Rosalind (9/5): A great place to stay in a great city - A great place to stay in Bologna, in an excellent location close to everything, but quiet on the top floor. A comfortable bedroom, a spacious bathroom with high-quality fittings (tub and shower), and a useful little kitchen with everything you need (including dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc). The welcome from the office was lovely and friendly, and the staff were really helpful about leaving bags. We had a wonderful time! Just a warning to anyone who might find stairs difficult (or have a lot of luggage!): the apartment is on the top floor of a several-storey building with no lift.

Asunnossa on sekä parveke että viihtyisä terassi, jossa oli mukava viettää aikaa, esim. aamiaista syöden. Hyvin toimiva keittiö. Ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu. Joitakin astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän (ei haitannut meitä).

Deb Sweet (10/5): - Fantastic place. We were in a lowered level Appartment no stairs!. Extremely clean. Beds were comfy great pillows. Easy 10-15 min walk to train. Great restaurant near by. Also try Tortilla Da Me. We would defined stay there again.
Clare (7/5): The person we dealt with was very helpful, the apartment is stylish , clean and in a good location . - No breakfast provided you had your own kitchen. The apartment is in a good location. It was very clean. The kitchen was sweet. We did not cook just made tea. The bed was comfy. It's stylish . It is stylish but not practical for a hotel room . There was a mirror in the bathroom and the only plug the hairdryer worked in. It fell out of the plug in the bedroom. No safe place to put the hairdryer down whilst doing your hair in the bathroom as it was right next to the sink and the bath. As you had your washbag on the little stand. There was just nowhere to put anything or unpack anything in the bathroom. There was 9 mirrors on the bedroom wall not one you could look in unless you stood on the bed. No full length mirror . Everyone wants to check what they are wearing looks ok. I found that really, really irritating for a hotel and it was a deal breaker for me. i wont be back. A few tweaks and it could be perfect.

Darren (10/5): Beautiful Bologna - Very well appointed rooms, clean, comfortable and good touches with Nespresso pods and sugar for morning coffee. Good location very close to railway station (10 min walk), Piazza Maggiore (6 min walk) and close to many key parts of Bologna. Staff were super helpful. Nothing to report, we really enjoyed our stay.

Although the apartment was central it was extremely quiet. The house was extremely helpful and hospitable, really really pleased with the service.We would definitely like to visit again.

If you like sleeping with the windows open, a bit noisy because of people on the street at night, but that's only a detail and quite normal in a city and so close to nice restaurants and sights.
Bea (10/5): Nagyon szuper volt, bármikor visszamennék! - Őszintén az egyik legjobb szállás, amin eddig voltunk. Elhelyezkedés, személyzet, felszereltség, tisztaság, figyelmesség kiváló volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A design kifogástalan. Minden be volt készítve előre, törölköző, szappan, mosókapszula, mosogatógép kapszula, kávé, tea, tejszín.... Az ágynemű fehér, vasalt, finom illatú, a törölközők pihe-puhák voltak. Wifi nem mindig volt stabil, de ez történelmi épületeknél előfordul, de a személyzet mindenben segítőkész volt! Köszönjük ezt az élményt, remélem mihamarabb visszatérünk. Ilyen nem volt, minden tökéletes volt.

Gazdă prietenoasă, ne-a dat câteva sugestii, check-in/check-out extrem de ușor. Per total, ne-a făcut plăcere să stăm aici, și, cu siguranță, dacă vom reveni în Bologna, vom sta tot aici. Nimic :)

Nikol (10/5): Perfect location and splendid experience. - Very kind and prepared staff, the flat was well accommodated to guests and the reception is available for help and additional requests such as booking taxis to the airport or somewhere else. Location is perfect. 10 mins away from the Central Train station, the actual city centre is around the corner. Lots of places to visit and check no more than 30 mins away by foot. The only thing is that the blow dryer is located in the bathroom, next to the shower which gets it moldy. Everything else is perfect.

