We had to reroute our schedule because of a train strike and they were accommodating by giving us our last night off. Divine (10/5): Great stay! - Good place to stay. Close to everything. The host is very nice and has good communication. The light in the kitchen wasn't working at first but fixed the next day. The levator stopped working at night, but the host was able to respond and fix it in a timely manner. We didn't have any problems. Heating, air conditioning, cooking, washing clothes, we didn't have a problem and we had a good stay! They have luggage storage, too. Just communicate with the host :)) The location was close to everything. A lot of shops are supermarkets just around. Pantheon is just a couple minutes of walk, and colleseum is also walkable. Everything is walkable. None.

Die Dachterrasse ist ein Mehrwert Das Apartment hatte zwar Fenster, waren aber zu öffnen in eine Art Galerie, also keine Sicht nach irgendwo...das ist wirklich das einzige.

The apartment is well equipped, located on a most amazing location, just a few short steps from all important locations in the city, the taxi services are right next to the apaprtment, hop on hop off busses also, just a perfect combination of privacy, romantic and all that you need to get that perfect Italian/Rome feeling. Book your stay here, and you will speak of your trip to Rome for the rest of your life. Thanks to the host, and this amazing experience. + the roof terrace is a must visit, just a perfect place for a morning Espresso or a late night glass/bottle of Italian wine

katherine (9/5): Fantastic location, beautiful apartment - Gorgeous apartment with soaring ceilings, lots of light, decent size shower, kitchenette, and washing machine. Fantastic location between piazza Navarona and the Pantheon, but on a side street so not too noisy. Beautiful big shared terrace with comfy furniture. An elevator that works well as long as all who use it close the doors properly after use. We were in "superior apt" on the 3rd floor. The double bed was pretty small. We were in Italy a month and the other "double" beds we slept in were queen size; this seemed like "full". As others have stated, the kitchen isn't very well equipped. We weren't there to cook, but a stovetop espresso maker would have been nice. There was a nespresso machine, but only a few pods were provided. 2 wine glasses, 3 mugs, 3 forks... not a big deal, but good to know. We stayed 5 nights and loved the place.

Odamızdan memnun olmadığımız için Maria bizi son gece büyük güzel bir odaya aldı. Son gecemiz son derece rahat konforlu geçti. Ancak önceki 3 gece rahatsızdı. Tercih ederken büyük odayı seçerseniz muhteşem rahat konforlu bir tatil geçirirsiniz. Odada su yok. 22 metrekare olan odada kaldık. Ancak oda balkondan kapatılmış. Koku vardı ve hiç gitmedi. Çok rahatsız olduk kokudan. Yatak rahatsızdı.

Jessica (10/5): Beautiful rooftop terrace and a location that cannot be beat - a fantastic place for a Roman holiday! - The rooftop terrace is truly amazing and the apartment was spacious and comfortable within a few minutes walk of Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. It was easy to check-in and access the apartment which we appreciated as our flight got in after midnight. Our unit had windows facing an enclosed balcony used for storage and cleaning supplies; but it meant it was quiet at night - no street noise.

За цената си апартаментът трябва да предлага доста повече удобства. Тоалетната на практика е в спалнята, с една тънка врата и е неудобно да се ползва, докато друг спи. "Кухнята" е в гардероб, също доста неудобна. Имаше кафе, но нямаше например сол. Самият апартамент миришеше на застояло и това не се оправи с дни. Асансьорът на сградата е много спефифичен и вероятно по-пълен човек трудно може да се качи в него.

ANGELA (9/5): Lovely Rome apartment! - The apartment was super clean and charming. The host, Jacob was very accommodating, and always attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Roma. Our only complaint was the inoperable elevator. But hopefully it is fixed by now. On the bright side, it gave us good daily exercise :)

Jolie terrasse Decouverte en arrivant que l ascenseur était en panne alors que le choix de l appartement était fondé sur cela suroit pour accéder a la terrasse au 5e ! Cela a duré les 6 jours du séjour et nous donc privé de la terrasse. Rue très bruyante la nuit.

V (10/5): Excellent - The host could not have been nicer, I had messed up my booking and arrived a day earlier, she was very understanding and said it was not a problem. The apartment was really nice and very clean. Having an ensuite bathroom in each of the bedrooms was fantastic. There were many very good reasonably priced restaurants and cafes very close to the apartment.

