- Noemi (10/5): -
- Marjorie (10/5): Fantastic historical BnB in the old part of the city where you can feel like a local. - Arturo was an exceptional host. His BnB is his family home filled with antiques and history. It is fantastically located in the old city in easy walking distance to all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very well provisioned. No

- Mariana (10/5): Foi tudo maravilhoso!
- CLAUDIA (9/5): -
- Malgorzata (10/5): Best b&b in Verona - Everything was perfect. Location, host, attached to details. Arturo made our stay unforgettable. Thank you.

We loved the location- in the heart of the historic district, perfect for exploring the city and 30 minutes walk to the train station.
The property- private entrance, quiet & peaceful, huge room with lots of character, excellent breakfast. The view from our room was beautiful too!
Arturo was amazing- professional, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
We can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend! Nothing. Can’t wait to come back!
- Joanne (9/5): Well looked after by Arturo and a beautiful room in a quiet spot. - Well located in a quiet part of town - a little oasis from the crowds of Verona. Breakfast was extremely well presented.
- Constanza (9/5): A stay with historical flair in a great location! - This place was very nice and full of history, the host was welcoming and responsive at all times.
The self service breakfast was nice, the room big, with a beautiful view and quiet at night.
The bed could have been better, but for 3 nights we were fine.
The bathroom newly refurbished, great quality, nice warm water.
Very centric location, I would stay here again! The breakfast option were vast, but most of them very sugary and with gluten, keep that in mind if you have dietary restrictions. That being said, the host was very helpful in solving this very quickly, so thank you again!
- K (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful room in a grand old house
- Irina (9/5): Spacious apartment in the heart of Verona. - Right in the historical centre, a very spacious room. Very welcoming host. Good breakfast. Squeaky floors in the bedroom :)

- Anna (9/5): Superb - I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in the heart of Verona. The owner, Arturo, is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to offer helpful advice and make sure you feel at home. The B&B itself is beautiful, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in a true home away from home. The location is perfect, right in the center of Verona, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Verona!
- David (9/5): Superb - This is a beautiful place to stay. The room was old and atmospheric, with marvellous painted ceiling and huge old floorboards and nice views and sounds through the shuttered windows. The host Arturo was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent - away from the crowds of tourists, but quite close to the old cathedral and the Ponte Pietro. Nothing in particular I didn't like, but there are a lot of stairs up to the room, which might affect some people.
- Tony (10/5): Fantastic apartment in an historic building - An excellent range of options provided including fresh pastries Nothing to dislike
- Richard (10/5): This is a fantastic property. We will definitely return. - A beautiful old building, perfect location and a very helpful owner.

