- Hanna (9/5): - Insgesammt sehr angenehm und tolles Frühstück! Es ist halt ein Business Hotel, also alles sehr "korrekt". Ich war sehr zufrieden. Der kleine Markt direkt dran war sehr praktisch und alles in allem sehr nah an der Omiya Station. Es gibt viele Shopping und Essensmöglichkeiten rundherum. Einziger negativpunkt (und das ist mein eigenes Problem): Es gibt keinen Raucherbereich. Zum rauchen musste ich ein Haus weiter in ein Bürogebäude und dieses hatte zwischen 22 und 7 Uhr zu.

The bathtub was nice and deep and overall the bathroom was fine but I feel more comfortable in a room that doesn’t remind me of being inside a trailer house.

- Pavel (9/5): Modern hotel recommended for travelers by train - A modern hotel with a conference center, conveniently located close to Omiya Station. Omiya is served by all Shinkansen trains heading north from Tokyo, and Tokyo Station is about 30 minutes away by train. The station is only about 300 meters away via pedestrian walkways, and the hotel has a direct entrance from the walkway. The room was reasonably spacious, with a pleasant view of the square or park. There was also sufficient storage space, including a proper wardrobe. There are restaurants nearby, but more restaurants are on the opposite side of the station.

- FUMIKO (10/5): リピートしたいです！ - 母の介護疲れの静養に利用。のんびり心身休める事が出来ました。入り口とテーブルの鏡が大きくとても良かった。清潔でとても良い。 枕が少し高く感じました。二種類あったら嬉しいです。

- Julie (9/5): Clean Rooms, Great Location - Room was clean, close to Omiya Station (5 min. walk) and airport bus shuttle, had a great breakfast buffet, and the staff was helpful and courteous. Wish there were more fluent English speakers.

- Phurichaya (10/5): Great choice if you plan to stay near Omiya Station. Breakfast really nice - Location very near Omiya station walk around 3-5 minutes Around with shop and mall. Under hotel have family mart convenience store. Staffs very polite and helpful. Room is clean and hygiene. -
- Yu tsuen (10/5): - 地點非常棒! 出車站之後的空橋(2F)，可以繼續步行直達飯店。 飯店就在SOGO正對面。 旁邊就有便利商店，服務人員友善 & 專業。 可惜成田機場已經沒有直達飯店的巴士可以搭乘了，但似乎羽田機場還有。

- Kouko (6/5): 良かったです。 - コンサートの会場と繋がり、駅からのアクセスも良かった。 部屋も普通だが、清潔でした。 チェックアウトは10時30分頃でゆっくり部屋で過ごしましたが、当然掃除の方が他の部屋の掃除をされていたけれど、気持ち良く挨拶していただきました。 ビジネスホテルでは無いので、理解はしているつもりだが、コンサート前の荷物を預けた時が余計な仕事のようなそぶりとかチェックインする時にスタッフがひとりしかいなくて大変そうだったし、チェックアウトもひとりで対応していて、私はカードキーを機械に返却し無言でチェックアウトしてきました。

- shuko (7/5): 総合的にはリピ有り - 駅近、コンビニ近 無料水サービス バスタブ広め(に感じた） バスタオルが大判でふかふか アメニティが充実(フロントでも貰える） 冷蔵庫があまり冷えなかった(温度調整ができないタイプ？） 枕カバーは清潔だけど多分枕本体に加齢臭ぽいニオイが染み付いていたみたいで結構いないんじゃない寝返りの度にかすかに臭った事
