• Annetta (4/5): Можеби при пускането си в експлоатация хотелът наистина е бил луксозев, но с времето е западнал. - На беше включена Състоянието на хотела не отговаря на четирите звезди. Занемарен е, неподдържан и не предоставя комфорта за категорията си. Нямаше нощни лампи в спалнята и стената се лющеше заради влага. Диванът не беше удобен за спане и имаше отпадъци под възглавниците.

• EMANUEL FLORIN (5/5): - Singurul atu este piscina exterioară Cândva a fost, probabil de 4 stele, dar acum este de cel mult 2 stele. Un hotel lăsat în degradare, prăfuit, fără să ofere mai nimic( nu ai de unde cumpăra o sticlă de apă). Dezamăgitor!

• Tom (9/5): A lovely stay. We had the best time in bansko and definitely will be going again. - Lovely, large enough accommodation that was perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults and a toddler). Great location as everything was in walking distance but it was just faraway enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife. The indoor pool was nice and warm. No issues parking the car. The breakfast was okay but not the best but that was down to my preference. They did have an issue with the water at one point. The TV only offered very limited English channels but at least we had cartoons for the toddler. The cutlery and pots and pans needs improving.

• Ali (7/5): Overall, we got good quality for the price we paid as it was very cheap. - The pool area was clean and well maintained. The warm pool inside is perfect if you still want to swim even if the weather is not the best. The maid was polite and our room was spacious and clean. The staff could be better. The woman at reception was speaking ridiculously quiet and had no adequate manners. Also, you could put up a sign about the time the gaming room closes, because otherwise guests assume that it works all the time. Also, they turn it off at different time every day, this is ridiculous because it is impossible to make plans to visit the gaming room as it does not work same hours. Prices at the pool bar are a bit too high. My “double bed” was just two single beds put together, ok, but the problem was that they were on wheels so it is possible that they move and also, both of the single beds had one wheel missing which led to lack of stability when you lay on them. It is surprising that we had no toiletries in our room, only some shower gel in the shower cabin.

• Flavien (7/5): Practically located, would not recommended from a safety and service perspective - The room was fairly clean and true to pictures. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. The breakfast room was gloomy and the breakfast food of really poor quality. Did also have a man trying to open our door during the evening as we had turned the lights off for a nap, and then saw a few men checking windows from the outside as if scouting flats to break in, in line with a number of reviews here.

• Моника (8/5): Very good - 1. Breakfast is nice 2. Massage lady has amazing skills! 1. The staff on reception was inadequate and lacks communication skills. They were saying random codes for some doors that we didn’t know the location of. Making them tell us information was like pulling teeth.. 2. Could not explain in our native language (we are Bulgarians) where our rooms are. 3. Ski shuttle was broken so they were using another hotel’s shuttle - terrible communication between hotel and shuttle, we were waiting 50 minutes for it and then gave up and walked to the hotel in our ski gear!!! 4. Hard to find the entrance and reception 5. Barrier breaks constantly 6. Some rooms are very cold, we needed additional heaters.. for winter season, it is unacceptable. 7. When we first arrived, they couldn’t find the key to one of the rooms..

• Irina (7/5): Pleasant stay...better than most 4* hotels around - Large apartment, we did not miss anything. The pool was heated (this was a biiig surprise), the saunas were ok, the food was great (breakfast and dinner), the staff was very frindly and helpful. Big yeeey for the comfy bathrobes. Very close to the Gondola. You can buy ski passes or rent equipment from the hotel. It was cold in the room as the balcony doors did not closed properly. No wi-fi, as the apartment was not in the main building. Small bathroom and no furniture/ shelfs where you can put cosmetics or something. Furniture was old. The bedroom was over-crowded with useless furniture. The fridge was very noisy. The garden/ the way to the restaurant/ reception was very dark by night.

There’s is a room service menu in the room however when we tried to order some the phone didn’t work and when we eventually got through we were told they do not do it. The fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay which no one seemed alarmed about. There was a fruit bowl in the room but the fruit was mouldy.
• Panagiotis (9/5): Superb - Generally I think there isn't a better value for money choice in Bansko, very satisfied! Very good breakfast! Nice facilities with spacious rooms, kids' playground, spa, swimming pool etc. It snowed a lot and the Staff was cleaning all the snow all the time. The "automatic" bar for the parking that was supposed to open with a camera reading your licence plates, didn't open not even once. We had to go inside and tell them to open it everytime. Staff was not rude but was somehow indifferent. It looks like most of the people we encountered in Bansko are like this though.. We had to wait 30min because our room wasn't ready on check in time.

• Nikola (6/5): Pleasant - Staff was nice. Our room got upgraded from single bedroom to an apartment with two bedrooms. TVs are bigger than what we're used to see in Bansko, and the place was very clean. The building and the furniture is a bit worn out, spa is clean, but small and it needs some renovations.
• Wallace (3/5): Dreadful stay - don’t book in close season !!! - The pool, jacuzzi and weather. So many things; My 8 year old slid on a wet floor in the lobby, there was no wet floor sign. The blocked meal was horrific, costed 180 Lev for cold pasta, dry cookies, some meats and water melon (we should have ate in the village) The shower/bathroom in our room was dreadful - shower door broken, no hot water and pipe work exposed. The maintenance guy was very helpful but explained his challenges with getting things fixed. I presume as it was closed season, they had limited resources but for a 4 star hotel, I’d expect better.

