- Olga (8/5): Приятный отель с очень хорошим расположением - Приехали спонтанно с подругой из Москвы на три ночи. Отель выбрала как один из самых доступных по цене (не так уж дешево, но совсем в хостел селиться не хотелось) и по локации. Расположение отличное, везде ходили пешком, основные достопримечательности рядом, вокруг много интересных мест, где можно вкусно поесть. Пришли в отель с Сапсана около 18 вечера, нас вежливо и быстро заселили - комнату дали, как я просила в примечании к брони, с двумя отдельными кроватями, на 3-м этаже, направо от лестницы (приятно, что не рядом с кухней). Комнатка маленькая, но об этом я уже читала в отзывах, уютно, чистое белье, приятные обои. Неудобно, что нет никакого шкафа - есть вешалки, но одежду на них приходится вешать на те же крючки, куда вешаешь и пальто при входе, хочется еще какой-то палки или побольше крючков, что ли, на другой стене. В ванной комнате малюсенькая раковина, душевой отсек нормального размера, локтями об стену не бились :), унитаз. Есть полотенцесушитель, но он был холодный и вроде без возможности включить. С утра странным образом поступает вода - то идет вроде бы и не совсем холодная, но и недостаточно горячая, то какие-то "куски" совсем холодной, а то и кипятка. Вечером такого вроде не наблюдалось, все нормально. На этаже есть кухня - холодильники, стиралка, чайник, приборы, мы редко пользовались, но иногда можно налить чайку-кофейку (пакетики с чаем есть в комнате), а то и приготовить что-то. Слышимость высокая, что от соседей, что с улицы, но есть беруши :)

- Jen (8/5): - The location was good, it's located inside the apartment complex, so you can hear EVERYTHING !!! Somebody is walking the dog, someone on the phone talking outside or a young couple sitting on the bench under your window flirting and giggling! The rooms ARE TINY, TINY!!! Don't bring more then 2 carry ons, there is no space in the room for luggage 😂😂😂😂 But it's very clean and has a good price value! River boat stop around the corner, very convenient for midnight tour to see Bridges Opening.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The property is very centrally located and is walking distance from major attractions like Isaac cathedral, Savior on the spilled blood, hermitage, Nevasky prospect and others. The rooms are very small and there is hardly much room to move around in the comfort double room. The toilets are too small, the wardrobe is too small as well if you plan to stay longer here. Overall it is a good place to stay for 3-4 days.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to a variety of things. Clean. Room was noisy due to thin windows and doors. Could hear people partying outside. Our room was spacious but we had a handicap room, other rooms small. Breakfast was disappointing I would advise to go elsewhere for breakfast.

It was very disturbing! Our rooms were near the open area, we also heard people laugh and talk. Very annoying! Besides, no air conditioner or fan inside the room.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst experience ever! - I was made to wait 4 hours until checkin time since I was arrived early and when I went back to the hotel at checking time, I was made to wait for 1 more hour since they screwed up and my room hadn’t been on the cleaning list. They tried to stick me with a smaller room even though I booked a superior and a large room. In the end, the room allotted to me was the same small room they tried to stick me with. I travel a lot and am used to some really bad hotels. But this one takes the cherry on top! The room stunned, the bathroom was musty and I couldn’t breathe in there all. I had to leave the window open all day and only come back to sleep. Just a horrible experience! And the attitude of the staff was the worst! Stay away!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Buon albergo comodissimo al centro - L'albergo si trova in posizione comoda per il centro cittadino. L'ingresso è in un interno cortile con un pasaggio non sempre pulito, ma la posizione lo rende silenzioso. Il personale è davvero cortese. Le camere sono un po' piccole, senza armadio, ma con un attaccapanni dotato di tre o quattro grucce e una mensola.
- MARCELLA (10/5): Well situated, great accessible room - We stayed a week in July, one of our party uses an electric wheelchair and we booked her the accessible room. Plenty of space to manoeuvre, brilliant bathroom with rails and walk in shower. Better than many accessible rooms in London hotels. Only downside was corridor to it has plastic door frames which are too high to get over in electric wheelchair. Easily able to get to room through other bedroom door leading straight out of the hotel but meant could not reach small but well equipped kitchen. The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly. Other rooms very small with no real storage in our room. Very well situated so didn't need to use public transport for all major sights. Very good value for location. Would recommend and stay there again.

- belle (8/5): Lovely - We stayed here during the soccer world cup and quite frankly I was not expexcting too much. On arrival from the outside it isn't very appealing but once you enter it is lovely. The reception staff were English speaking and very helpful. The room was small but we didn't mind, we were there to explore St Petersburg not stay in the room, it was comfortable and clean. There was a bathroom in the room which was clean. There is a great communal kitchen on each floor which was extremely well equipped even had a washing machine. The location was perfect. The only negative I would have is that there is no airconditioning, which isn't really needed as the weather in St Petersburg doesn't get too hot but there is a little noise from outside with passing traffic when you leave the window open. We got used to this after the first night. In saying this I would definitely stay there again.

A little hard to find since it is in a courtyard behind the Main Street - thankful for the other reviews that mentioned it, so I didn’t have such a hard time. Go through the little alley, turn left and you’re there. Enjoyed our stay and saying hello to the friendly cat who has a little house out in the courtyard.

Staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel, in a small courtyard next to a canal and at walking distance to the Hermitage, is unbeatable. It was good value for money.

Unfortunately there was unpleasant sewer smell from bathroom - also from the lobby bathroom so we suspect it’s a building issue. Staff were not rude but not exactly friendly. Overall though would recommend, esp if price is reasonable.

Da bleibt kein platz für etwas anderes im Zimmer! Mitarbeiter jedoch freundlich und nett, sauber sind die zimmer auch. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

- Roberta (8/5): - Grazioso hotel poco lontano dalla cattedrale di San Isacco, nuovo e pulito con la possibilità di utilizzare una cucina in comune. Purtroppo la nostra stanza era molto piccola anche se avevo prenotato una stanza superior e senza cassetti per i vestiti. L’accoglienza non è stata calorosa ma sono stati molto disponibili nel chiamarci un taxi per l’aeroporto.
