- Ilkka (10/5): Quiet hotel offering good value for money - Good value for your money, next to a park. The room was nice. The 24/7 outdoor/indoor pool at the hotel was very nice as well. Staff is friendly though if you don't speak Turkish a translator might come in handy. Not many dining options near the hotel, though the kebab restaurant next to the hotel was excellent.

- Fevziye (10/5): Otantik otel ve huzur dolu bir tatil - Bu oteli kesfetmek gercekten bir surpriz oldu bizim için. Antika dolu bu otel, temiz ve konforlu odalari ve özellikle de guleryuzlu personeli ile bize muhteşem bir tatil yaşattı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

- ahmet (8/5): - Hotel konsepti ve odaları çok güzeldi. Kaldığımız ilk gece şiddetli yağmur nedeniyle havalandırmadan ve bazı yerlerden odaya su damlamaya başladı ve başka odaya geçmek zorunda kaldık. İlk günün kahvaltısı açık büfeydi , çeşitler çok fazlaydı ama biraz soğuk kalmıştı , ikinci gün açık büfeyi kaldırmışlardı ve masaya az çeşitli bir kahvaltı geldi. Hotelin kafeteryasını kullandık, americano siparişi verdik ve bize sabah kahvaltıda içtiğimiz nescafeyi getirdiler , bu americano değil dediğimde de makinemiz bozuk dediler. Böyle bir işletmeye yakışmayan davranıştı açıkçası. Genel olarak iyiydi ama servis konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilirdi.

I sugest you guys stay in this hotel if you have a plan to visit Bursa. !!!Bursa park is so good and you should visit Bursa zoo!! It's nearby hotel, national zoo, entrance fee is only 12TL On one person!
- Sara (8/5): - Very unique and beautiful place. Excellent with kids as there are parks and playgrounds surounding the hotel. For couples very romantic and beautiful. Friendly, helpful staff. The only downside was a little bad smell in the room. Enjoyd my stay so much 😊 good massage

Tarihi doku sevenler için çok güzel. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel. Kahvaltıdan sonra bahçede havuz kenarında oturabilirsiniz. Hemen otelin yanında yürüyüş yapabileceğiniz güzel bir botanik park var. Otelde gürültü duyulmuyor. Ayrıca oda da tarak olması detayı da çok güzeldi.

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve misafirperverlerdi. Oda ve banyonun geniş olması özellikle memnun etti. Bursa’ya birgün daha yolum düşerse kesinlikle tereddüt etmeden tercih edebileceğim bir yer.

- Bahar (10/5): Authentic experience - Amazing hotel with very oriental, very traditional textures. Our room was huge and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were even late to breakfast and they still sorted us out. Recommended! Our room was missing a bin. But otherwise great.

- Rebecca (1/5): Grim - Nothing. It's vile. Grim and depressing. Totally rundown. No hot water. Staff tried to charge us for extra bed despite room booking being for 3. Bathroom bin full of rubbish, toilet paper run out. Smells of stale smoke. Avoid.

- Shamim (1/5): We checked out as soon as we checked in. We didnt stay there and lost over £400. - Worst hotel i stayed in. Dirty rooms and shower. I was with my disabled son who they put into another part of the hotel. They cant speak english, so using google translator was frustrating. Even the chap that helped me with the bags had to write 'tip' on the translator.

I was moved 4 times to different rooms because of damage and the cleanliness of various things, which made things stressful and because there was a language barrier it made understanding some things even more stressful
