• Reiner (8/5): Viel Licht und etwas Schatten - Lage ist bombastisch, Zimmer war gut, groß genug und mit hinreichend harten Matratzen. In einem 4Sterne-Hotel sind für mich 2 Dinge essentiell: a) Ordnung und Sauberkeit (um 7:30h war auf der Terrasse vom Vorabend nocht aufgeräumt und dass keine Butter angeboten wurde, ist ja wohl ein No-Go. Es gab nur Margarine, die ich wegen ihrer gesundheits- bzw. umweltgefährdenden Inhaltsstoffe (Palmöl, Transfette, Geschmacksverstärker) normalerweise meide

Coffee machines are available only for suits! Well i understand the policy although i dont agree but why the negative tone? Breakfast was expensive 23 Euro so we did not take it the next morning. In the room that is nicely designed there was no chair for the desk! We had to ask for one. The area around is a bit depressive

I honestly have nothing to complain about, the hotel, the rooms, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was excellent. I would especially like to compliment the restaurant. We had an outstanding beef steak and an absolutely sensational steak tartare, probably the best in the city. The quality of the food and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back! Nothing at all, everything was perfect.

• RMOONS (9/5): Een oase van rust en stijlvolle klasse in het hart van Charleroi - Je logeert in een oase van rust (Rive Gauche site) in het hart van het 'drukke' en 'volkse' Charleroi. Hotel heeft de klasse van een Novotel, mooie kamers met uitzicht op de terrils. Tapijt en zetel in de kamer waren besmeurd met donkere vlekken.

• Shelley (6/5): Lovely stay. Disappointing engagement on billing error post check out. - Clean, comfortable and very central. Unfortunately I was overcharged for breakfast. We were rushing to catch a train the following morning so I declined the option of breakfast at check in. We were charged for it. When I checked my bill on the train I picked up the error and immediately emailed the hotel. They have acknowledged the error and passed on to management. 4 days later and I have yet to receive feedback.

• AdiT82 (9/5): Comfortable hotel in the center of Charleroi - This is a modern hotel perfectly situated right in the center of Charleroi. The rooms are contemporary and well-appointed, with very comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and professional, adding a personal touch to our visit. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight (delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety to start the day). While the hotel offers a secure underground car park with the added bonus of electric chargers, getting there can be quite a challenge. Due to the network of one-way streets in the city center, it took us about 10 minutes to navigate to the entrance once we arrived nearby. The parking layout itself is also somewhat confusing during your first visit. It is a great facility once you are inside, but be prepared for a bit of a puzzle when you first arrive.

• Catherine (10/5): - Super nice hotel, with a great restaurant and breakfast. The parking is super nice, even if it is a bit sketchy to find it at first. But once you park in the indicated spots, you can take the elevator straight to the lobby. I warmly recommend the breakfast! Charleroi is just not a nice city.. but that is not the hotels fault.
