- Wendy (8/5): Hotel bien placé et moderne. - L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le Lakeside, proche de tout. Notre chambre était très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit était confortable et les équipements moderne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Il y a une ascenceur pour monter à l'étage. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, un peu bruyante, mais avec les boules quies, j'ai très bien dormi.

- Parker (10/5): Incredible stay and incredible value that far exceeded our expectations. - We had an incredible stay at the hotel, and it far exceeded what we were looking for. We stayed here pre- and post-trek and it met all of our requirements: hot shower with good water pressure, laundry services, very clean rooms, friendly staff, etc. The location was also ideal. I don’t think we ever walked more than 5-7 minutes to get dinner, get to the lake, or get trekking gear. We were initially overwhelmed trying to choose a hotel in the area, but I don’t think we could have selected a better hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Pokhara area.

- YOHEI (10/5): Great hotel! - I recently stayed at Hotel Haven O' Ganga for three nights, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making sure I felt right at home throughout my stay. The hotel's independent building and the always-present security staff added a reassuring layer of safety. The rooms were not only impeccably clean and well-maintained but also incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect haven after a day of exploring. The consistent hot water for showers was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort. While everything was great, one small suggestion would be to extend the shower curtain to keep the bathroom floor dry. However, this minor detail didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. The hotel's location was superb, close to Pokhara and within walking distance of all the central district attractions. The surrounding area had plenty of good restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, catering to every traveler's needs. To sum it up, my stay at Hotel Haven O' Ganga was a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a positive and memorable accommodation experience.

- Jonathan (8/5): Comfortable hotel with nice location in Pokhara lake side - The hotel is nicely situated in one of the calmer streets of Pokhara lake side. Staff is very welcoming, helpful and friendly, and is doing everything they can to help you. Great hotel for the price! Shower curtains are not the cleanest, and if the room is went towards the street there will be some noise due to traffic.

When I left for the new airport in Pokhara, Sabina told me that there might not be any food sold there so she suggested that I pack some food from the buffet breakfast and they all helped me find a food container and pack it. When I arrived at the airport, there was one shop selling coffee and very few options of bakery put in a cardbox looking unhygienic so the packed breakfast did save me from starving! The room also got most things you need like a safe, toiletries, towels, etc. The laundry service was also quick. I gave my clothes at the reception and I got them back by the late afternoon. The location was also near Fewa Lake. It is a 10-minute stroll to get to the lake. The bathroom curtain was a bit moldy. The master light switch was a bit strange sometimes. I turned it off and then it went automatically on for no reason.

- christine (10/5): Luxury in Pokhara - Moved to this hotel after trekking Manaslu and then spending night at budget hotel which was a bit noisy and lacked privacy. This hotel is beautiful - a gem in the city. Very quiet with excellent insulation and soundproofing. Room with balcony and view of mountains or hills above the lake. Great breakfast and accommodating friendly staff. Room was absolutely spotless and had rain shower shower head and very quick hot water (not always easy to get in Nepal). A/C, WiFi and TV round out the amenities. I heard there was a rooftop garden but I didn’t go. Only a few minute walk from Lakeside but being set back ensures privacy and quiet. Highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great find, great bargain - Clean and modern, with comfy beds, soft pillows, super shower with solid water pressure and rain-shower-head — this place is a find! Rooms have minibars and flat-screen TVs, and some have amazing mountain view’s and balconies! I love this place! It’s hard to pick a hotel out of what seems like hundreds of identical choices, but if this place is in your price range, just pull the trigger.
