’t clearly speak English so speaking to them was horrible, then they lied to me about getting me a supervisor. Seriously stay away from this place and any OYO hotel….. their customer service cannot help with anything.

- Chris (6/5): It was okay. I just needed a place for the night. - There was no breakfast to my knowledge. I went to the McDonalds across the street. The room was spacious. I was only there for one night so I just needed a bed to sleep on. There were people outside the apartment talking well into the night.
- Kelly (4/5): Shitty Hotel - Nothing 1st room I was given had not been cleaned, clogged toilet with somebody's feces in it. 2nd room the box spring and mattress were literally on the floor, no bedframe, very low to the ground for my 72 year old mother to get up from. The television was poor and the movies on Tubi were so far out of sync with the audio. Took forever to load Tubi. And I just saw an email from booking.com that said oyo told them I didn't stay on the day I reserved the room which is a complete lie. Now I have to find out if I was charged twice. I thought it seemed funny that my reservation for the room was $53.57 and the owner said just gimme $50. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A COCKROACH LET ALONE ANY HUMAN BEING. Pay a little extra for a better place. That place should be shut down.
- Peter (5/5): 😖😤 - Bathroom door coming off of its hinges (screws coming out of door) toilet flush handle loose ( toilet keeps running after flushing. Have to shake handel to stop water from running) Front door jam missing striker plates and inside and outside front door threshold and sidewalk dirty needed to be swept. Some kind of bed parts leaning against wall, no bath soap. Parking lot and sidewalks dirty.
This place is an eye sore.
- Mario (10/5): - Perfect
- Mario (10/5): - I like everything
- Beisner (10/5): -
- isaac (2/5): - Room was disgusting
- Lejoriza (10/5): -
- Ruben (1/5): - The price The carpet was stained 3 different stains of its own the focet was Riddle with calcium buildup ,the bathroom window was news paper ,top of refrigerator had thick layer of dust on it . Holes in lamp shade furniture was literally broken and u can see the glue ,bed had sheet ls with hair on them amd the trash already filled before I got to use them
- Jaysen (6/5): - OYO in my opinion is a good budget option in Yuma. Staff was friendly and accommodated my late check in. Room was averagely clean. A/C worked great-which the s a must in that area. Lot of drywall repairs, etc. that one might expect in this price range. Rooms/suites are private. Property was quiet. A little farther from Airport than I anticipated, but not their fault at all. (I would recommend a cab.) Area seemed safe for being centrally located. Thank you for your hospitality!!?
- Mario (10/5): - Pretty relaxing place to stay
- Sughey B (10/5): - Excellent customer service, very comfortable and good Air Conditioner =)
- Eduardo (2/5): - This hotel was extremely unprofessional with a dirty lobby that’s full of boxes and tool equipment, when I had the front desk show me the room before I stayed in it the tv was busted there was screws on the floor and the bathroom was disgusting on top of that i demanded a refund because I wasn’t gonna stay in the room and I never signed the no refund slip and they still wouldn’t refund me even tho I didn’t stay their, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone
- Linda (8/5): - Roomy and friendly staff. All the basic necessities at reasonable price and allow my pet.
- RONALD V (2/5): - The property was closed and a sign on the office door said call this number and I was sent to Coronado Motor Hotel.
- farmboy123 (2/5): Oyo motels SUCK - DO NOT STAY HERE.. it has changed, stayed here several years in a row and liked it a lot. Now owned by SLEAZE BAGS. Dirty, rents to illegals, don't clean rooms, also try to get your money back from them for legitimate cancellations is IMPOSSIBLE. They conventionally lose your information. And for a decent breakfast, in your dreams. DO NOT STAY HERE...
- Claude (2/5): - Pool was full of matresses. No onsite staff.
- Patricia (9/5): Superb -
- Annie (4/5): No frills - No frills, just a basic room.
- Hilda (2/5): - Sorry but let’s just say this was not what we expected from this so called OYO Hotel, we couldn’t stay not even overnight. Hopefully management pays attention to fix this place to make it more acceptable. Front desk lady was nice 😊
- Christina (4/5): - Front door did not close all the way, had to use a chair to lock it, bugs on the floor.
- Linda (8/5): - Only complaint would be that TV was not working right due to renovation upgrading. Proprietor offered me another room where TV worked , but, we were to tired to deal with moving.
- cassandra (8/5): - Quaint quiet friendly little property
- mark (6/5): - Love old motor courts, and the price was right but the wifi did not work the whole time and the shower water was just warm
- Chris (6/5): Ok for a quick overnight stay - The room was spacious and the wall A/C unit was working well in my room. Had a ceiling fan, large refrigerator, microwave, and sink. All were in working condition
The drawback was that the room (and property in general) was very shabby. Not a pretty place, but for a traveller looking for a clean-ish place to sleep and shower and go, it was suitable and reasonably priced.
- Aaron (8/5): - I like that it provide a good TV, has decent Internet, and the staff are friendly too.