Kenneth (9/5): A really lovely few days. Ideal for a few days stay, any longer and you may want a slightly larger place with a more com - Beautifully clean. The lady on check in was lovely. There was a very kind little snack pack left which was a lovely touch! The area was great, convenient to get to everywhere. Lots of info on the apartment on the surrounding area. It was very cold, there was no way of turning the heating on as the thermostat was locked in a little box. Once in bed and under the covers it was fine but when not in bed it was very chilly. The seating was quite uncomfortable too, if you weren’t lying on the bed it was fairly uncomfortable on the chairs. That said we still had a really lovely stay.

Имаше кратко описание на места, които да посетим. Съдействаха ни за наемането на такси,което доста ни улесни тъй като полетът ни беше много рано сутринта. Единственият недостатък е, че предвид на локацията е малко шумно. И двете вечери на престоя ни се събуждахме от шумни компании на улицата.

Jasmin (8/5): Tolles Apartment mit wahnsinnig guten Lage - Die Lage war einzigartig, super zentral, dennoch sehr ruhig! Das Apartment groß genug und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles war schön eingerichtet ☺️ im Zimmer lag ein kleines Paket mit Zwieback und Marmelade, das war eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit! Im Bad hat es leider etwas muffig gerochen bzw. nach Abfluss/Abwasser.

Maria (9/5): Muy bien ubicado - El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con todo el equipamiento necesario. El personal era muy agradable, nos dieron un mapa de la ciudad, y recomendaciones de restaurantes. Nada. Destacar únicamente, que tiene bastantes escaleras para subir a cada uno de los apartamentos

Tirreg (9/5): - Het warme onthaal door het personeel. Een functionele keuken. Het appartement ligt mooi in de buurt van bezienswaardigheden! En ook de inrichting was goed bij elkaar gekomen. Voor mij persoonlijk was het matras iets te hard.

Ian (7/5): A warm welcome and a comfortable sleep, but not enough light in the place. - We were in the ground floor apartment, and can only comment on that. We liked the friendly and helpful staff based in the office next door. We also liked the bed, which was extremely comfortable. The Nespresso coffee machine and Netflix were other nice touches. The whole apartment was very dark – much more so than appeared in the photos we'd seen. At night, with all the lights on, it was cosy enough, but during the day it felt dim and depressing. There is a small, outdoor courtyard, which offers some light, but it's tightly enclosed on all four sides and rather claustrophobic.

Kathryn (9/5): Charismatic and chic apartment in the heart of Bologna - We arranged a lower level apartment, no stairs. Was a great apartment, fantastic locality. In terms of accessibility to restaurants and bars, absolutely spoiled for choice. Most major attractions are within easy walking distance. Apartment was clean, chic and light filled. No complaints with the facilities My husband is a tall and big guy, found the bathroom close to claustrophobic, however we anticipated this when staying in Italy.
Emilia (9/5): Polecam miejsce Apartament wygodny, ładny i czysty, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji do zwiedzania - W apartamencie w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki (były kapsułki z kawą), zmywarka i nawet pralka :) Dużo restauracji i barów z przystępnymi cenami w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Trochę mało miejsca na ubrania, brakowało wieszaków na kurtki

Petou (8/5): Σούπερ τοποθεσία, όμορφο δωμάτιο , εξυπηρετική η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή! - η ύπαρξη μόνο ενός μικρού παραθύρου ήταν λίγο ασφυκτική για εμένα αλλά γίνεται κατανοητό αφού το δωμάτιο είναι στη σοφίτα του κτηρίου ουσιαστικά.

Géraldine (10/5): Ottimo! - On s’y sent comme à la maison: l’équipement est très complet (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, frigo qui fonctionne très bien, suffisamment d’ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle/verrerie). Le personnel est attentionné et très gentil. La localisation est idéale: à 10 minutes de la gare centrale et du centre historique.

Urban Ingemar (8/5): Bra beliggenhet med en god størrelse på soverommet. - Perfekt beligghenhet Stuen var av minimal størrelse! Badet var i minste laget - ikke nok plass for å ha tingene sine.
