• 林 (3/5): 不會住第二次 - 床鋪及枕頭上面都有遺留頭髮，枕頭翻過面都是黑的，床鋪有不明水痕跡，睡上去時候感覺全身都很癢，後來買了酒精全部噴過後才好一點，雖然地點很好很方便購物，也很熱鬧，但外勞超多味道也很雜，環境乾淨度有待商榷，費用我住時候是假日，雖然比別家便宜，但我覺得性價比真的低。 衛生一定要檢查，枕頭一面白一面黑，明顯沒有洗就翻過去繼續用，床單下面床墊上面都是髒的。

• Canuel (5/5): - None There's no complimentary water unlike the other hotels we stayed at. There's no bidet in the toilet. There's also no disposable slippers unlike other hotels that provide us free slippers. The pillows are dirty and yellowish.

• Anya (2/5): Terrible - The location is okay, not too far to walk or catch a bus to places First room we checked into was disgusting. Stained sheets and the bathroom was terrible. A layer of grime on the floors and up the shower walls and seals. So much mould. The room smelt like drains. We complained and asked to move to a new room and the staff told us all the rooms are the same because they are old! This is not an excuse for poor cleanliness. They let us check the new room which we agreed to since there was almost no availability at nearby hotels, however it was still dirty and smelled bad without the AC on all the time. Nearly all the other rooms were empty and had the doors open and we could see the rooms were the same and old. Also the carpet in the hallway looked like it had never been hoovered, it was so dirty. Towels with stains, the laundry room was full of storage and you couldn’t go in. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

• 璵芯 (1/5): 超級不推薦😡😡😡😡 - 沒有 5/1連假去台中看到平台照片跟評價還不錯，結果進到房間超可怕，滿牆角都是壁癌，看起來很破舊，然後浴室已經鋪上深色磁磚還是可以看到有許多黑垢，蓮蓬頭還有點壞掉會從側邊噴水🙄以上描述可想而知房間乾淨不到哪裡去，感覺很久沒有維護…此外，如果今天房價便宜就算了，但我們一晚住3000元以上，雖說是連假但是這個價格在平台可以找到更好的民宿…，絕對不推薦
• Yu Xin (1/5): 體驗極差 - 5/8 凌晨一點多快兩點，睡到一半發現棉被和被芯分離，才看到被芯上有許多疑似血漬的咖啡色污漬，整體非常髒亂。當下想請櫃檯協助確認是需要加價更換，還是可以直接協助處理，結果櫃檯人員態度非常差。 因為半夜剛醒來還迷迷糊糊，沒注意到自己沒帶房卡，所以也順便請櫃檯協助開門。沒想到服務人員當場大聲「嘖」了一聲，還一邊自言自語，過程中也完全沒有說明或告知，就直接走掉，讓人感受非常不好。 另外，浴室也有明顯發霉及殘留毛髮，整體清潔品質令人失望。這次住宿體驗非常差，不會再回訪，也不會推薦給親友。^_^

• WeiZhen (1/5): 非常糟糕 飯店位在廣場樓上 廣場附近全是移工 基本看不到台灣人 - 無 床鋪非常髒 被子上面有黑黑的小點 掀開後居然看到一根非常明顯的毛髮 當然還有其他的什麼細細的毛 或是黑黑髒髒的 牆壁也是有一塊看起來快爛掉 通知櫃檯更換床單被套枕套 結果只有床單可換 其他兩樣都沒有備品 導致晚上不敢蓋被子枕頭不敢躺

Our original room had smells of cigarette smoke & when we got moved to another room, smells of smoke still lingered. There was mould growing along the sides of the wall. • CHANGJUEN (4/5): 陰暗、骯髒、空氣不好，令人毛骨悚然不想再來的地方。 - 裡面很陰暗、打掃不確實，住女生宿舍，上層床位樓梯很難爬，爬上去還要凌空橫向位移才能夠進入床位空間。床單發霉、床板有灰，浴室感覺很髒，空氣很差，一個空間裡面有10幾個床位，只要有一位打呼就全部很吵。是一個讓人感覺很不舒服的空間，決不會想再來。

• Nathan (9/5): Good location. Nice and clean modern room. - I had a very good stay. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and modern. There is also a small free gym on the fourth floor. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The room also included tea, a kettle, and a refrigerator. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was nowhere to hang clothes. There was no closet, not even any hooks or hangers on the wall, so I couldn’t hang my clothes or my cap.

The cleanliness of the showers was not as shown in the pictures. The first room I had smelled very bad. Thank you to the front desk staff for helping me to change rooms. The second room was much better. Shower was ok but still needs more cleaning to look like the pictures on their site and on google.

• Joel (9/5): Good hotel close to station and convenient for everything else - Great location. Good staff . We could come in early and leave our bags at the reception. Located a short walk (7-8 mins) from the train station. Also Waking to the intercity bus terminal (same distance). Above and surrounded by loads of restaurants . Bus stops all close by. Room was spacious and clean.