Traci (10/5): Great accommodations and would highly recommend - We loved our stay at Sant’Ivo Apartments! We enjoyed the terrace at night, the rooms were comfortable, the washer came in so handy as did the iron and ironing board, the apartment was plenty spacious for us, and it was close to absolutely everything. We were about 35 minutes away from the Vatican and that was the farthest walk we had to any of the main sites in Rome. The Colosseum was maybe 15 to 20 minutes away. Pantheon was four minutes away and everything else lies between with 100 different options for gelato, pastries, or restaurants and shopping. Wonderful! Jacopo was very friendly and accommodating upon checkin. The elevator broke down the last evening of our stay so having to go up and down five flights of stairs was a little exhausting as we had to do it a few times and then with bags the next day. That’s not really the apartment’s fault though that was just maintenance.
Monica (9/5): Great location and comfortable apartment for two - Great location in the old town, at a walking distance from all major sites. We were two and we liked the apartment very much - comfortable, well equipped and clean. We met Jacopo at arrival and he was very kind to help us with the luggage. We also needed batteries for the remoto and we got them right away. The terrace on the top floor is very nice and great fully the weather helped us enjoy it a little bit. In general, we are good with our choice. It’s unfortunate but the elevator broke down twice during our stay and we were on the 4th floor. Very tall stories so there was a lot to climb up and after a full day walking around Roma, it was a difficult climb for us. However, Jacopo was very prompt and kind to help us get the luggage up and down which made the issue more bearable.

Mohita (10/5): Great stay in Rome - Great clean property tucked in the heart of Rome with our own personal terrace with amazing views. Enough space to relax and very quiet. Supermarket close by for an essentials. Jacopo is an amazing host. He let us in early to drop off our luggage. Very kind. Not a negative but Google Maps is not aligned with this apartment. Our taxi driver was very sure that he had dropped off at the right location and he did. We ended up using Aveda Salon next door as our pinned location while we were staying here.

The room was big and and clean. The roof top terrace was beautiful. The location could not of been better. We were in walking distance of everything. We loved our stay. Thank you to the host and lovely cleaning lady. There was nothing we didn't like.

Bulent (9/5): Great location and very helpful staff, but quite expensive comparing the quality of the facilities - The location and the staff was amazing. Room is specious. Bed and pillow could me more comfortable. Bathroom needs more light and the drain of the shower was not working well. It is a bit pricey comparing with the quality of the facilities.

Bilyana (10/5): When you are in Rome, you have to stay at that dreamy place. - The apartment is like a diamond jewel, in the heart of Rome. Extremely spacious, perfectly clean with everything you need for both a short stay and a long one. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away, as well as bars, restaurants and cafes, which are wonderful. All the sights are within walking and short distance, and the terrace is like a dream come true under the sky of Rome. The hosts were so kind. Everything was perfect.

Garry (7/5): - Location is absolurely perfect as a base for all the tourist attractions. Roof top terrace is lovely at night for a stunning view of Rome and a cheeky wee glass of red vino. Good value for money for a very enjoyable short city break. I thought it was an apartment i'd booked. The online pictures showed lovely separate rooms. When we checked in it was a studio. So this was slightly disappointing. Bed wasn't the comfiest either. Mattress was far too thin and lacking for my Wife and I (we've recently purchased a new mattress at home ao might have been spoilt?) Drains were a bit stinky too. We left windows open when we went out but whwn we returned there was a really bad smell from them. We had to leave doors open to remove the smell.

I wish there were slippers in the room because the tiled floors were very cold. There also seems to be some trouble from the plumbing as there was an unpleasant smell when entering the room and some little gnats around the sink at all times.
Αικατερίνη (8/5): Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία με ασανσέρ. - Πολύ κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Όλα με τα πόδια και πολύ καλή και ασφαλής τοποθεσία. Μας έκανα αρκετά νωρίς check in & μας πρότειναν αν θέλαμε να μείνουμε για late check out. Ήταν πολύ βολικό αν και δεν το χρειαστήκαμε. Ήταν αρκετά παλιό σαν κατάλυμα. Είχε γίνει αλλαγή στην τουαλέτα και την κουζίνα αλλά τα ντουβάρια και γενικά το κατάλυμα θέλει ανακαίνιση. Είχα αρκετή φασαρία από έξω αν και είχα διπλά τζάμια. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν με σχετική καθυστέρηση. Το ασανσέρ αν και πολύ βολικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα μικρό. Μας χωρούσε μετά βίας.
Shahid (8/5): Ideal location. Comfortable and clean property. - Ideal location - next to Pantheon, excellent restaurants and 10mins walking distance to Trevi Fountain. We also walked to the Colosseum, but it can be a bit of a walk (20-30mins). Overall, the apartment was beautiful. We had one bedroom, lounge, and a bathroom on the second floor. It was spacious was my husband and I. Although, the bathroom was a bit small if you’re a tall person (6feet) as the shower rack almost touched your head. There was a 6 Euro per person “tourist charge” which we had to pay on top of the booking fees. Overall, our stay was comfortable and we would recommend staying here if you want to be close to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately we had some trouble getting into the property as the door instructions were difficult to understand. We also were given the wrong code for the key collection from the box. However, we were given the phone number for the staff to get in touch with who were prompt in picking up the phone and providing instructions. I would recommend if correct codes are sent to minimise this trouble. Otherwise, our stay was smooth.