- Tendai (1/5): Bad -
- Ayala (1/5): Bad - Nothing Room was very dirty
- Wesley (2/5): - The property is in need of major repairs. The staff does not clean the rooms daily and the furniture is in disrepair. They are nice enough that when you ask for things that need done they do it pretty quickly.
- Damon (2/5): - Have Lot danger things and my friends unhappy not clean and bed not great and have bed bugs there have itch body
- Andrey (2/5): - dirty i have not staid at this hotel at all you need to refund my money. i staid in kings in hotel
- Lisa (8/5): Nice ,clean linens - The bed was great, clean white cotton sheels and towels. The owners are in process of upgrading but the rugs was dirty we wore our shoes continually. The bedding/ bed was the best part of our stay.
- Rafał_oka (6/5): I liked my stay in Yuma! - • The location was alright for me. We were glad to have had a parking place.
• The area seemed to have been safe.
• The room was big enough and the beds were comfortable.
• The hotel's cancellation policy was flexible enough. The price was a bit too high compared to other places I stayed in.
Cleanliness could be better.
I was disappointed because the hotel had no WiFi. We asked for WiFi a few times; when we finally got some access codes, neither of them was working; all in all we had to use the Internet otherwise. There was no coffee set although it was clearly mentioned it was supposed to be there. We asked the reception for such a set, however, there was no response to that.
- Tony (2/5): - The best description is that this is not a hotel it’s a motel and it looks like a drug hole and the people in front office is dishonest I reserved 3 rooms and eve that I rejected the rooms they still charge my credit card
- Javier (2/5): - ugly very unsafe old property and bad shape smelling bad
- JesseMyKing (2/5): - I didn't like anything about this motel. When the man handed me the key to go look at the room, I opened the door and it was big dark stains on the carpet like it was a dead body in there or something it stunk like cigarettes in a non smoking room... There were people outside drinking and hanging out bums outside shopping carts full of trash it looked like. I would never have booked this motel if I would've known it looked like this. Just horrible and I have kids so no I didn't stay here.
- Helm (1/5): Horrible hotel - I honestly didn't like anything. The hotel was very very dirty and unclean, the bathroom was full of flies, when my wife and I got up this morning. There was 4 roaches on the night stand. The A/C barley cooled the room. There was people playing music all night long and literally vibrating the walls of the hotel. I called the front desk. Didn't even answer. I than called Yuma PD to take care of it. Very dirty and unsanitary, very poorly maintained.
- Ram (4/5): - No water to take shower. Broken Microwave, and not clean sheets.
- Alex (8/5): Me and my partner needed a place to stay at for a few days because of an unfortunate event -
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Nicky (5/5): Don’t stay here - I was able to check in at 6 am for a fee no problem gave me more then 24 hours at the propert The brand oyo should not be renting these rooms out till they have fully refurbished the rooms etc as this motel was dirty very early 80s decor and hence what you pay for in price. They are doing a good job of doing this and booking.com should take heed with the reviews this is bot the place to stay I bed was comfy but carpet and walls was dirty and little kitchen was bad also
- Sergio (5/5): It was good thought it would cool down but still warm in room - Close to everything Like it was still warm at night
- Gary (1/5): Bad -
- Vilemx (8/5): So is a good place to go to especially when you're in a fix or just need to take it easy - Hotels always reasonable and it works with you Is internet signal can really be off and on at times it could be a little stronger
- Pamela (2/5): Terrible - Nothing Very nasty room smelt musty sheets smell musty and room had bugs
- Elizabeth (4/5): I would never recommend to anyone - It was really dirty. Back on the 50’s. TV didn’t work. Lighting was poor. Shower so small.
- John (6/5): - The rooms need an update. We had no internet and the TV had only one channel you could see.
- Bustos (7/5): Good - Privacy privacy clean Some sort cheap
- Kendall (4/5): You get what you pay for - The hotel was under construction, and the cleanliness of the rooms were not so great
- Yosselline (1/5): Bad - I liked that it reminded me of when I used to live in the ghetto back in Los Angeles. Made me appreciate where I am today a lot more. 1. The room was super dirty. Bed sheets and pillows had stains. One of the pillows looked like it had a blood stain on it. The night stand had dead insects and was just filthy overall.
2.The front desk said all furniture was OUTSIDE due to deep cleaning. During our two night stay, the furniture (including mattresses) remained OUTSIDE. I truly hope they put new mattresses and furniture because we witnessed cats laying on top of everything. Cats are KNOWN to carry parasites. No amount of deep cleaning is going to get rid of that.
3.Upon arrival, the front desk told us to check our room to see if we liked it. He told us if we didn’t like it, we could get another room. We checked the room and saw that it was gross so we asked for a different one. He said they didn’t have another room available. Why OFFER to switch rooms if you KNEW you didn’t have more availability?!
4.There were questionable people that were using the windows of other rooms to get inside. We couldn’t sleep due to fear of having someone breaking in while we slept.
5.The pool looked like MountainDew because the water was so green. I have seen cleaner water at abandoned water parks.
