L'aspetto peggiore è stato che abbiamo chiesto di ricevere uno zainetto perso su un treno, che sarebbe stato spedito dall'ufficio oggetti smarriti di Tokio. Naturalmente pagando noi la spedizione. Ci è stato negato. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto all'ufficio oggetti smarriti per una comunicazione più chiara in lingua giapponese ma anche a loro hanno negato qiesta possibilità, così come allo staff dell'albergo in cui alloggiavamo. Nessuna comprensione. Nessun aiuto.

- Tsang (1/5): 非常之差，絕對不會推薦其他旅客入住！ - No 實際情況與網站的相片不符，地方十分狹窄。我訂了5人入住，網站標明兩張雙人床及一張梳化床，但那張梳化床非常之細，根本不足夠地方睡覺。沒有提供足夠的被鋪及枕頭，要等一大段時間才供應。餐具不清潔。

- Scott (8/5): I would reccomend this property as it’s the whole apartment so you get relax and privacy. Check in procedure is very eas - They had an iPad that you could contact with them at any time. We had issue with aircon not working and they sent someone to look at it within 20min. The air con was broken so they delivered portable heaters again within 20minutes. The property was spacious and separate kitchen/diner and washroom and toilet. Bedroom could be sectioned off so can watch tv without disturbing other people with you. 12min walk to train station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby Floor was slightly dirty even though shoes removed at the entrance
- Catherine (4/5): Overall, more negatives than positives about this place - It is about a 10 minute walk from Hakata Station, and it is around the corner from a 7/11 and Lawson. Those aspects made it convenient. There is also enough space for my family of 4 (children ages 10 and 6) in one room. It had a washing machine and internal drying rack so we could wash a small amount of clothes. There are two small parks nearby if you have children, but neither have significant playground equipment. If you are assigned a floor beneath another room, you will hear your neighbors all night. Our upstairs neighbor seemed to have a child that enjoyed running in the room and jumping on the bed at a very late hour. There is no one working on site, so I could not ask for a room change or even get someone to speak to the people staying above us about the noise. There was a kitchen, but no cups/utensils/pots/etc. to use to eat any food inside. There was also nowhere to eat inside, so you had to stand at the counter or sit on the couch. The room was VERY dirty - there were blood stains on the pillows and curtains, there was a tremendous amount of dirt/dust under the couch, on the bed frame, under the bed. The heating unit was damaged or coming off the wall, so it rattled VERY loudly when we turned it on. It is close to Hakata Station, but in a "business" side of town, so not many sights to see nearby.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 連泊者には優しくないかも - 家族5名で大型連休3泊にて利用。元々ハウスキーピングは有料となってはいる。タオルは人数分用意されているが、宿泊期間中に交換は無し。他の利用者も記載しているが、洗濯機は用意してあるものの縦型のため、乾燥は最長の150分コースでも不十分。浴室乾燥機もなし。またベランダに物干し竿が用意してあるが、清掃されておらず砂埃まみれ。干すための用具もピンチハンガーが用意してあるだけでバスタオルは干しにくい。洗剤も1回分しか用意されておらず、総合的に見て連泊利用者には優しく無い。天候不順が続くと辛い。 洗濯関連の見直しをするか、タオルだけでも毎日の交換を検討していただきたい。 部屋はうなぎの寝床様で、特に中央の寝室の移動スペースは人1人がやっと。 チェックインがフロント対応の時間外となり無人であったが、事前の電話やメールのやり取りで特に不安はなかった。 駐車場はないが、すぐそばに複数のコインパーキングがあるため止められないことはないと思う。 コンビニも近くにあるためその辺りは問題ない。
- Lai bin (10/5): Affordable and clean - the facilities are good. Bathtub and a simple kitchen are very useful to tourists. Elevator is good for heavy luggage tourist.
- ??? (6/5): - 洗濯機を利用したが、縦型のため風乾燥しかなく、ちゃんと乾かない物もあった。ドラム式や浴室乾燥等あるとなお良かった。

- RISA (10/5): - 두번째 방문이였는데 이번에도 좋았습니다 역에서도 가깝고 부엌도 세탁기 전자레인지 오븐 다 있고 근처에 편의점도 많아서 너무 편했어요 참고로 하카타역에서도 걸어서 갈수 있지만 히가시히에역이 더 가깝습니다!!!!!
- Li-Ying (6/5): - 如果有需要提供行李寄放功能的住宿，這間旅宿不適合，報到時間很晚下午五點以後，如果當日中午以前抵達必須要自己想辦法放行李箱不然註定拉著走，距離住宿最近的博多車站寄放櫃基本都是客滿的
- Fai (8/5): - 住宿職員不會說英語很難溝通，其餘地方滿意。
