• Aiuna (7/5): - Отель расположен в удобном месте, хоть рядом и ж/д пути, но из комнаты их не было почти слышно. Номер очень чистый, кофе на первом этаже не плохое, плюс рядом находится чудесное кафе. Есть кулер с водой на каждом этаже. Комнаты больше, чем в японских сетевых отелях. В ванной комнате присутствовал не приятный запах плесени/затхлости.

The bed was comfortable and the room had all the expected utilities. The location of the hotel was very convenient, near-by malls and train stations. Great and safe for solo-traveler. It was also very close to the airport bus limo station, make it so convenient since I have to take the first bus of the day to catch my plane! None.

• Blickle (5/5): - Die Lage nahe des Bahnhofs Umeda/Osaka Station ist gut. Von Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen Bahnhof) ist man schnell im Hotel. Trotz Doppelten Fenstern ist die Bahntrasse neben dem Hotel überhörbar und sehr störend. Das Frühstück inkl. Frühstücksraum ist jedoch eine Katastrophe. Mehrere cm dicke Staubschicht am Boden, vermischt mit heruntergefallen Essensresten. Kaffee im Pappbecher, Reis aus dem Portionsautomat, der rund um die Ausgabe einen schwarzen schmierigen Rand hat. Man darf sich aus 4 Frühstückskombis eine Aussuchen. Die bestehen aus Würstchen oder Makrele oder Lachs mit unterschiedlichen Beilagen. Zusätzlich gibt es manchmal Brötchen, oder Joghurt. Was nicht heißt, dass es auch Löffel für den Joghurt gibt. Das Personal nach irgend etwas zu fragen macht keinen Sinn. Es ist genau EINE Person für den kompletten Frühstücksraum verantwortlich. Und die spricht kein Englisch. Hier sieht man, was in einem der gastfreundlichsten und serviceorientiertesten Ländern der Welt passiert, wenn westliche Maßstäbe an Servicequalität und Kosteneffizienz angelegt werden.

• James (8/5): Good hotel - We like it here. Quiet room, small but OK. Location good, just 5 or 10 mins from Osaka station. Lots of eating venues just a minute or two away. Windows were opaque so could not see out of them. TV switched on when card went in the power slot. Every time. No YouTube or Netflix.

The location was great: You'll find many restaurants near the hotel offering everything from curry (Coco ichibanya) and ramen (Ramen ebiso ichigen umeda) to soba and Italian (Barumiche Umeda). it takes only several minutes to LINKS Umeda and Umeda station, metro stations. The breakfast was tasty, but there should be more than just five set menus to choose from.

Pese a estar en una planta muy alta se oía un poco el tren al pasar (y es constante). No es insoportable (al menos no en la planta 9-10) pero para personas con sueño ligero no lo recomiendo.

• pascualina5735 (8/5): 梅田芸術劇場の建物が窓から近くに見えて気分あがります - 阪急大阪梅田茶屋町口から近く、近くに美味しい飲食店が多くて大変便利な立地でした。 ホテルは宿泊に必要な基本的なアイテムを備えていてコスパ良いと思いました。朝食も一階やよい軒で量も多すぎないのが程よく、フロント前のロビーには飲み物サービスもありホッと出来ました。 良くないというより、改善してもらえると良いなと思ったのはコインランドリーで洗剤自動投入ということだったのですが、少量かつそれほど汚れてない=一日分の洗濯乾燥をしたところ、ほかであまり経験しなかった位に洗濯ものがさっぱり洗われてなかったこと あとは、気温変化の激しい季節なので仕方ないと 思いましたが、エアコンの部屋の室温調整が 細やかに出来ず難しかったこと でもメリットのほうをより感じるので、また再訪したいです。

