Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast times, opening breakfast at 8 am seems a little late if you have plans to out of Lisbon for the day and want an early start.

• Raphaela (9/5): familiäres tolles Boutique- Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Frühstück - Der freundliche Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft im DL Gallery House waren aussergewöhnlich für ein Stadt-Hotel. Es herrscht eine familiäre Stimmung. Das Frühstücks-Buffet überzrugte durch kleine liebevoll täglich neu zubereitete Leckerbissen, auch für Vegies. Das Dachterassenzimmer war klein aber fein. Auch die Einrichtung mit den besonderen Deko- Elementen gefiel uns sehr. Leider ist das Hotel für ÖV nicht ideal gelegen. Wir empfehlen ein Taxi vom/ zum Flughafen, da die Rollkoffer auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster nicht ideal zu bewegen sind. Trotz ÖV- Ticket waren wir täglich 15 km zu Fuss unterwegs…

Feels worth the money spent! - The staff were very welcoming, helpful and always greeted you with a genuine smile and really made the stay feel special with personal and leaflet recommendations. They also provided a free welcome drink and a personalised departure letter. The taxi company they have partnered with were also very patient, very professional and consistent with communication including clear advice on navigating the airport. The breakfast was lovely and very filling as it had a wide range of different food options that they alternate between and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel was also in an excellent location and was well connected to the city transport links as we were only 10 minutes away from both the train that took us to our day trip from Lisbon to Cascais as well as the trams to both sides of the city( Belem and Alfama) We were also in walking distance to many bars and food spots such as the time out market and a rooftop bar called Java The hotel doesn't offer a kettle/ drink making station in the rooms and every time we wanted a drink we had to have it in the hotel lobby and we had to ask for milk which meant at times we couldn't have a drink when we wanted as reception was closed and at times made me feel a little awkward even though the staff were happy to help and didn't make us feel like it was any trouble. I also didn't get much sleep as you can hear the city buzz due to it being a central location so if you're a light sleeper it might not be ideal, but you could bring some ear plugs to rectify this.

Hôtel dans une vieille maison très cosy et décorée avec gout. Chambre très vaste avec lits de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié dans véranda lumineuse. Les chambres sont mal isolées avec perception des bruits des autres clients et le mélangeur de la douche est perfectible. (Mais les fenêtres isolent bien du bruit de la rue qui n'est pas perceptible )

• Carolin (10/5): Kleine Oase im Herzen von Lissabon - Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In dem Viertel sind viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants und die berühmte Tramlinie 28 fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komfortabel und besonders gut hat uns das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück gefallen.

• Kerstin (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Uns hat es im Dear Lisbon - Gallery House sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles absolut sauber, die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück war lecker. Wir hatten das Doppelzimmer im Dachgeschoss mit einem süßen Balkon, den wir absolut genossen haben. Die Straßenbahn 28 hält tatsächlich direkt vor dem Hotel. Mit ihr kann man bis Alfama fahren ( unserem Lieblingsstadtteil). Unser Zimmer war so gut schallisoliert, daß wir vom Verkehr draußen nicht beim Schlafen gestört wurden. Ein Supermarkt ist 50m neben dem Hotel. Getränke auf dem Zimmer waren kein Problem. Ganz wichtig ist ,sich den Türcode für die Hoteleingangstür zu merken, da nicht immer jemand am Eingang sitzt und man sonst vor einer verschlossenen Tür steht, was in der Nacht wirklich Panik auslösen kann. : ) Es gibt aber eine Notfalltelefonnummer. Wir empfehlen das Hotel aber weiter, weil Preis Leistung unserer Meinung passt. Man könnte durch ein Zwischenbrett im Schrank und ein richtiges Nachtschränkchen viel Platz und Stauraum für Kleidung und Kleinigkeiten, die man halt einfach dabei hat, schaffen, was meiner Meinung nach , nicht viel Aufwand wäre und viel ausmachen würde. Außerdem war unsere Badezimmerbelüftung extrem laut. Sie hat gebrummt, wie ein Automotor,sobald man das Licht angemacht hat, was manchmal schon genervt hat, wenn die Begleitperson noch schlafen wollte. ( Zimmer 305) Aber es sind keine großen Mängel. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut!!!

• Frank (9/5): Schönes Boutique Hotel in toller Lage zu einem sehr guten Preis- Leistung Verhältnis. - Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, direkt an der legendären Straßenbahn Linie 28. Das Zimmer mit Dachterasse war trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns Restaurant empfohlen und auch gebucht. Es gab ein kleines aber sehr leckeres Frühstück in einem schönen Wintergarten. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Aus unserer Sicht gab es an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzen.

• Kathleen (10/5): Delightful boutique hotel in a great location with very good amenities. - First time in Lisbon so wasn't sure how to determine correct neighborhood to stay in for convenience etc. but this location is ideal. It's on a narrow street but the main tram (28) stops right out front and it will take you to all the popular spots in the city. The hotel is quaint and welcoming and the room we had was big, bright and lovely. There really wasn't anything we didn't like...the breakfast was great and plentiful. The towels in the bathroom are thick and soft. The bed lines are crisp and beds were super comfy. Really nothing to complain about at all.

• Janine (10/5): Incredible customer service that went above and beyond expectations - Booking a taxi via the hotel was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend their service. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly. Tessa in particular helped us on arrival with a map and suggestions of places to visit. We were greeted warmly and offered a hot drink and Portuguese tart. We visited as a group and Tessa provided restaurant recommendations and booked restaurants for us which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was really nice and cooked fresh. Suite room was lovely and spacious. When I visit Lisbon again I would choose this hotel based on this experience. No kettle in the room. I do understand the reason for food and drink not being permitted but there were times when a hot drink would be nice in the room. However there is a lovely communal space downstairs.

