Y1354BUsueh (10/5): The best place to stay in Heber Valley! - CHRIS and JASMIN are fantastic! We stay there every year for the horse sales and our room is always spotless. It smells wonderful clean. They know our names and they always have a cookie for their guest at the front desk. They’re very welcoming and the place is quiet and very nice. We wouldn't stay any place else!
871maryf (10/5): Great hotel in Heber City - Traveled to Utah to visit family who just moved to Fruitland. After researching the area I found the Best Western in Heber City. So glad I did. Only 45 minutes from Salt Lake airport, 25 minutes to Park City and 45 minutes to Fruitland. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating, friendly and super helpful. 2 queen bed room was very spacious and clean. Included a mini bar with sink micro and fridge and a mini keruig. My little ones came every day and they were able to enjoy breakfast with me everyday. Breakfast was perfect: eggs, bacon/sausage/potatoes, dry cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, muffins and homemade waffles. Can’t forget in the fridge there was fruit cup, hard boiled eggs and pudding cups. Coffee is available 24/7. This is a great hotel to stay in,looking forward to my next visit.

The A/C worked excellently. The view on the 4th floor was really nice. There was only a pocket door to close the inner bathroom without a lock and the outer bathroom door had a weird locking mechanism.

I stayed at the Best Western in Heber City, Utah. My room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, which was a very welcome thing after a long day of driving. The room was well designed, clean, and had all the amenities that I needed. A great atmosphere for a tired traveler. I will definitely stay there again should I find myself in Heber City.

Ken (9/5): The careless vaping employee Rachel - Everything but checking in. Rachel who gave no concern about our situation,,,and seemed more concerned about sitting in the back room with her vape,,did absolutely nothing to fix the problem,,,yet was ok passing it on to the poor guy that came in after her,,really creating a hostile environment,,That kid that did come in did do his best to help,,so now it's time to check in and now we can't because Again Rachel did nothing to make sure they had a clean room,,we were gonna have to wait another 30 min,,,It's just really sad we've always enjoyed staying there,,an enjoyed our room that night,,,there was just no excuse why Rachel didn't do anything to help the situation,,,Sorry,,,thank you,

TasteofTuscany (10/5): Fantastic BW Stay - Fantastic Best western Plus, extended our stay and traveled to all the nearest National Park Service sites. Easy access, very, very nice staff. Very clean and welcoming. This is a great find so close to everything.

Jill (10/5): - We love this hotel, it’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The only drawback this was the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room completely this time but it seems like that is a problem most places we’ve stayed. I will still stay at this location though.

Joseph (8/5): - We checked in at 4pm and only one of two rooms was available. Had to wait 45 min to get the second cleaned. Rooms are very nice and staff were very courteous. Lots to do in the area.

NorthStar18885955574 (10/5): You have GOT to stay here! - This hotel is TOP NOTCH! Clean, WONDERFUL STAFF, super attentive and go the extra mile. Breakfast is FABULOUS! Really fresh eggs. A great variety of items. Housekeeping, did a fantastic job serving up a clean and fresh room. We will definitely return.

Kris (10/5): Clean, perfectly located with extremely friendly staff - Location was perfect for the Lacrosse event we were attending. Place was easy to get in and out of and close to everything. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. I truly can’t give a bad review. It was perfect! I will definitely stay here again next trip.

Corey (8/5): - Nice staff, decent breakfast. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s been nice. I’m not a fan of the sliding barn style door for the bathroom since I have a 1 year old that can open it easily. Also, the shampoo and body wash were completely empty. Some spots in the pool area need to be cleaned. Like the area that looks like it used to have waterfalls. It has some mold growing and looks bad. Other than that, we like this place.
