Ottima struttura, molto vicina agli impianti di gabinovia e ottima visuale sulle montagne e paese . La porta della camera N222 da chiusa ha un lasco che vibra ogni volta che nel piano chiudo e aprono le altre porte, ho dovuto inserire un spessore tra la porta e la chiusura per ridurre la vibrazione.DA SISTEMARE !!!

Con frigo (vuoto) e asciugacapelli. Per chi dorme al buio come me, ci sono le persiane ma non le tende oscuranti. Come ho letto in molte altre recensioni, facendo la doccia il bagno di allaga nel vero senso della parola e l’acqua può persino uscire dalla porta se non si sta attenti!

- Andrea (5/5): Für die Durchreise ok, nicht für einen Urlaub - Schönes Haus und ungewohnte Ausstattung; Restaurant direkt im Haus, kostenfreie Parkplätze im Umfeld, sehr freundliches Personal Wir hatten ein Drei-Bettzimmer, leider war nirgends erwähnt dass es im 3 Stock OHNE Lift war. Hatten ältere Person dabei und das war zuviel, vom Gepäck ganz zu schweigen. Personal war nach einigem Hin und Her flexibel, hat anders Zimmer besorgt indem andere Gäste umgeplant wurden, und bekamen DZ mit Aufbettung; Zimmer sicher um einiges günstiger aber hier wollte man uns nicht entgegenkommen, die Aufbettung war recht klapprig und Matratze so dünn dass man eine zweite holen musste. Das Frühstück war für das Angebot ganz schön teuer, würde ich so nicht noch einmal buchen.

- claudia (5/5): - La posizione perché vicina al mare e l'aver potuto portare il mio cagnolino per prenotare su booking ho usato il filtro animali e parcheggio: La prenotazione non è cancellabile e solo dopo aver prenotato e quindi pagato ho scoperto che: andavano pagati 15 euro in più al giorno per il cane, che il parcheggio era in strada, che la tassa di soggiorno non era inclusa così come la colazione. I servizi menzionati erano a pagamento: macchinetta del caffè, colazione 10 euro. Tutti gli altri fanno parte della località di Fiumaretta di Ameglia non della struttura. Se hai un cane non hai diritto alla camera che affaccia sul mare. La camera era molto piccola, priva di appoggi, la cassaforte inutilizzabile. il bagno piccolo, nuovo ma senza appoggi per riporre shampoo e salviette. La doccia aperta allagava tutto. il phon pendeva appeso per il cavo elettrico inserito. Abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di avere una sedia aggiuntiva in camera, un phon e la cassaforte funzionante, la signorina Sara molto gentile ci ha permesso di avere un soggiorno più gradevole.

De herrie enkele nachten van de bingo avond bij de buren, een ware nachtmerrie en onnodig luid. De lage waterdruk op de douche. En indien je op zolders verblijft zoals wij, dan heb je geen balkon en een laag plafond, voor iemand groter dan 180m eigenlijk niet te doen

Es gab einen süßen, kleinen Balkon, ausreichend für zwei Personen mit wundervollem Blick auf die Magramündung. Sehr romantisch abends. Zum Frühstück gab es super schmackhafte Focaccia. Es gab keine Erfrischungsgetränke, aber die nächste Bar war nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt.

Christopher die het ontbijt (perfect) verzorgde was zelfs bereid om ons met zijn eigen auto naar het station in Sarzana te brengen, aangezien zelfs taxi's weigerden om naar Ameglia te komen. Het verblijf ligt zeer afgelegen en is ontzettend moeilijk te bereiken zonder eigen vervoer.

Det er ikke menyer på engelsk og alle snakker kun italiensk! Vi skulle på andre siden av bukta og spise, ca 15 min kjøretur, betalte 1200 kr tur/retur for hotellets bil. Dette gikk vi ingen kvittetimg på selvom vi spurte... Knall fint hotell, men ikke ta i mot råd fra de som jobber der!

Le docce scomode, consiglio di chiuderle poiché ad ogni doccia é un lago! Le prese elettriche, quelle piú datate, non funzionavano bene, quindi abbiamo dovuto caricare i telefoni a turno.

