- Micaela Nicole (7/5): Buono ;) - Struttura centralissima. Il quartiere è vicino vicino la stazione ed è una zona maggiormente frequentata da non italiani. Però la posizione è comoda, specie se si vuole dormire la notte dopo il concerto del PrimoMaggio, perché è davvero vicina a piazza San Giovanni. Non mi è piaciuto la mancanza del Phoen e la presenza di pochi asciugamani. La stanza era un po’ sporca (impolverata) ma comunque passabile per una o due notti :) Ciò che non mi è piaciuto per niente è che non ci fosse una persona fissa alla reception. Il titolare, che si occupa del check-in e check-out, in alcuni momenti non c’era e per me è stato difficile dover fare il check-out, oppure tornare indietro se non avevo le chiavi con me. Comunque il titolare è molto disponibile e se lo chiami viene ad aprire il portone e la porta del bnb. Però per l’appunto devi starlo a chiamare. Inoltre, non c’è ascensore, ma è solo il 1^piano quindi sono poche scale da fare con la valigia. Mi è piaciuta molto la cordialità del titolare. È stato molto gentile e disponibile!

- Hasanov (9/5): It was very nice, thank you. - The place was good, it was clean and check-in was easy. It’s in a very good location, near Termini. One thing to note is that the room door had a noticeable gap at the bottom, so voices and sounds could be heard from the hallway. This reduced privacy a bit.
- Nyan San (7/5): A central location in Rome - It was a last minute booking but it was fairly easily and quickly booked. The location is very central. The staff are nice and flexible. The walls are really thin and I can hear all random noises including some angry and persistent loud bell ringing from late arriving guests. It went on for about two hours and disturbed my sleep.

- Roberto (7/5): - La camera nel suo complesso è da considerarsi discreta e pulita. Il letto forse un po' troppo duro, ma va' bene così. Piuttosto silenziosa la struttura, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Ho fatto un'ottima doccia. Il cuscino era privo di federa (non mi era mai capitato). Non c'era l'asciugamano per il viso, ma solo quello per la doccia. La TV non prende i canali usuali, ma solo quelli a pagamento. Certo, avrei potuto anche dirlo alla persona che era alla reception, ma ero talmente stanco che non ho avuto la forza necessaria.
- Maria (5/5): - Well it could definitely be worse. What there's no doubt about is that nobody could break in if they wanted to, with how many doors you must unlock! And there was a comfy bed, kettle and working air conditioning. Guess you can't expect much more in this part of town. There was no shortage of mini markets and restaurants though. But the walk from/to the nearest metro station is a bit tiring (and smelly!). You have the Termini train and metro stations 15 minute walk away, and another a bit closer, as well as some bus stops. This area has some reputation for criminal activity, and I was expecting it to be unsafe, but it's actually being patrolled by the police throughout the day! Which was somewhat reassuring. Very little furniture, and the furniture itself very cheap and basic. The closet in the room was a disaster. It's simply not possible to relax in such a Spartan setup, where the amenities you get are close to zero. Even the TV didn't work. For some reason I was pretty sure they would have breakfast available, but turned out that this whole place was just a split apartment with a separate bathroom for each 'room', and a desk for reception. Needless to say there is no staff, and only one guy in charge, who comes there for a few hours a day in the morning and evening.

I cuscini non avevano federe; sopra c'erano degli asciugamani. Il water perdeva acqua L'ingresso si trova al secondo piano ed è in pessime condizioni.

Personale non parla italiano, stanza molto sporca, muri da pitturare, lavabo crepato, capelli non rimossi nello scarico. mensole polverose Wc scomodo, doccia con residui degli ospiti precedenti, finiture di arredo scadenti. Odore di fogna. Camere non insonorizzate. Prezzo altissimo rispetto alla offerta.

Su personal es de lo más amable y solidario con cualquier inquietud que uno tenga como viajero . Queda ubicado en el barrio de Esquilino . Y puedo decir que su ubicación es excelente . A unas escasas cuadras de termini, donde salen buses y trenes a todos los puntos de Roma e Italia en sí. Si bien mirando el mapa de la ciudad este alojamiento parece lejos de las atracciones, en 10 minutos por ejemplo llegas caminando a Santa Maria Maggiore y en 17/20 minutos al Coliseo ! . Nos manejamos caminando siempre ! . Una excelente relación precio - calidad ! . Volveríamos sin lugar a dudas

C’est loin d’être un beau quartier, mais il n’y avait rien de dangereux aux alentours. On entend absolument tout dans la chambre. Chaque fois que la porte principale est fermée on entend un gros bruit de claquement. On entend les gens rentrer dans leur chambre et utiliser la salle de bain. L’air climatisé avait des problèmes. La salle de bain semblait avoir de la moisissure.

Also, no duvet cover. the room and shower are poorly cleaned. Hair, used shower accessories, etc. There are lot's of good places near with cheaper price, better choose them maybe

- Orkhan (4/5): Don't make economy on safety and basic comfort - The location is quite good. Close to every where and just 5 minutes walking from the main train station Termini. The neighborhood is awful, not feeling safe in the evening and mist of the day, strange homeless people always hanging around that area, screaming behaving strangely. The room cleanse leave to wish better, the lack of basic facilities for such of accommodation, no shampoo, no shower gel, the shower plastic crashing, the smell from the toilet is so bad that even "receptionist" Springed several times with air freshener. The noise from outside is accent since my windows was looking into inside "garden" But the noise from my neighbors in the corridor was awful, they were arguing about something with the manager or owner of the guest room at 12 in the night for an hour or so, doors to the guest rooms, guest house, the building slaming so harsh that it feels like earthquake every time. The "receptionist" Charged extra 28 euro at the entrance for the "city tax" even though it wasn't in the booking when I was making reservation and appeared in the booking sure when I was checking in. I was so afraid that I will be burgled that I had to Cary all the newly bought clothes and tech in my bag with me all the time I stayed in Rome, so extra 10 kg on shoulders all the time.

- Percival (2/5): Uncomfortable, cold, smelly, noisy, overall disappointing - The receptionist and the location to the train station The toilet and shower smelt horrible, I refused to shower because of the smell. The bathroom floor was always soaking wet somehow. The bed was uncomfortable. There was air con but no way of using it, so I was freezing every night. I received a message and hour before check in time that the room was steady and I can check in, but once I get there I was told to come back at 1 (the original check in time), then half an hour later I was told again that it ready for check in. At night all I can here is the front door slamming shut over and over. I get it was one of the cheaper hotel options I picked but it still shouldn't be the price I paid

- Keith (5/5): Private room with bathroom - Near station and late night restaurant. Small but decent room, lighting, facilities and bed. Snoring in room next door.

- Frumax (7/5): Good - I stayed here just for one night so I didn’t notice much inconveniences. The room was bright and comfortable, quite close to Termini Station. As far as I know English I didn’t find any difficulties in communication with the host. He was gentle and kind and ready to help if any problem occurs. The Internet worked pretty well. The bathroom was clean and well-functioning.

- Markéta (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was very nice, there is AC, we liked the aroma lamps and it really looked like they were trying to make it look nice. The overall experience was really pleasant. The bathroom was dirty. There was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. The overall cleanliness of the place wasn’t ideal.
