• marivit (10/5): - todo super bien , acogedor y muy bien ubicado que el personal de limpieza me boto la comida que tenia en el refrigerador que estaban nuevos y aparte me cobraron 150 euros por no fregar y cuando puse este comentario que la comida estaba en el refrigerador me recargaron porque se molestaron de una verdad que paso , que se desaparecio mi comida cuando hicieron el cuarto, cosas que estaban nuevas y cerradas exquisitises y se excusaron diciendo que el no sabia

• Margarita Blaha (8/5): Sauber und in guter Lage. - Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, nicht weit von Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Schlafsofa war nicht besonders bequem und für vier Personen war der Platz meiner Meinung nach zu eng.

• David (10/5): Lovely apartment, in ideal location, recommended. - Clean, good facilities, comfy bed, strong shower, fantastic location in the heart of the City. Good WatsApp comms from Madflats, security link sent to phone for access to main door & apartment. Not a problem for us but maybe for some was the 5 flights of stairs to the apartment - there is a lift, but we didn’t use it.
• Rebecca (10/5): Great stay in great apartment - The apartment was spacious, clean, great facilities, located in Latin quarter. Great restaurants, pubs, coffee houses within 100 meters of apartment. The apartment was very quiet, even though it is in a busy area. The bedroom faces a closed courtyard. The shower was great water pressure and good heat. We arrived at night and door to apartment had graffiti on it. We were a little apprehensive. But once we were inside, the building was very nice and safe. There is an elevator, but you have to go up 1/2 flight of stairs to get to it, then go up another 1/2 flight of stairs when the elevator arrives at the top to get to the apartment. This should be explained in the description because it might be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
• Nicholas (7/5): Great location but the apartment needs some maintenance - The property was in a great location and close to many restaurants, mini markets as well as the metro. It’s great for 2 travellers however we were cramped as a group of 3. A bit cramped and the lift was accessible only after you climbed a flight of stairs which was difficult with all our suitcases. The lift was also quite old and cramped. The bathroom also needed some maintenance. The sink clogged everytime it was used and the shower head was not properly drilled into the wall.
• Wendy (9/5): La Latina is a great place to stay in a Madrid. - Authentic local apartment Convenient and walkable to all the things we wanted to do Lift Effective air conditioning Good communication with management via WhatsApp Graffiti on front door was off putting when we first arrived. Location of the kitchen sink was awkward.
• Joyce (8/5): Lovely stay yet some practicalities not shared prior to booking - The apartment was nice, very good location and friendly staff. The property asked to do an online check-in in which I needed to share my passport. As I am not comfortable at doing so, I needed to walk to their office to do it there. I would have loved to know this upfront in the small print and not be faced with it afterwards. Also upfront it was not mentioned that there is a 250 euro reservation on your credit card, which is understandable, but again, do share this upfront. Finally, we checked-out on Sunday and their office is closed that day. We could not leave the bags at their office therefore, however they did provide a link with a storage very close by (just adding costs).
• Rosemary (7/5): Great, compact attic apartment in a superb location in central Madrid neighbourhood - Excellent location in a non touristy local neighbourhood but walkable to everywhere Close to great bars and cafes in Casa de la Cava Baja Smaller than anticipated but sufficient for 2 people who were out most of the day. Needs a little TLC, repairs to kitchen kick-boards required and you need to ensure the fridge door is closed all the way as cupboard door is lopsided. Some water damage on wall above kitchen bar should be tidied up and repainted

• Khalid (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very clean and stylish, service was immediate and very supportive. Nothing, just there should be tea and coffee bags.
• Savvina (3/5): Excellent location but that’s it - Location is excellent. You can walk to everywhere. Check in quick and easy but you do need internet connection and to be somewhat smart phone literate so that could actually be an issue for some guests. We booked a flat for 4 and it was set up for 2. We called them and they said we should find the bed sheets etc and set up the space on our own. That means to move the coffee table, open up the sofa bed and arrange the sheets and pillow cases etc to be ready for sleep. All this having a baby and a toddler with us. This is the first time we encountered in dozens of nights in hotels and rented flats all over the world. The last day we hot water only for 2 of us; the other two had to do it under cold water. The flat can get super noisy at night from neighbours (we had someone screamingly singing at 3am from next door for almost half hour). There is a strong smell of hachis every; at the entrance and a more subtle in the flat itself. I well know that’s the case on the streets in most Spanish cities but having it in your room is another story. We were provided with one tiny shampoo for 4 people for 3 nights! There was a coffee machine but no capsules were on offer. All in all, we would not go back.
• Valentina (9/5): Perfect stay in Madrid - The location is perfect, very close to 2 Metro stations; within walking distance to all main sightseeings. Very clean and comfortable small apartment, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Extremely comfortable beds and mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need. No direct sunlight, no balcony, but it is not a problem at all.
