Balboni (8/5): - Cena e colazione eccellenti. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e, il secondo giorno, abbiamo raggiunto a piedi le QC Terme Dolomiti in soli 10 minuti. La camera era bellissima e abbiamo anche usufruito della vasca esterna riscaldata per un’ora, oltre che della spa. Il personale si è dimostrato molto professionale e disponibile. La sera abbiamo preso qualcosa da bere al bar dell’hotel: ottima qualità anche lì. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consigliamo sicuramente.

Cinzia (10/5): Esperienza super positiva - La struttura è appena stata ristrutturata, ogni ambiente dalla camera ai locali comuni sono accoglienti, confortevoli, ogni dettaglio è curato attentamente. Noi abbiamo fatto la scelta di cenare nel ristorante della struttura la cucina è ottima e con scelta fra tre menù, il prezzo per la cena è basso rispetto a quello che offre. Servizio di navetta agli impianti che sono a 5 minuti dall’hotel sempre veloce e puntuale. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli con attenzione al cliente

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzo del day use leggermente alto (servizio che non tutti gli altri hotel hanno)

Purtroppo alcune camere non sono ristrutturate e quella assegnata a noi non aveva nulla che vedere con le immagini delle stanze nuove. Se ci sono delle offerte occorre verifcare con l'albergo perchè può esserci una sorpresa non gradita.

Elisabetta (6/5): La porta del bagno in vetro no... Ci spiace. La colazione da sufficienza, non da 4 stelle. - Personale molto gentile, arredi zone comuni e camera belli. La porta del bagno in camera in vetro proprio non l'abbiamo gradita. In altre recensioni era stata segnalata ma non ci siamo accorti, effettivamente non è cosa da poco. Inoltre era in vetro e con i bordi che lasciavano intravedere la camera, non è confortevole. La colazione non è da 4 stelle. Anche qui il personale molto molto cortese ma i prodotti e la scelta erano un grande no. Solo il miele era un ottimo prodotto. Non c'erano i prodotti freschi, tipici e la grande scelta che si trova in un qualsiasi 3 stelle in questa zona. Ci spiace.

Rina (10/5): Exceptional - i loved the very clean and new room. it was beautiful and super sanitary. it was very warm and cozy and the staffs were very kind. I loved the bath tub in the room as well. the location is also perfect, because it is walking distance from QC terme and also other restaurants. Free parking is also helpful and the bereakfast was very nice too!

Rikkitikkitavi (2/5): Be careful with the room you book - The only good thing there is sauna and a nice lady who looks after it. The main thing is that the hotel are in reality 2 different properties: a new modern one and an old fashioned grandma style. They make a fortune by selling you that grandma bedrooms at a price of a 4 star hotel, which I guess they have got thanks to a new part. But for that you get rooms from 70s. There are no lights on a low sealing. Rushlights are on the wall don't help. Moreover, our room on the first floor was partly underground, with windows looking our to the parked cars, so that you see people just in front your windows. Outside just near the room there was an engine or smth that produced a lot of noise all day and night. The bathroom has no shower, just a narrow bath. That is nonsense fo 2 bedrooms and 4 ppl. If you need to take a shower you have to sit in a bath, hold the shower head with your hand, then you will have to clean the floor, it gets completely wet. The bathroom has no hangers for towels! Towels (8pcs) are kept on a small chair. There is no shampoo, just soap. There is no Do not disturb sign) and if by any reason you decided to stay in your room be ready for a guy knocking on it and opening your door 5 seconds after, he will repeat it after some time. After him some lady will do the same bringing you cola and water for a minibar (old fridge with a yellow broken door). Restaurant is another story. They are trying to keep it in order by designating you same table through your all stay, but some guests are moved (like we were) several times. It looks extra important for them even if the restaurant is already empty. On the last day of our stay they moved a lady from the table she sat to another one that was DIRTY, although half of the restaurant was already empty and most of the people left. Last 2 days some of the food ran out and nobody seemed to hurry up bringing it. Choosing the dinner meals, the waiter told us we can't have both soup and main dish even for money! but our friends could have 3 meals with no problem.
