We always stay here and will continue to do so for our weekend getaways. I believe the young man's name was Terrin that checked us in and is an amazing asset for this company. He is friendly, genuine and caring! No concerns at all.

- Heather (4/5): Ick - Good location and beds were decent. Very dirty. Like sticky floors and hair in the bathroom and overflowing trash cans out front. One of the staff had commandeered the pool with his teenagers such that none of the guests who came down with their kids to swim could safely be in the pool (lots of roughhousing and throwing balls, etc., all of which was against the posted rules.). I’ve stayed in this hotel at least 6 times over the years but won’t be back.

- Jon (3/5): Late check in, bad pool experience, then no advertised breakfast in morning - Location was good The room wasn’t ready at 3:00 pm, had to wait in lobby until 3:40 pm, we live in the area and were there for our grandchildren to swim, immediately went to the pool and couldn’t get in with our key card, a person at the front desk finally let us in after waiting for another 10 minutes, then to find out the water was quite cold but made due, we needed to use the hide a bed, that’s why we purchased the queen suite and there wasn’t bedding for it, the front desk after calling did bring bedding and extra towels since we only had 3 to begin with. In the morning we all went down for breakfast and there was very little left for food, when we asked the front desk about the problem, she couldn’t find the person that was supposed to supply the breakfast and couldn’t reach the manager either to give her support. Very disappointed in the service and shortage of staff and was not a good experience, I have a different view of holiday inn express, which we have always relied on

I had to travel over 30 min away to find the nearest hotel that wasn't fully booked. A completely terrible booking experience for my family.

- Sober (10/5): Nice facilities, close to amenities - The location is great close to food places, and activities. Easy access to roads. Beautiful neighborhood. Staff on duty were super. Helpful and friendly. YOUR WEBSITE. When I made reservations the date kept regressing to the days date, not the date I entered THREE times. Eventually I ended up with reservations on the WRONG date and it COST ME! My husband was so angry he decided we would not use the website to make reservations again. We might use it to look up but will call to make it over the phone.

Wonderful check in with the ladies being very helpful and recommended a great pizza place! The decor is very up to date with fun colors that compliment the neon lights at night. Nice patio outside where we enjoyed drinking and having coffee. The breakfast was delicious with eggs and yummy potatoes with healthy options also. The teas and fresh ground coffee were a pleasant surprise! We loved the Dove toiletries! They all smell great and thanks for going green and saving on the little plastic bottles! The beds were comfy and I didn't hear anything all night! Outstanding hotel that shows pride with how clean everything was inside and out! Most beautiful plants when you walk in! Can't wait to come back! 😀 Loved everything!

If a fire happened how would someone in a wheelchair take the 4 flight of stairs to get out of building? Also shower head for hand held was broke, and the seat for the tub but no way to keep water from running off seat onto floor as curtain doesn’t cover it cause seat sticks to side of tub. Kind of little things but some safety things to keep in mind when accommodating handicap people.

Typically I don’t do a review but I didn’t want to pass up the chance. If you are debating if you should stay here….I at BOOK IT! This was one of the very best places I have ever stayed. It was a beautiful facility, very clean and well-kept. I left feeling like I can’t wait to visit again! In fact, we decided to stay and extra night, but there were not open room, so we had to move another hotel….and I was sad because this other hotel (newer and more expensive) was horrible. This one set the bar pretty high, so it is no wonder we didn’t like any other one we went to. The only thing I didn’t care for was the pillows. My husband slept great and really thought all was exceptional. Give it a try….I think you will be very pleased! Thanks for a great stay!

- lauriepZ3839FE (2/5): Nice area, poorly run hotel - The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis only new towels. They didn't even empty the full garbage pail in the room. The hallway smells like a dirty diaper. Management was informed but no action was taken from what I could see. The coffee station was not clean in the dining area. There were no napkins . They took away the Keurig coffee pots in the rooms because there is 24-hour coffee downstairs. That was a bad idea. The outside patio area could be cleaned up a little better. I would not stay here again.

There was hair in and around the shower indicating that they do not do a very thorough job of cleaning. The ac unit made a loud whiny sound and clicked off and on all night despite using the setting on constant fan. The pool had only one towel and no hot tub. There are many better choices for the price they are charging. This one has been added to my avoid list for sure.