- RAFFAELLO (8/5): - Bel posto e bel Hotel. Un po' troppo caro la colazione e il ristorante. Il letto era molto rumoroso , forse le doghe vorrebbero cambiate.
- NIVAGGIOLI (8/5): - J’ai passé un agréable séjour de 3 nuits à l’hôtel. L’un des points forts a été sans aucun doute l’accueil chaleureux et le professionnalisme du personnel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le personnel de la réception. Leur amabilité, leur disponibilité et leur efficacité ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Chaque membre de l’équipe s’est montré professionnel, à l’écoute de nos besoins, et toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions ou à nous conseiller sur les activités locales. Un service irréprochable qui mérite d’être souligné. Un point à noter concerne l’absence de parking sur place, ce qui peut être un inconvénient, notamment en période de forte affluence. Toutefois, l’hôtel nous a informés qu’un parking est en cours d’aménagement et sera disponible dans les mois à venir, ce qui représente une amélioration appréciable. En résumé, un séjour très satisfaisant, avec un service de qualité et une équipe accueillante. Une adresse que je recommande, surtout une fois le problème de stationnement résolu. Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno di 3 notti presso l’hotel. Uno dei punti di forza è stato senza dubbio l’accoglienza calorosa e la professionalità del personale. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità dal personale della reception. La loro gentilezza, disponibilità ed efficienza hanno contribuito in modo significativo a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Ogni membro del team si è dimostrato professionale, attento alle nostre esigenze e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande o a consigliarci sulle attività locali. Un servizio impeccabile che merita di essere sottolineato. Un aspetto da segnalare è la mancanza di un parcheggio in loco, che può rappresentare un inconveniente, soprattutto nei periodi di alta affluenza. Tuttavia, l’hotel ci ha informati che è in corso la realizzazione di un parcheggio che sarà disponibile nei prossimi mesi, un miglioramento sicuramente apprezzabile.
- Frank (8/5): - Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und nicht mit Touristen überlaufen. Ein Hundestrand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt, was für unseren natürlich super war. Man muss aber sagen, dass es eine HUNDESTRAND ist. Wer einen Badetag als Mensch will, mit Animation, Trubel und Wassersport Angeboten ist hier falsch. Hundeliebhaber sind hier aber genau richtig. Die kleinen haben Platz zum rennen,spielen, im Wasser toben und ein kleiner Hundespielplatz mit Wippe, etc. ist auch dabei. Paar Meter entfernt gibt es eine kleine Snack Bar und ein großer, öffentlicher Parkplatz ist auch direkt am Strand. Wer einen entspannten Tag mit seinem Hund am Meer will,ist hier richtig. Das Personal vom Restaurant ist super freundlich gewesen und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Auch wenn sie morgens schon fast alles geputzt und aufgeräumt haben, haben wir noch Kaffee bekommen. Das Bad hatte in unserem Zimmer fast keine Ablagefläche, was für Frauen ein großes Manko ist.

- Phillip (5/5): Not great for families - Great location. No security at all, the front door was left unlocked with keys to all of the rooms on full display/access. Staff didn’t look the main door on an evening - impossible infact as the lock was broken.
- Gianluca (6/5): Potrebbe fare meglio - Le cose positive non sono molte, comunque la posizione è ottima, stanza con balcone vista fiume è molto spaziosa (a parte il bagno). Il prezzo è molto elevato (170€ a fine maggio) considerando che non era compresa nemmeno la colazione; il parcheggio va cercato in zona, lungo la strada o in una zona di parcheggio abbastanza grande a circa 1km; insonorizzazione della stanza inesistente, porte delle stanze che sembrano quelle di una casa anni 80, passi la chiusura a chiave di casa, ma sono talmente sottili e senza guarnizioni e lasciano passare tutti i rumori; nella stanza non c'è nulla per appendere una giacca in una stanza anche abbastanza grande; il bagno è veramente piccolo con il wc incastrato tra la doccia e il muro; doccia sarebbe anche bella grande, ma manca il vetro e quindi si bagna tutto il bagno, ma soprattutto sta rovinando la porta del bagno che è in legno. In generale ha avuto parecchi errori di progetto, e manca di manutenzione, molti particolari rotti (lampade e porte) e tende sporche, ad inizio stagione...

- Massimo (9/5): Conosciamo bene sia la location che il luogo e ci torniamo sempre molto volentieri, specie fuori sta - la posizione è fantastica, a 50 metri dalla foce del Magra e la vista dalle vetrate stupenda. La colazione è ottima e varia. Il personale gentilissimo e effciente Non ho notato lati negativi
