Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): Give it a miss - First thing I noticed was a rat outside of my room door second thing I noticed was cockroachs in the room and a damp mouldy smell the third thing I noticed was me not even staying there
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good basic place - I just wanted the room for the day as I had a late night flight. It was everything I needed. Good air con, and hot shower. They were a lot of scooters passing in the street and roosters crowing but clean and good value for money.
- adam (8/5): Overall good stay - Good location for beach and night life
- Johan Salte (8/5): Decent place if you’re not all about luxury - Room was quite basic, but good if all you need is a place to sleep.
- Georg (8/5): - Great place to start your Bali trip from
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property is on back lane and can only access on foot or bike. Bathroom dirty. Poor surrounding not maintained. No toiletries provided.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very well located in the heart of Kuta, but that's about it.
You can walk down to the beach (10 min), or up to the party zone (5 min). Near markets, restaurants, etc.
The place, however, is horrible. Located in a dark alley, doesn't look like an hotel or anything, more like an adapted house. Room was very small, TV didn't work, fridge disconnected and empty, bed was comfortable but sheets were stained. Bathroom was really LOW QUALITY, the sink was constantly clogged and there is no division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. There are no windows in the room to the outside, only to corridors.
Would not get back, and I don't advise for a stay longer than 1 or 2 nights.
Really the only things positive were the location and the lovely staff (specially the young man).
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to shopping and restaurants. Minimalistic accommodations but suites the purpose.
- Larry (8/5): - Location was good, relatively close to the beach, shopping if that’s your thing. A number of good restraints in the area as well. Staff were friendly and helpful
- david (4/5): Terriable - This place should not be on your list .it is terrible small dirty and smelly..
- Lucy (6/5): Basic - The room was pretty basic and the sink was leaking but the area was pretty good and they have a pool, which is cool.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Minimalistic and great rates. Very close to restaurants and tourist type shopping
- John (6/5): - Internet is very poor and slow and cuts out continuously. You need to request room clean every few days if you want it cleaned. Staff understand very little english and say "Yes" when they dont understand what you are saying which gets very confusing. But they are nice enough
- Mar (8/5): - it was 10mins walk to the beach, near mini marts, souvenir shops, and spas. the road was quite small but still managed to fit a car. It was a pleasant stay.
- J (6/5): - Nice location, friendly staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily and towels smell funny.
- Emma (10/5): Great stay - Amazing Location and lovely staff
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything you need, good location, clean, friendly staff. A little noisy with scooters down the alley but still slept fine in a comfy bed with good aircon. Would stay again.
- Russell (10/5): Good cheap hotel for short stay - The hotel has nice clean decent sized rooms with helpful friendly staff, Just off the tourist strip. If you are here on a family holiday splash out and go £20 a night minimum you will get a 3 star+ experience.
Note please research prices before you buy anything otherwise you will get ripped off with every transaction.
Use Google maps to get taxis with grab or go-jek. Check SIM prices online before purchasing from a vendor.
Nothing here should be the same price as the UK the locals live on £150 a month.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - There was no curtain, just a broken wooden blind. Room is good for sleeping, sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is not as clean but for the price you can't really complain. I would come back again.
- Paola Alejandra (8/5): Good stay - Very friendly staff and close to everything. Room with aircon, small but good for a night or 2.
