Toilet didnt flush No light in bathroom No toilet paper Lots of other cosmetic stuff; gross mattress and pillows, linens.
• Jessica (2/5): - I have stayed here in the past a few times. Its a motel and you get what you pay for. However, this time i had nasty issues with roaches. It was super gross and in the past wasn't a problem. So i will not stay here again. Plus i had to make sure i didn't bring these nasty creatures home with me. They were in my water and just everywhere. Disgusting.
• Donald (6/5): - The room wasn’t ready when we checked in and we checked in 4 hours later than the check in time of 3pm. They had to clean the entire room and change the sheets, and the toilet seat was also broken at the hinge. It was $5 just to have an extra key to the room. And we only had three total towels for the room. The room was a nice size and had a sink, refrigerator and a cooktop too. But it was overshadowed by the room not being ready.
• Antonio (6/5): - The room was a nice size and very clean. There was only one bath towel per person, we had to ask for additional bath towels. The toilet seat came loose from the toilet. The shower did not have a non-slip tub mat and did not have sufficient grab bars. The employees were very helpful, friendly and pleasant.

• Gabriele (2/5): - I had to stand in the reception area for over 15 mins ringing the bell for services when there was no one else waiting etc. I also had to sleep in my car due to the roaches that came out hours after I was there and was too late to go anywhere else. I also was not given a refund for my experience.

Everything was broken the doors didn’t work had broken chairs in the room sheets were grey not white I asked for a non-smoking room (imagine I still had to state this) and once I entered the smoke smell smacked me in the face!! DO NOT go by the stars on the reviews they’re FALSE AND HAVE TO BE MADE UP!! RUN!!! This place is a nightmare!!
• Diane (4/5): - The property appears to house more long term, permanent residents than it does for rent rooms. The rooms are old, outdated, and smell as though they are being smoked in daily. The bed, large king bed, was extremely uncomfortable and hard with 3 pillows (although it was advertised to sleep 3 people) and only a sheet and the decorative cover that provided no warmth. We did ask for a pet friendly room and I realized those rooms are often the least desirable at most locations, but this was something else. I did wipe up some water from the floor (my dog dribbles when she drinks) and the cloth was brown from one swipe of the floor in front of the sink. There was a table in the room however it was not very sturdy and I was afraid it was going to fall over when I set a bag on it. There was a refrigerator/freezer combo which has an odor when you opened it although it was empty. There were outdoor light fixtures with continually blinking lights on 2 of the buildings. The television and air conditioner worked fine. The gentleman at the office was very pleasant at check in and departure though which was the only saving grace.

• Michael (2/5): Unreal - I wouldn’t let my worst enemies dog sleep in that room. I was charged $100 for a room infested with literally hundreds of roaches. Hundreds. I can’t believe the nerve to even offer it to people. I’d sleep in a cardboard box with the bum from out front 7/11 and it would be more sanitary. Unbelievable.
• Ashley (2/5): - False advertisement- pictures show a clean and well kept property. When I arrived it was unkept, dirty, I felt unsafe to stay with my 10 year old daughter as a single mother, and the staff was not helpful. And unwilling to give me a refund. I would not recommend this place.

• Vani (10/5): Best place ive stayed at - Excellent place to stay. Water gets hot. Heater actually works. Phones actually work. Tv/internet actually works. Limited parking but overall great. Wholesome couple runs and operates place. Very nice owners. Only issue is i dont think they mop the floors so make sure you wear socks or shoes inside. ! Or house slippers. Even better than some hilton hotels. Affordable as well

• Paula (8/5): My Stay - Although the room was clean and welcoming as well as comfortable housekeeping could have done a better job-hair in tub and sink counter, dust behind the tv, area next to the fridge in cabinet dirty, and the ac unit vents could have been cleaned-the other issue was the shower-I had to turn the sink on for the shower to come on and no matter how long or which direction I turned faucet I never got hot water.

Fraudulent establishment.

• Anya (4/5): Should have charged less... - The ceiling looked like it was starting to cave in from water damage and the walls were dirty. It just is not a very well-maintained motel.
• Olivia (4/5): 0/10 would NOT recommend - The pictures displayed of this place were very deceiving. The sheet cover on the bed had stains on it and it appeared that the dressers and other surfaces had not been cleaned. We chose not to stay the second night because of how uncomfortable we felt staying there. For $99 a night, I didn’t expect to be staying at the Ritz, but I did expect some level of cleanliness that was not evident at this establishment.
• Caitlin (6/5): - Overall, this place is not great. Our "smoke-free" room reeked of cigarettes. Every wall in the room needs a coat of paint and the floors need a good scrub. The mattress firmness resembled plywood. On a positive note, the check in/out process was quick and the desk clerk was nice.
• Jessica (4/5): Ugh... - I've used this motel at least 3 to 4 time in the past few years. The bed sucked, too hard and only 3 pillows for a king size bed. The wi-fi didn't work even with the correct password. Bugs and no clean towels the next day. Last time i use them even if it was cheaper then most. Will pay the higher price just for a smidge more comfort.
• Walter W (2/5): - You would be better off sleeping in your car in the fast lane of the highway than staying in this motel. It is very dirty, insect infested (mostly roaches and flies). Don't expect any help from the staff. We had to leave one day early due to a family emergency that we informed them about, but could not get a refund. I would say that it's poorly maintained, but I did not see any maintenance being performed at all, even after we complained about the refrigerator being severely in need of repair. The door gasket will not seal the door shut tight, so the inside temperature was just not very cold. The entire back wall of the refrigerator was solid ice. In the three days that we stayed there, there were no clean towels, no trash pick up and no evidence of the room being cleaned. We have family in the area and would like to find a place to stay nearby, but this is the kind of place that you can rent by the hour in most places. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