• Hisashi Todd Fujinaka (8/5): Nice facility. - It's a fairly new facility and part of the Sheraton chain sort of hotels. That means more useless Marriott Bonvoy points for some people. It's right next to the Hankyu Annex where I usually stay and it's a much newer facility than the Annex. Both have problems with railway noise. I think this one had better temperature controls. In general I would expect this to be a good hotel for foreign guests because I only saw a couple of Japanese guests here. I stayed in one other non-high-end American chain hotel in Japan and they feel a little off. They're not quite Japanese. For example, everywhere else seems to use the same gel soap and shampoo. This one uses an American-seeming brand that comes in smaller bottles and requires three or four pumps to get the same amount of soap dispensed. The key card only allowed access to your floor. No visiting friends on other floors. The laundry room, etc, are all on the first floor so I suppose there's no need to go to other floors. No beer vending machines. There's plenty of convenience stores nearby so it's not a huge problem. The bathroom door was too close to the toilet and I hit my head on the door handle when I tried to stand up. I had to leave the door open when I sat on the toilet. I've never seen the Book of Mormon and Gideons Bible in another Japanese hotel. Come to think of it, I can't remember seeing the Book of Mormon in any hotel until now.

The room was on the smaller side, but the shower was a good size compared to other hotels we have visted. The room was a bit warm. I don't think the air conditioner was working 100%. The hairdryer provided could have been better. The one given did give off a slight burning smell when used.

El personal es muy amable El desayuno en lo personal no me gustó, es a la carta y el sabor es demasiado simple, no utilice el desayuno 3 días de mi estancia por qué de verdad no podía con la comida. • Tiffany (8/5): A clean, well-located, and great-value option for solo travelers needing a simple overnight stay - I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to Osaka and it was exactly what I needed. After taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo, I just wanted a comfortable place to rest without making the round trip in one day—and this hotel delivered perfectly. For around ¥13,000, the value was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the in-room charger for my phone and other devices. The free Wi-Fi was also reliable, which is great if you need to get some work done. The location was another big plus—within easy walking distance of major stations, shopping, and restaurants, but still tucked away enough to avoid noise. Overall, it was a convenient and stress-free stay. There wasn’t anything I strongly disliked, but there are a few limitations to be aware of. The room is extremely small—fine for one person, but I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or friends traveling together, even if the bed technically fits two. The TV isn’t a smart TV, so you’re limited to local Japanese channels. Also, while there are convenience stores nearby, the closest one required crossing a main road/highway, which wasn’t ideal—especially in bad weather. Lastly, while I found it to be great value at ¥13,000, I’ve seen prices go up to ¥20,000+ for the same room. At that price point, I’d consider it overpriced for what you get.

• Gordon (7/5): A decent stay in Umeda - The location of the hotel is very good. Being in the heart of Umeda, it is conveniently located in terms of access from Kansai airport as well as other transit connectors. Shopping and dining surround the area as well. The hotel practices eco-friendly practices, which are appreciated. Staff at the hotel were friendly and in a welcome trend, many of the front of house staff are non-Japanese so level of English (and possibly other languages) is very good. In terms of amenities, there isn't much on offer. The coffee machine in the lobby was high quality, which was nice. I have spent a lot of time travelling to Japan over the last 25+ years so I've seen a great number of hotel rooms. I booked a double room for my partner and I and it was surprisingly small, even by Japanese standards. Bed size was appropriate but trying to navigate two suitcases in the room was challenging. Were I to stay again, it would be as a solo traveller in the same size room.

• Ana (9/5): Asequible - Las habitaciones estan muy bien, no son tan pequeñas como en otros hoteles. Esta pegado a las vías del tren pero la insonorizacion es muy buena y no se escucha absolutamente nada. Esta al lado de la estación de umeda y de la estación de osaka. El baño es un poco mas grande que en otros hoteles. Que el check in sea a partir de las 15 aunque seguramente antes tengan habitaciones limpias.

We didn't try restaurant as we found an Excellent Indian restaurant within 50 mtrs from this hotel ! Finding hotel from Osaka station was bit difficult. Staff could not guide us properly regarding which exit we should use from the station. I called them from station and communication was very poor.

It made it very easy to get around the city and come back. Neighborhood was also great with lots of izakayas to explore and friendly businessmen. We would stay here again. The aircon was finicky, either too hot or too cold. The room was perfect for a 3 night stay.