6.For the price of the room, we would have been better off sleeping in our truck at a Walmart parking lot. At least then we would have had security driving by constantly and no bed bugs
- Yosselline (1/5): Disappointing in the most disrespectful way. - I liked that it reminded me of when I used to live in the ghetto back in Los Angeles. Made me appreciate where I am today a lot more. 1.The room was super dirty. Bed sheets and pillows had stains. One of the pillows looked like it had a blood stain on it. - Janice (2/5): - This property had spit in the sink, hair and dirt in the bathtub and a dirty sock left on the window sill. It was unacceptable and gross. I do not recommend this property at all!
- Cuevas (1/5): Película de terror - Nothing Walked in and turned around. Was like a horror movie. Holes in the walles, saturated with filth, smelled like someone had dumped a bottle of concentrate cleaner in order to cover something up...?? Don't worry if you forgot your crack pipe, I'm sure you'll be able to find one nearby. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $20, and go to the Howard johnson.
- Wandell (1/5): Bad - Nothing, dirty very dirty. Mold and bugs.
- Janae (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (2/5): - Like: microwave and small refrigerator. Plenty of parking spaces because only five rooms were occupied on a Sunday night.
Did not like: Noisy, inefficient air conditioner. No drawer space for clothes. No closet or bar to hang clothes. No bedspread. Just sheets on beds. No wall hangings. No one in office upon check in or check out. Overfilled dumpster outside Room 115. Trash everywhere.
- Enas (2/5): - I was shocked to see that this was listed and will have to be super careful in the future instead of confidant my trusting expedia
- Damienphotos808 (1/5): Bad -
- Lois (2/5): Worst hotel in Yuma - This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were holes in the walls. I would not even use the bathroom. I tried to check out 5 minutes after seeing the room but the manager said he would not return my money. There was Graffiti on the television remote, I got a blanket out of my car because I did not want to touch the sheets. Stains on the chairs.
- randy (4/5): - Probably the worst place i have ever stayed
- Mohamad (2/5): - Extremely dirty, stinky, oily, sewage smelling & a horror nightmare to stay in! At 4 am, I contacted Expedia that the photos & description are irrelevant & it's for a different hotel, please take me out of here & they did and refunded me my money minus that horrible night!
- Robert (2/5): - Had to screw in light bulbs to use the bathroom. No smoke detector. Rips in sheets and stains. 30 year old mattress.
- irineo (4/5): - It was dirty uncomfortable and it looks like house for street people i went out to rent somewhere else
- Amber (10/5): Excellent - All the staff here was so sweet and accommodating. Made me feel safe and at home.
- 495DavidM495 (2/5): FILTHY HOTEL-FILTHY-FILTHY-FILTHY - Booked this hotel through Priceline and it was represented as a 2.5 Star hotel. This hotel is a disaster broken windows--blood or blood like substance on the pillows--stained bed sheets--sanitary napkin of shower floor.
- Jorge (4/5): - First the television only had one channel and it was a Spanish channel for the two days i was there and nothing was done, i never had to experience a hotel stay with no TV, second when I would turn on the A/C unit it would blow out air smelling like urine so we couldn’t even use the A/C in which we had to sleep in a hot room, third the mattress that i was sleeping on was missing the middle bar on the frame so i had to sleep sideways in which the mattress had an indentation in the middle. My stay was very unpleasant i will never ever rent a hotel from OYO hotels ever.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Owner was super nice & friendly. The room was big & had some nice amminites. The only thing that was a disappointment, was no tv the two days we were there. Didn't offer to switch us to a different room either. Just making phone calls to Spectrum that yielded no results.
- Gladys (10/5): - Everything was great...dissapointed the pool was closed...good location quiet place ..i always like this place
- Jack (6/5): - It. was ok. Tv & internet did not work
- Verified traveler (2/5): - There are bed bugs here. I was bitten multiple times during my stay and upon presenting the evidence to management, they instead of offering me a refund, as they as they should have, they instead try to place the blame on me saying that the bugs were ticks that had come off my service dog. This is totally unacceptable I'm still seeking full refund and this is made my life a living hell. I'm now stuck in Yuma as my car broke down upon arrival and I no longer have the money to fix it because I had to come out of pocket to pay for a new hotel. I now have added stress of having to decontaminate all my items to make sure that I do not bring any bed bugs back with me. Once again this is totally unacceptable on both cheap tickets behalf and the hotel.
- Celia (2/5): No carpet preferred - Our stay was ok but the room left much to be desired. The AC took way to long to cool down the room, the carpet was disgusting had too too many stain all over the floor I was scared to walk on it my kids did not want to step on it either. Would not stayed if I had seen room before hand.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The place is a dump. Waited outside in 111 degrees for the front desk clerk. And the front desk/ housekeeping wanted me to see the room first. They did let us cancel, but I would not recommend this place. Not sure how they would pass a health inspection.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - They need to clean and change the rugs and the smell of the room is not good they need a lots of work to be done to be costumers got there satisfaction to stay.
- Dennis (8/5): - Good enough for my purpose. The inn keeper was great.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - No e
- Daniel (4/5): Not Clean - Low budget hotel ready for complete renovation. Furniture and carpet were really dirty (sheets clean, thank goodness). Bath OK (but broken window).