• Yaron (4/5): huge disappointment due to horrible breakfast - good indoor pool and spa. good tv selection 3 years ago we had great breakfast at Belvedere. this time it was a disaster and disappointment! No Buffet. Bad coffee. no good serials. no variety or selection. Would not come if we knew of such a downgrade. Awful breakfast. waste of time and money. saving money on guests expense. Could have some more decent toiletries in bathroom.
• Toombru (9/5): Nice, cozy accommodation near the lift - Excellent breakfast, spacious apartment. The temperature is just right. Inner heated pool. And a great price/service ratio. Very close to lift. The indoor pool was probably over-chlorinated, after half an hour our eyes started to burn, a cold started and we started coughing so intensely that we had to leave the pool room.
• Martin (7/5): Affordable, clean and well located base for a few days skiing - Spa and pool were very nice. Selection of temperature rooms, steam room, jacuzzi etc. Location is good - less than 10 mins walk to the Gondola, and they provide a shuttle service if your legs have really given up on you. Nearest supermarket is 5 mins away. The 'hot food' at breakfast isnt hot. They turned on the heaters on our last day (so they did work!) just not on any other day - cold scrambled egg anyone?? The beds creak - a lot! Im not talking bedroom antics here, they just creak at every little movement - really annoying. If you do want to cook in your apartment, beyond some pans cutlery, plates and glasses etc there is very little else. No cooking oil, salt/pepper etc. No bottle opener or corkscrew. Just mentioning this in case you were thinking of self catering. Probably the best self catering option is to get a rotisserie chicken from the main Aldo supermarket - very tasty!

• Mary (7/5): Good - Generally we liked everything. Breakfast had a good variation of hot and cold dishes. From sweet to savoury and meat to fruits. The location was perfect for the things we needed. We was a group aged 1-45. The rooms were warm and had kettle, toasters, hobs, pans, plates etc. Attention to detail from the cleaners. Room shower had mould growing on the silicon, soap dispenser was leaking and the shower leaked from underneath the base which flooded the bathroom every time. Mix the water and soap together and you have and extremely slippery surface. Also the pool could do with a deep clean and a continuous temperature. One day it was warm the next cold.
• Irina (9/5): Nice stay at Christmas holidays - good location, friendly personal, very nice food. breakfast and dinner amazing selection of different meet and salads. in the morning pancakes or waffle. The ladies at the restaurant provide amazing service they were fast and proactive, clean tables and prepared for next guest. it was very crowded in rush time but they refresh food very fast and supply all what is need it. We stay in two bedroom appartment in the main building, appartment was clean and prepared for 5 people as we need. Towels, bathrobes, bedsheets all were clean and fresh. we also get some complimentary fruits upon arrival which was so nice. we stay during Christmas holidays it was very crowded at the SPa and restaurant, but personal did they best to give good service. At the appartment kettle was missing when we asked on the reception they said is not available as hotel very busy, well for family room with a child I think kettle something necessary, anyway is not a big deal other kitchenette were there.

• Adrian (4/5): Disappointing - nice surroundings outside pool looks nice, probably great in the summer lots of restaurants nearby music and entertainment team for new year gala was very good indoor pool temperature very, very, very high... water and air indoor pool could be a little cleaner the breakfast could have been more diverse the new year gala dinner food could have been at least warm. the entire food was served cold (even the main course). staff was completely absent from the tables (if you need water - go and get it, if you need more wine - go and get it, and so on...)
• Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good only a short walk to town and gondola. Apartment was spacious for short break during New Year. Spa facilities was good, a small walk to restaurant for breakfast which was OK. All in all a great break away from Pen Cefn Farm Holiday 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and a shame no snow while we were in Bansko (only one slope open). The toilet and shower leaked during our stay informed reception after 1st day but was still leaking. Wasn't a big issue but maybe we should have moved to another room.
• Natalya (4/5): in general if you are along or without small kids and came only for skiing you can take this hotel, otherwise- consider - Location is good, staff is responsive Dirty, very dirty. Water was going to the floor out of the shower cabin, not possible to take shower in room. everything inside room is dirty, not possible to use the wardrobe because every shell is covered with dust. even towel warmer was covered with dust had to wash it myself before use. Breakfast is bad, you can see lot of items but not tasty, toaster working slowly. Only coffee was good. don’t try to order anything in the restaurant except what is suggested for common breakfast, we waited for 30 minutes for margarita on our first day there and didn’t get any answer on question - when it will be ready .

• Kim (5/5): Been here twice before and enjoyed our stay. Won’t be going again. This is not a 4 star hotel - Check in was ok, lady helped us find our room. Girl on the pool bar was polite. Plenty of sunbeds. Clean towels daily and toilet roll. Bedding changed once in 8 days The breakfast was poor, eggs uncooked, hotdog sausages no English tea. Cold food, cold coffee. Don’t cater for British visitors. Staff unhelpful. Safe didn’t work neither did the kettle. No toaster. Water cooler broke on the fridge. Not many English channels on the tv. Pool was freezing. Footballers very noisy and rude.