• Guy (9/5): Nice welcoming boutique hotel in an authentic part of Lisbon's centre. - The style of the hotel, the location, the warm welcome, the nice breakfast and breakfast room - all offered with much care; and the terrace adjacent to the room. The staff indicated some very nice little restaurants nearby. Tram 28 stops in front of the hotel. We had a terrace but were not allowed to have a drink on it. Also, no coffee or tea in the rooms.

O quarto deslumbrante: uma cama confortável, aconchegante e um banheiro espetacular. Com shampoo e sabonete deliciosos. Todos os dias tinha cartinha de recomendações de passeio e mensagens carinhosas. O Uber em Lisboa é um atrativo a mais: Tesla e Jaguar foram os carros que pegamos🥰 Nada.

• Tanja (8/5): - Absolut tolles, hochwertiges Ambiente und sehr stylisch (auch schon bei der Rezeption und dem angrenzenden Raum mit gemütlichem Kamin) in allen Bereichen des Gebäudes, ganz nach meinem Geschmack! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer, das sich durch sehr hohe Wände und einen weiteren kleinen Raum mit Schrank und Waschbecken auszeichnete, nebenan Toilette und Dusche. So war viel Platz und man konnte sich mehr ausbreiten. Der Koffer wurde hochgetragen (wir waren im 1. OG) und zur Begrüßung stand dort schon eine Wasserflasche bereit. Auch "Reise-Zahnbürsten" & -pasta, ein Föhn und eine Minibar (günstig) sind vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem, die Matratzen etc. hochwertig und kein bisschen durchgelegen. Besonders toll: -------------‐-------- - Service wird hier groß geschrieben, v.a. an der Rezeption. Als wir abends ankamen, waren zwei Männer vor Ort und einer der beiden (leider wissen wir den Namen nicht mehr) hat sich knapp eine halbe Stunde Zeit genommen und uns super viele hilfreiche Tipps anhand des Plans/der Karte gezeigt und wir haben uns gut unterhalten. Vielen Dank dafür! Auch konnten wir bei seiner Kollegin den Koffer am Abreisetag noch ein paar Stunden nach dem Checkout verwahren lassen. - leckeres Frühstück, mit z.T. wechselndem Angebot (Obstsorten, Getränke, pflanzliche "Milch"sorten etc.), mit viel Liebe gemacht und tolle Qualität! Auch in schöner Umgebung: Plätze drinnen oder im "Wintergarten" mit Blick auf den kleinen Innenbereich mit Tischen und Stühlen. - kostenfreie Rituals-Produkte am Waschbecken (Seife) und in der Dusche (Shampoo und Duschgel) standen bereit - Eigentlich wäre die Lage auch toll, aber leider fahren die Trams hier doch nicht am Hotel vorbei (auch die 28E, die historische nicht), sodass man für eine gute Anbindung zur ca. 15 min entfernten Station "Cais do Sodre" laufen sollte, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts ;-) - Wenn man in der Nähe des Treppenhauses das Zimmer hat, hört man doch immer wieder Gespräche usw. (Gäste, Mitarbeitende), da die Zimmerflure nicht durch eine Zwischentür getrennt sind - Man darf keine Getränke (und Speisen) von Außen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Schon verständlich, aber als Ausnahmeregelung 1-2 Flaschen Wasser zu nehmen wäre schon gut, da das Leitungswasser chlorhaltig riecht und nicht jedem bekommt - Die Bettdecke fürs Doppelbett ist eine große und lange, statt zweier kleiner, was aber typisch für Portugal schien, haben wir öfter erlebt Also alles "Meckern auf hohem Niveau" ;-)

• Lidia (10/5): - Przepiękny wystrój hotelu, bardzo miła obsługa. Bardzo blisko centrum. Zimne śniadania, niestety dania na ciepło szybko traciły temperature.

• Nadine (9/5): Super freundlich, aber kleine Zimmer - gute Lage, super Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, sehr freundliches Personal Zimmer leider sehr klein (Dachgeschoss) mit wenig Ablagefläche. Zwei große Koffer können nicht geöffnet werden. Gang zum Badezimmer sehr schmal. Nachttisch eher unpraktisch.

• Cristina (10/5): - Location elegante e di grande stile in una zona centrale e comodissima a tutti i luoghi di interesse di Lisbona. Al nostro arrivo Samuel ci ha accolte con un calice di vino bianco mentre sbrigava le pratiche del check in. La nostra camera era grandissima, il bagno molto chic e dotato di una grande doccia. Il guardaroba si trovava in una piccola zona separata dalla camera, appesi abbiano trovato due soffici accappatoi bianchi. La lettera di benvenuto personalizzata e i due cioccolatini sul letto hanno dato quel tocco in più di attenzione al cliente che ti fa sentire speciale La colazione … sublime ! Ogni giorno succhi diversi, centrifughe , frutta fresca, uova , persino diversi tipi di latte, soia, mandorla , riso… e soprattutto, un servizio dedicato alla mia amica celiaca, che ogni mattina ha trovato un cestino con le sue brioche senza glutine appena sfornate. Un grazie a Samuel e a tutto il personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste con il sorriso sulle labbra. Per noi un hotel da 10 e lode!
