sandrine (9/5): TOP! - Chambre très calme et grande, lit confortable, douche moderne, vue sur une cours arborée, apéro de bienvenue. L’emplacement est FABULEUX, à 5 min du château des Sforza ou du Duomo. Très bon petit déjeuner! Je retournerai au même endroit pour mon prochain séjour milanais. Mon seul bémol : pour les chambres à 3 pour deux parents avec une fillette de 6 ans, il n’y a qu’un grand lit en 180. Acceptable pour deux nuits, mais cela serait bien d’envisager un petit lit d’appoint pour les enfants, d’autant plus que la chambre est suffisamment grande !

Norse Bear (10/5): Magnificent hotel so close to important sites! - The breakfast was excellent. The eggs were a bit overcooked, but still I was grateful that they had eggs. They had delicious juices. The happy hour with one free drink was so welcome and refreshing after retiring day of touring. The staff was outstanding. The rooms were very spacious. this was a quiet hotel in a very busy part of Milan. It was so close to all the important sites, but yet so quiet like an oasis. Omelette station and custom order eggs would be nice.

Номери дуже чисті та комфортні, достатня кількість міні косметики, безкоштовний міні-бар. Приємним бонусом став безкоштовний перший коктейль у барі щовечора, бармен допомогає визначитись з вибором та готує смачні коктейлі. Окреме дякую персоналу - вони неймовірно привітні, готові допомогти з будь яким питанням, саме персонал створює атмосферу, куди хочеться повернутися.

Stacie (10/5): You feel like family from the moment you arrive. - This hotel was a hidden gem. It was in a great location, walkable to so many places. It was clean, comfortable, offered a free extensive, breakfast buffet as well as a complementary beverage at the bar each night. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions and arranging transportation. We were staying in Mila a few hours after checkout and they offered to hold our bags so that we could continue sightseeing without lugging our bags. Everything was wonderful.

The hotel is rated as 3 stars, but in reality, it’s on the level of a 5-star hotel. We didn’t end up eating breakfast, but from a glimpse into the dining room, it looks like breakfast is surprisingly good as well. In short, this is a perfect hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant experience, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and above all, a completely reasonable price.

Сніданки дуже хороші, є все потрібне, смачні йогурти, круасани, кава якісна. Персонал ресторану українки, що прекрасно! Не могли скористатися всіма розетками, тільки у ванні і одна в кімнаті. Roman (10/5): Это не три звезды, это выше! - Отличный полулюкс с террасой. Большой номер, удачная мебель: диван, длинный стол, круглый столик с креслами. Да еще на террасе на открытом воздухе столик с 4 стульями! В ванной все необходимое в наличии. Очень довольны. Завтрак отличный.

Tamás (9/5): excellent price/performance (for Milan) for the usual tourist city trip - The hotel was very close to all the places we wanted to visit. We could easily walk to all our destinations, including the Milano Cadorna train station, i.e. the airport connection point. Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. The room had a proper size. It was not exactly luxurious (contrary to some review comments), but had all the necessary amenities. Proper espresso was served at breakfast on request. The room was also very quiet, although in the midst of the city. nothing to complain about. The common large duvet (blanket) for the double bed (often found in Italian hotels) was replaced on request with two separate duvets.

Julie (10/5): The most beautiful hotel in the perfect location, with staff to - Hotel Milano Castello was in the perfect location, midway between the cathedral and the castle. A 5 min walk from shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing, so professional and friendly. The rooms were beautiful too. Breakfast was perfect and each evening we started our night with a couple of Hugo’s before we went out to dinner. We were able to store our bags on arrival and our l check out day. The hotel contains rye most beautiful pieces of art too. We could not find a single fault. It was perfect and we are already planning our return!

TerJo (10/5): Milano Castello stay - We had a wonderful stay at the Milano Castello. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city and access key attractions. The breakfast was excellent and the room itself was impeccably clean and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it. -

Maria (10/5): Väldigt trevligt hotell med bästa servicen! - Centralt. Bra frukost. En gratis drink per dag i baren. Trevliga rum. Ljudisolerade rum, man hör ingen trafik alls även fast den går precis utanför. Grön oas mitt i hotellet där man även kan äta sin frukost.

Margaritis (10/5): Εξαιρετικά - Μπορώ να πω πολλά θετικά πράγματα για το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Η τοποθεσία είναι άψογη — πραγματικά βρίσκεσαι στην καρδιά του Μιλάνου. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο και δεν χρειάζεται κανένα μέσο για να μετακινηθείς. Σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι όπου θέλεις: Duomo, Piazza Castello, Piazza della Scala, Brera και Via Montenapoleone. Εμείς ήμασταν με ένα παιδάκι 5 ετών και πήγαμε παντού με τα πόδια. Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό. Τα κορίτσια στην καθαριότητα και στο πρωινό, καθώς και τα παιδιά στο bar, ήταν όλοι ευγενέστατοι. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν μεγάλο, άνετο και καθαρό. Καθημερινά γινόταν καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται σε έναν μικρό αλλά προσεγμένο χώρο, με αρκετές επιλογές και συνεχή ανανέωση με φρέσκα προϊόντα. Μας άρεσε πάρα πολύ και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το check-out γίνεται στις 11:00 το πρωί. Ίσως έχουμε συνηθίσει στα περισσότερα ξενοδοχεία που είναι γύρω στις 12:00, αλλά το γνωρίζαμε από την αρχή.

VHerzberg (10/5): Our favorite hotel in Milan - We stayed at this wonderful hotel for eight nights and loved it. It has the best location in Milan - a few minutes walk to the Duomo and a few minutes wall to the Castle. Our room was spacious and very quiet. The buffet breakfast was good and the service was excellent. We especially want to thank Sandra for all her help. It is now our favorite hotel in Milan.

La habitación muy limpia y el happy hour viene bien después de caminar mucho. A pesar de haber enviado los datos del vehículo con mucha anticipación no lo habían registrado ni reservado el espacio en el estacionamiento. Al regresar luego de pasear seguían sin registrarlo. Nuestro proceso de check in no fue precisamente memorable. El check out, contrariamente estuvo muy bien. Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en el hotel y el incremento de precio no se justifica.

Hitakshi (5/5): The property is great and lovely but the staff make the experience less than ideal, surprising given the amount we have - Great large rooms, clean bathrooms and very central location. Staff was rude. My room was not cleaned because the cleaner misunderstood me (she only speaks Italian and I speak English) and the staff blamed me for not communicating properly. My air conditioner wasn’t working and the staff claimed that it works only mid April. It was working just fine in my parents room and no one came to repair mine. Server at breakfast was rude and dismissiive.
Aivaras (10/5): - Everything is great. For the first time I encountered a situation where water and soft drinks in the minibar are free and replenished daily. Also, the first cocktail in the hotel bar during happy hours is free. Bed is very comfortable.