• Charlene (10/5): Happy with my stay here - I stay here for early morning business meetings in the area on many weekends, the front desk staff are awesome, always willing to make sure my stay is perfect and the room is always clean, comfortable bed, toiletries, hair dryer ect. Everything I need each time I stay. I will always come back here.
• Jim (6/5): - The property was convenient to where I was visiting. Everything worked in the room. The walls were in bad shape. Definetly needed paint.
• Art (6/5): Sleepy grumpy overnight attendant. - The check in was a little difficult. The attendent had a heavy accent there is very thick glass between them and you so communication was pretty difficult. At first he didn't believe that I had actually paid for the room through hotel.com and insisted that I call this was all at 2:00 in the morning and I was in no mood. But then the payment cleared on his end and he gave me my key and was pleasant there on out. Cuz again 2:00 in the morning and I had just woken him up from a dead sleep so I'll give him a pass. Was what you would expect from this type of establishment nothing more nothing less. At the very least it was nice and quiet and had a nice little area in the back to sit and chill.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Walls and some of towels were dirty. Piece of toilet paper shoved in the missing peep hole. Floors were still extremely sticky and wet when we went in so we wiped down with towel and it was filthy. Very smoky in first room. Second room was not much better. Smoke alarm was beeping so instead of changing out battery, they just disengaged battery. No extra toilet paper rolls so when you ran out there was no more. No cleaning service or towel changes from day to day. Front desk tried to be accommodating but they didn’t have much to work with.

• CATTSAR (4/5): Horrible experience - This was a very bad choice. When I first pulled in I was impressed with the surrounding wooded area. However it was down hill from there. I paid in full, $228. including $40. for my Cat. I had requested a non smoking room but it really wasn't! The faint smell of clove, burn holes on the bed spread and the dirty ashtray were a dead give away. I was told there were no other rooms available. The walls were heavily pocked and the towels and wash clothes were a disgrace!! They were no more then rags. However! in all fairness I will admit that new floors and appliances had been installed. The tub and shower unit were clean and brand new. This was poorly represented.

We stayed here for 4 nights and they clean my room every day even when I check out and I forgot my wallet in room they keep it in office we picked up next day there was nothing missing it. Well for my future trip I will be use this motel very good service and clean room. Good job

• Dana (6/5): Not bad but the smell - Man at the desk couldn’t find my reservation for several minutes. Was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but reeked of smoke. The walls of the room were dirty and there was an open soap and shampoo bottle in the bathroom. But the beds were clean and the shower was hot and good pressure. Wouldn’t have been to bad if it wasn’t for the smell.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Opposite of Smoke Free - Even though the hotel was listed as non smoking, the room smelled very heavily of smoke the entire time I stayed. I bought air fresheners from target down the road and used at least half a bottle, still didn’t fully mask the smell. On top of that, left the bottle there during the day while I was out, came back and it was gone. Magically none of the managers knew what I was talking about. On top of this I found a half used cigarette in the bedside table and 3 holes in the top sheet of the bed from burns from cigarettes. Nothing about the room was smoke free. Asked for another room and was told no vacancies and wouldn’t give me a refund.

The AC in the rooms did not work. They advertise with free breakfast and there is no free breakfast. Do not stay here.

• Jessica (6/5): Not the best! - The motel was very average. I took it because it was relatively cheap, but the staff did not clean the room or leave fresh towels during my stay. Didn't even empty the garbage. Check-in was not easy, they had me staying 1 night and I had to prove that I was there for 2 night with my handy hotels.com confirmation. They did update the room with nice accessories, but the bedspread was ugly and had cigarette burns on it. Wi-Fi was good.
• KJ (2/5): - Beware: You get what you pay for. Property not adequately staffed, had to wait in office area for nearly 10 minutes before someone showed up. Room was filthy: A non-smoking room had cigarette burn holes in the bed cover. Smell of smoke coming in from other rooms. Dirty fingerprint stains on walls. Stains on towels and shower curtain. Unidentified sticky substance on floor. Dirt and mold along bathroom vanity. Immediately went out to buy disinfectant sprays and wipes. Although the budget price was enticing, it's no excuse for inadequate maintenance and cleaning.

Very quiet and nice beautiful area of PA. Off in the boonies but nice room for last minute. Not very close to any food places or stores though
