There is a fridge for common use as well as a microwave and hot/cold water distributor. I guess the rooms structure are not suitable for those who are a little picky. For example, in my room shower and toilet were next to each other without a tent to separate them. (I didn't mind it but maybe some would).

• Hellen (7/5): I had good stay. when I left no body stays at the frontdesk to take the key or assist me. - No breakfast available I like the place. It was my first time and I was alone sometimes I feel scared at night. but there is nothing happen I stay and left save.
• Guest (8/5): My stay at the G.T Guest House room #1 was a good experience for me, good staff. - The location was good. It will be excellent if breakfast was also provided for sell at the guest house or if food was sold there so that I won't be going to other stores to buy food. If I was informed in advance that the free wifi was not working for a few hours on the morning of the day I checked out from the guest house. I was trying to send some emails when the wifi was cut off.
• GIL (8/5): - This accommodation is not fancy but what we need is there. We have 2 beds, AC is functioning well, but it is noisy at night with dogs barking at different times of the night with people living around the area very audible. Our car remained safe the whole 5 nights we stayed there.

• Susan (9/5): Budget accommodation is great location - The price-value ratio of this property is correct. It is budget accommodation but has everything you need. Hot water in the shower, clean bed linen, spacious room, hot & cold filtered water available . The staff were so helpful and quick to respond to text messages. They arranged my airport pick up and drop off, plus a day tour/driver of the island. The location is perfect, one block back from the beaches, resorts, restaurants and bars. Thank you for my comfortable stay.

• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Bottled water available in the lobby. Manager loaned me a snorkel for the day. Despite the closure of many businesses in the area, there are still many good restaurants nearby. A/C and wi-fi worked well The cats. The bathroom had just a hand held shower attachment. If left in the bracket it sprayed the room & not you. The bathroom tiles have not been laid properly and there was always a small puddle of water that didn't drain away (Room 4).

• Mohammad (9/5): Very good - Considering the price, this place is an excellent choice. Almost everything in Saipan was nearly twice as expensive. However, the cleanliness is good, and the location is fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend it if you’re on a budget and looking for an affordable option. The mattress could use a replacement, and the dog can be a bit annoying at times 😅

It was hot, which is to be expected, but the air conditioner couldn’t really keep up. Maybe a fan could have helped with the airflow. The beds were also a bit hard.
• James (10/5): GT House was excellent all around and very affordable place to stay at! - GT House is great and everything I needed whether as a tourist or needing an extended stay. I stayed for about a month, and it is a great location near to the beach, restaurants, stores, you name it. Jenny is a fantastic host who will always warmly greet you and make you feel like family! The bars up the street get a little loud on the weekends, but throughout the week it is a perfect spot to maximize your time and enjoy everything that you were expecting but on an affordable budget. For the price and hospitality, it just cannot be beat! On the weekends (Friday and Saturday), it gets a little rough there with noise. Usually the staff is excellent and it is a very quiet place, and 90% of the guests are very nice people and also quiet, but the outside noise on the weekends is the only problem I see. Aside from these two days, from Sunday to Thursday you will get a great stay there. The quietest nights were Mon - Thurs, but this was around Chinese New Year and a lot of tourists at this time.

• Ardenous (8/5): Very good - The guest house locates outside American Memorial Park, with many restaurants, shops and resorts around it. The hostess is informative to help guests find best tourism options. She told me a good guide for a Managaha tour. The room is spacious and the living room has Pacific decorations. Fridge and microwave are public, but clean and convenient to use. The price is very affordable, meaning this is a cost-effective choice. The roads outside the guest house are under construction when I stayed there. The hostess is always not at the front desk, must communicate via phone. The shower has no separation and is closed to the toilet.

If you take a shower, then all the bathroom floor and toilet seat get all wet. Would be much better if those places could be separated.

The toilet was not clean enough, the smell was keep coming out. There was construction next to the hostel so noisy coming out during the day time. The rooms are not like the pictures.

Has big Asian style wet bathroom. great for washing your scuba gear. fresh water both hot and cold available. microwave and some communal cups available as well. the owners are really nice, there’s a garden where lots of cats and dogs hangout so it was nice to look at. parking was easy enough, occasionally had to street park but it wasn’t crazy. the bed was really hard, and there were stains on the sheets and pillow cases and a few times I found ants.

• Caroline (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Garapan, Saipan - Everything was great! This is a clean and well-run guest house with 7 rooms. It is much cheaper than staying in a hotel and you are close to the shopping area and beach. I stayed in room #6 which was a private double room with private bathroom. The room was large and clean. In the lobby there was also a water dispenser and a microwave which I used daily. The woman (Jenny) who runs it is very helpful.

We were also made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and would choose this hotel again.

($25) - 5 minutes away from the beach by foot. - 2 minutes away from American Memorial Park - Lots of restaurants nearby. - 10 minutes away from Grocery mart. SERVICE - Owner and his wife are amazing! They are very kind, always ready to help if you need something. You have access to cold/hot water, a microwave, laundry, AC. SECURITY/ SAFETY - Very secured and safe guest house. The door is always locked. No need to worry about your safety. OVERALL: I loved my stay in this guest house, I felt like I am at home. I plan to stay there again. Giving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was good! Sometimes it was loud outside, however, it did not last long and the noise did not bother me at all because there is soundproof wood in the window. In fact, it is Saipan, wherever you go it is a bit loud. So I do not have any complaints.
• Hinrich (8/5): Excellent value for money in a prime location on Saipan. - This is a quiet little guest house in the middle of Garapan. It is a guest house, which means it is not a hotel with dedicated staff. Access is by keyed lock (very convenient and easy to use), and check-in and check-out are simple processes. It is a cash-only property, which is fine - one just needs to know! The property manager is very responsive to questions and concerns, so the atmosphere is quite professional despite the simplistic setup. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. It was a veritable oasis! The shower did not drain particularly well, which may have something to do with the location of the property at sea level. I found the bed a little hard for my tastes, but this is a personal issue. The manager tried to fix this by adding a second pad, but this didn't do much. However, these are minor quibbles.
