• Vito (1/5): - There is plenty of coffee shops in the area and a food market a block way. Check in is 2 pm and after 30 hour travel, I arrived at the hotel at 0530, not open at that time. Called after hours number, no one answered. When she showed up, I ended up paying a days worth of stay for 6 hours. Hotel is noisy at night, 2 channels on TV and did not work 99% of the time that I was there. Walls outside of bathroom had water rot where paint is peeling and toilet seat is broken as well. There was ants in the room and when I asked for another roll of toilet paper I was told there is a limit of one roll per day. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

• Nicolette (4/5): Not close to the airport even- - Looks pretty , warm water if you flip the switch. Clean bedding. But I arrived late and left early (6o’clock) so no comment on the day experience. The reception was unfriendly, Ill mannered and not very accommodating - 500 baht payment for key-card. But when I had to leave for my flight the next day no one but the cleaner could accommodate me. I refused to give the key card back even tho I was trying to make a flight that morning. The reception lady who took the money was sleeping apparently. It’s the principle of the matter. Who demands payment and then is not available to return the key.

• Jules (7/5): Nice room but no internet access in many rooms - big modern room with place to work in a good location. Wifi wasnt strong enough for working, many guests had the same problem. For a remote worker like me this was a serious issue

Live adult size cockroach in the room. 3. brought up to reception, no wifi received in the room. ( Reception reply... is like that you have to bear with it.) 4. toilet face washing basin tap damage. ( No repair done for all the 6 days stay)

• Dr.dri (1/5): Didn't return the money for the room key - nothing When checking in for a room key, they took 300 baht from me and didn't return it. In the evening on the eve of departure, I went to the reception at 7-30 pm to say that we were leaving at 5 am, but there was no one there. As a result, we left the hotel at 5 am and no one returned 300 baht to us, also the staff was completely no speak English even though the description of the hotel says that the staff speaks English
• Tararat (9/5): if you’re looking for the perfect space to recoup from the jet lag, picking up a few bits and just having some down time - the perfect stay for a couple of days before heading on our trip around Thailand. The property is located in the heart of a residential area where there are morning and evening fresh food markets along with multiple shops for all your convenient. as it was a residential property, they could have been a bit more counter space in the kitchen area for food prep (cooked food from the market to be dishes out)
