- peter (5/5): Never again and not recomendable - The shuttle driver Totally overpriced compared to Radisson Blue ( fully booked) Rooms small and not comfortable. Breakfast good, but juices and coffee poor. “Close to airport??” 3 kms Taxi 16,75€ Shuttle 4,-€ x person. We had two rooms. One had visitors during the night. Nothing missing, a mistake(?) but not very nice. Staying at Radisson would have saved us 125-150€

- Günter (7/5): - Sauber, große Zimmer, schöner Fitnessbereich Dass man 30.- Euro zusätzlich bezahlen muss um bereits gegen 13.30 einzuchecken. Das führt dazu, daß ich nicht mehr das Hotel buchen werde obwohl es mir sehr gut gefällt.

- Nekane (10/5): Muy bien hotel - Tuvimos que reservar de urgencia por un vuelo cancelado y la verdad es que el hotel nos sorprendió para bien. Solo dormimos unas horas pero el hotel en si nos gustó mucho. La habitación era muy grande y moderna y todo estaba muy limpio. También estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto que era lo que necesitábamos. Por sacar un fallo, era complicado encontrar un sitio para cenar cerca aparte del propio restaurante del hotel. En nuestro caso coincidimos muchas personas en la misma situación y en el restaurante estaban saturados por lo que nos fuimos a la cama sin cenar.

Nettes Personal, obwohl viel los war sehr freundlich und überhaupt nicht gestresst. Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Teppichboden im Zimmer. War sauebr, aber ich finde Teppichboden generell recht unhygienisch in Hotelzimmern

Каждый день ем лосось , отличить свежий от старого с прогорклым вкусом и ароматом рыбьего жира . Не рекомендую этот отель и ресторан

Für ein Hotel am Flughafen erwarte ich zumindest Zahnbürste und Hygiene Artikel. Viele Leute kommen wegen stornierten Flügen. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt. Man konnte die Temperatur nicht regulieren. Das Bett war sehr unbequem.

Etage fand ein Event mit sehr lauter Musik statt: unser Zimmer war im 3.(!) Stock und die Bässe dröhnten bis in die unteren Etagen! Schlafen war nicht möglich! Das hätte man früher mitteilen müssen. Auch die Ohrstöpsel, die im Zimmer lagen, waren nutzlos.

- Pekka (10/5): Erittäin hyvä uusi hotelli lähellä lentokenttää. - Uusi hotelli aivan lentokentän vieressä. Erittäin suuri perhehuone ja hyvä äänieristys. Taukoamaton lentoliikenne ei kuulunut huoneeseen juuri ollenkaan. Yläkerran saunatilat mukava lisä suomalaiselle matkaajalle. Aamiainen erittäin runsas ja aamiaistila kerrankin hyvin tilava. Kunnollista tavallista kahvia! Aamiaistarjoilija oli aika kyllästynyt työhönsä ja antoi itsestään negatiivisen kuvan.

- ricarda1977 (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotes - Mirhat besonders gut gefallen, dass das Zimmer sehr schön, geräumig und angenehm ruhig war. Auch das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, sodass man gut in den Tag sgtarten konnte. Insgsamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenhalt, jedoch ga es kleinere Herausforderungen bei der Verständigung. Teiweise war die Verständigung auf Deutsch schwierig. Ich bin sicher das dies keine Absicht war, dennoch würde eine bessere sprachliche Verständingung den Service verbessern.

- Sophie (9/5): - Schön im grünen gelegen- perfekt für Hundebesitzer. Es gibt eine gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt mit den Öffis. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es sehr ruhig. Aus den großen Fenstern hatte man einen tollen Ausblick. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen (große Auswahl). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar bestens funktioniert, aber ab und an hätte man gerne mal durchgelüftet.

Chance verdient. 😉 Diesmal waren wir vom Frühstück restlos begeistert. 👍 Super viel Auswahl, tolle Qualität, liebevoll zurecht gemacht, engagiertes, freundliches Personal. Der Inhaber bzw. Hotelname hatte sich zwischenzeitlich geändert, daher wohl die Änderung um 180 Grad. Über die Zimmer und die Aussicht brauch ich nix sagen...die sind sowieso top.👌

- Jan (8/5): - Preisleistung ok wir waren nicht unzufrieden. Modernes Zimmer. Frühstück wohl immer gleich aber gut. Parken schlecht wenn ausgelastet. Für E ok Preis pro Nacht nicht akzeptabel. Vor dem hotel auch sehr schwierig.etwas zu finden. 800 meter entfernt kostenlos parken möglich. Duschkabine undicht. Lage nur für kurzaufenthalt sinnvoll. In die Stadt sind 12-15Min mit Auto einzuplanen. Zu Fuß gibt es dort nix zu erkunden. Restaurant auch 10 Minuten entfernt. Frühstückskapazität begrenzt. Einge leute standen dort 10 Minuten bevor ein Tisch frei wurde inakzeptabel. Einge starts und Landungen bekommt man mit ist aber noch um Rahmen. Fazit wenn rabatiert gebucht Sehr gutes hotel ansosten gibt es vermutlich bessere aufgrund der Lage.

- Dennis (10/5): Super Hotel mit guter Aussicht auf den Hamburger Flughafen ✈️ - Wir kommen öfters in dieses Hotel, da der Ausblick auf den Hamburger Airport wunderschön ist! - Die Zimmer sind immer sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt hier wirklich an nix. - Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß mit einer wunderbaren Sonnendusche. - Die Betten sind sehr bequem. - Trotz der naheliegen Landebahn, ist alles sehr leise. Großes Lob auch an das gesamte Frontoffice Team, die immer sehr liebevoll und zuvorkommend sind.😊 Wir kommen wieder😉 Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nix 😉

- Kreutz (6/5): Alles Sauber, Restaurant und Bar sehr Gut aber leider sind die Zimmer schlecht Schallisoliert ! - Das Frühstücks- Buffet war sehr Gut, es gab ausreichen warmes und sehr viel Auswahl bei den kalten angeboten, stets Frisches Obst, Gemüse und eine gute Käse Auswahl, alles wurde stetig nachgefüllt! In der Bar werden sehr Gute Cocktails zu bereitet! Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und sauber! Offensichtlich wurde beim errichten des Hotels an der SchallIsolierung und akustischen Trennung gespart, Mann hört wirklich alles durch, wenn ein Zimmer nebenan Belegt wird, sämtliche Gespräche, Duschen, sogar das Händewaschen und ganz unangenehm die Benutzung der WC Anlagen . Der Transfer sollte bis zumindest 00.00 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen, es ist schwierig am Flughafen ein Taxifahrer für die kurze Strecke zu buchen.
