• Stefano Tiveron (10/5): - Stanza pulitissima e in posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione dei treni, in 5 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro. Zona servitissima con locali negozi e farmacie. Molto gradita la disponibilità nel poter lasciare i bagagli anche dopo aver liberato la stanza.

• Viasheira (9/5): Buena elección - - Ubicación perfecta cerca de la Estación Santa María Novella, de supermercados y de todos los sitios que quisimos visitar. - La nevera dentro de la habitación y el hervidor de agua en la salita de la entrada. - Cuarto amplio para 3 personas. - La limpieza. - Aunque por el día la calle se llena de puestos de venta, por la noche está tranquila. - Posibilidad de elegir almohada. - Buena calefacción. - Que a veces se vaya la luz y haya que bajar al portal a subir el automático. Esto nos pasó 2 veces y lo solucionamos con el vídeo que el propietario te manda el primer día con informaciones varias. - Tener que dejar el dinero de la tasa turística, que es de 6 euros por persona y noche, en el cajetín de la llave sin obtener un recibí o documento que acredite el abono de esa cantidad.

• Danae (9/5): - The apartment is on the second floor and has only 3 rooms, so it is very calm. You get the check-in instructions with codes beforehand (it was very clear). I stayed in room 3, on the street side. Modern bathroom, comfortable bed. The room gets cleaned every 2 days.

• Zuhal (7/5): Ulaşımı kolay ve temiz bir yer - Yeri oldukça merkeziydi. Trenden inince s.n novelladan kısa bir yürüyüşle ulaşılabilir durumdaydı. Tam karşısında bir kapalı pazar var fiyatlar fena değildi. Tam önünde çok fazla göçmen bulunuyor ve açık tezgahta deri vs ürünleri satılıyor. Hem gürültü hem de bir tık güvenlik endişesi oldu. Biz henüz odadayken kapımızın anahtarla açılmaya çalışılması da hoş değildi. Kapının arkasında anahtar olmasa içeri girmiş olacaktı. Belki özellikle değildi ama önce kapı çalınmalıdır.

• Martha (10/5): Incredible value for a solo traveler—I would recommend this room to any young travelers!! - The location was incredible and the value was very high. The studio apartment had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo traveler. I was able to wash my clothes and even find a corkscrew when I needed one! If I HAD to think of something I would have more shower products instead of one bottle of soap but that is the only suggestion I could think of. It was also a little loud through the window.

• Lorenza (9/5): Soggiorno in centro a Firenze in zona riservata e silenziosa. - Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione dei treni e a due passi dal centro. Istruzioni ricevute on line per check in e out pratiche e chiare, molto apprezzati anche i suggerimenti con numeri utili. Abitazione silenziosa. Armadio inesistente per riporre biancheria e abiti, considerato nei servizi, anche se assegnato ottimo punteggio poiché tutto il resto è stato eccellente.

Krótki spacer do Piazza del Duomo, równie krótki do dworca kolejowego Santa Maria Novella. Na piechotę z łatwością dojdzie się do Galerii Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio czy Ogrodu Boboli. • Zabala (9/5): - Si bien al llegar nos sorprendimos pues está ubicado en una calle donde hay puestos callejeros de venta de productos de cuero y souvenirs, lo que nos preocupó por la seguridad, no tuvimos problemas en ningún momento incluso no molesto el sonido de la calle, está ubicado a media cuadra del Mercado Central, que tiene un espectacular patio de comidas, a 2 cuadras de la Basílica San lorenzo, Santa María de Fiore está a muy pocas cuadras, SAnta Maria Novello esta a pasos; caminado recorrimos muchos lugares importantes en unos minutos, Ponte Vecchio, palazzo Vecchio, etc.; tiene 2 camas, una grande y una individual, el baño es tan grande como la habitación, tiene bidet, tiene servicios comunes de café de capsula, te, etc, nos cambiaron las toallas a los 2 dias, el ingreso es por clave, llave y llavero electrónico de color, está ubicado en el primer piso de un edificio antiguo alto, sin ascensor, tiene frigobar muy práctico, hubiera estado bueno que tuviera un horno eléctrico o microondas para calentar la comida. el baño a veces hacia ruido como que el desagüe no funcionaba, pero nosotros no tuvimos problemas, la llave de la puerta ppal, se nos trabo un par de veces, lo resolvimos ingresando la clave, haría falta un horno eléctrico o un microondas para calentar alimentos.

Evde kahve makinesine kadar herşey ve beyaz eşyalar var ama eski bir bina. Sıcak suyu ayarlamak için uğraşmanız gerekiyor. Su tazyiki yetersiz. Banyo çok küçük ve sıcak suyu ayarlamak zor , lavaboda ve banyoda su çok az akıyor. Asansör olmadığı için 2 kat valiz taşımanız gerekiyor.

• Giuseppe (8/5): We would book it again!! - The location is really fantastic: right in between (and at very short walking distance) the Central Railway Station and the Dome of Florence. Host always kind, flexible and very responsive. Veronica (member of staff) was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Excellent (!!) Internet access (FTTH at nearly 700 Mbps downstream). The property was very clean and provided with a truly comfortable bed. It really didn’t negatively affect us, but visitors should be aware that the street is home to the Florence leather market for large part of the day.
