• Magela karina (7/5): Cambios desafortunados - El apto estaba bien equipado. La cama del sofá cama estaba en malas condiciones. Hundida . Me cambiaron el día antes el alojamiento que había reservado. Si bien donde me enviaron era de las mismas comodidades, la zona era fea y no tenía nada que ver con la que yo había reservado. Me quedé 3 noches y el alojamiento valía 130 euros cuando yo había abonado casi usd 500. Te hacen inmediatamente un depósito de usd 240 y después hubo que reclamar la devolución . El edificio era espantoso, era un hostel. La experiencia fue bastante desagradable.
• Sarinya (8/5): Very good - The location is great and the staff is nice. The apartment was clean and the size is nice for few days stay for four ppls. It could get noisy at night and the drop off luggages location when you check out is at their office so you have to walk uphill to drop off your luggages.

• Judith (7/5): Great location, needs more maintenance - Great central location - we could walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel, the Royal Palace and the shops very easily, and even to the Prado. The apartment was cool and bed very comfortable. We struggled with the code access system, then when we got i to the apartment found that the controls for 2 out of 3 window blinds were broken, one a/c unit was a bit twitchy and the washing machine was flashing error codes (though this was fixed quickly).
