Svetlana (10/5): Absolutely fabulous!!! - My daughter & I had a lovely 3-night stay at Kvartira 4. Room, although snug, was very nicely decorated, and we loved the attention to details! Bathroom had absolutely everything you could wish for, including toothpaste & toothbrush. Breakfasts were to die for! We had a menu to choose from in advance and it was served to our room at preferred time every day. Not only it was delicious, each breakfast consisted of three dishes, very generous. We also had a coffee machine in the room and a snack bar. Girls at the reception were very attentive and polite. We were given a discount card for Ginza Restaurants, which we happily used. Everything was arranged for us so we could have a pleasant stay, from our very late arrival (past midnight) to a taxi for our early checkout and a breakfast to go. If we ever visit St Petersburg again, we'll definitely use Ginza Hotels again! Отличная гостиница! Сервис на высшем уровне, изумительные завтраки, красивые комнаты - все продуманно! Реально 5+!!!