- Courtland (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bruce (9/5): Lovely time in Verona, located very centrally. - Very comfortable and quiet, with a very good and attentive host. The only small problem was a couple flights of stairs to get to the room.
- Catherine (9/5): Superb - Arturo was a wonderful host, we loved our room and the location was perfect. We hope to return for a longer stay.
- Wendy (10/5): Great position, beautiful facilities, spacious and very friendly host. - Beautiful traditional B&B. Huge bedroom, comfortable bed and a bath to soak the sore legs. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and in a beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend Everything was perfect
- Raymond (8/5): Very good - Super cool historic property. Great location. Very loud outside at night (especially Sunday night). Furnishings are antique and make the place look really cool - but not really practical or comfortable for hanging out in the common area or room itself. None of the niceties in the bathroom - nowhere to hang anything - no facial tissue, etc. - no mirror outside of the bathroom. No garbage can other than bathroom.
- Jeannine (7/5): Good -
- Ulrike (9/5): Lovely room, great location, good value - Lovely room, great location, friendly host.
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Max (7/5): Would be a 10/10 if the Wi-Fi was working - Felt like royalty while staying in this property! Location was great and breakfast selection was also decent! Space of the property was super comfortable for 2 people! Floors were creaky and the Wi-Fi didn’t work (probably a huge bummer for us) but apart from these everything else was perfect!
- Daniel (9/5): Beautiful, Historical stay with Charm - An absolutely beautiful room with friendly staff who was very helpful and informative. Rich in history and excellent location within the city. The room was so beautiful and historical. Breakfast was delicious and very clean setting. We fell in love and would definitely be back here! The only thing we didn't like was that the stairs were really long and steep. Definitely a challenge with suitcases but the owner was so helpful and carried them up for us right away.
The room next to ours - we could hear the guests in the morning and at night through the walls. It also made me feel like we had to be quiet not to wake them up. Other than that, we have no complaints. Excellent stay
- Eirhnh (9/5): Superb - Excellent Location! Very kind owner. Slow internet. Suggestion: arrange time of check in ahead.
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne-marie (10/5): Loved this place. If you want to stay somewhere that has a real feel and the most beautiful decoration and old Verona fe - Stunning property, close to attractions, clean and comfortable Nothing
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (10/5): San Giacomo was an excellent find! Fantastic location in the old town. Arturo was a fabulous host. - This is a special place to stay located in the old town within walking distance of all the sights. The house has been in Arturo the host's family for generations. It is old and has lots of history. If you want something Italian this is the place to stay. Arturo was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He booked our taxi for us on departure. The breakfast was great you could help yourself The two tables were already laid out and Arturo had bought and put out the fresh food - patisseries. The rest of the food was in the fridge - juice eggs yoghurts etc. We could make our own coffee or tea. Home made cakes biscuits were available throughout the day in the kitchen. There isn't any parking outside the B&B however there is space to park up to unload suitcases etc. If you do drive anywhere in the old town you need to ring the hotel or in our case Arturo beforehand as there are driving restrictions which are waived if staying in a hotel/B&B but you need to provide the car licence plate. Would definitely recommend San Giacomo if staying in Verona. We hope to be back. The Opera in the Roman amphitheatre was very special. Thanks Arturo!
- Nicola (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous location in the old city of Verona. The room was large and spacious with an adjoining bathroom. Breakfast was self-service in a lovely kitchen/dining room. There was a good selection to choose from with delicious pastries from a local bakery. Arturo, our host, was very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for accepting our late check-in.
Would highly recommend this accommodation to visit all the key locations in Verona. Loved everything
- Katrin (10/5): Exceptional - Very authentic and beautiful old building. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. It was no problem to leave our bikes after check out in the backyard.
- Ashleigh (10/5): Highly recommended apartment! - A beautiful and traditional Verona apartment within walking distance of all the sights in the city. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and in a quiet part of the town. Large bedroom space and comfy soft bed. Alice the host was friendly and helpful checking us in and we had great communication from her. The self serve breakfast option was ideal for us as we had to leave early and there were plenty of food options, we just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! The apartment was a very good price compared to others in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here! Shared kitchen area and thin walls but we didn’t mind this really as the other guests were quiet at night.
Took us 35 mins to walk in the heat from the train station to the apartment with suitcases on cobbled streets as we didn’t realise how far it was so I would recommend getting a taxi (10-12 euros fixed rate) for convenience.
- Margot (8/5): Spacious room at a great location - The apartment was beautiful with a fresco-painted roof and very spacious. The location was also great. The breakfast was disappointing and was not cleaned up from the table during the day.
- Susan (10/5): The best place to stay for an authentic stay in Verona. - Beautiful old traditional family home. It felt like a privilege to be able to stay here. I love an Italian painted ceiling and I was not disappointed. Amazing breakfast and access to a balcony to be amongst the roofs of Verona. Nothing

- Matthias (10/5): Exceptional - It was a fantastic weekend! A great host with great tips for the best spots.
- Katie (10/5): A beautiful house the heart of old Verona. - What a wonderful place. It’s a beautiful old house in the heart of the old city, steps away from the Duomo. The owner’s family have lived here for centuries. Arturo was such a gracious host, and we loved talking with him about his family history. Outstanding value for money. I’d love to return to this B&B for a longer stay. It’s an excel base for exploring Verona.
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Bags of character, very friendly and helpful owner, excellent location for the old city. A quiet street within easy walking distance of the main sites. Comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast. Easy to come and go as you please. Nothing
- Christopher (10/5): Beautiful, quiet room in a lovely old Italian building! - One of two rooms in a very beautiful old building. Our room overlooked a courtyard with the cathedral in view. Very Italian. There was a shared kitchen where we served ourselves to a very substantial breakfast. Room was very quiet and in a very nice location. Nothing
- Lotta (10/5): Romantic b&b in historic city center - Beautifully decorated b&b at a great location in the old town. We also enjoyed the terrace. I would definitely stay here again. The Duomo room had a beautiful view.
- Kate (10/5): Lovely stay, charming building, central location, quiet, clean, and great host - Great location. Historic, quiet, and charming. Very clean, comfortable bed, well appointed, great breakfast. Arturo was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
- Robyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Juliana (10/5): Pure magic! - A beautiful house going back to 15th century, with a lot of history of architecture and art carefully and lovingly preserved, stylishly furnished, paired with all modern facilities to make your stay comfortable. Arturo, the host made sure you lacked nothing, while also making you feel : This is your Home. The location was awesome too. Right at the heart of the heaving Centro Storico, next to Duomo, yet tranquil and with beautiful views over the rooftops.
- Maria (10/5): Home away from home - The apartment itself is very well decorated and located in a beautiful old house in the city center. You have access to a terrace with a great view. For breakfast you just help yourself to whatever you want from the kitchen just like you would at home. You have all the privacy you want and it gives off a very homey feeling. Would definitely come back. Nothing to complain about

It was very clean, spacious with a charming decor. A very adequate breakfast was supplied. The host was very friendly, helpful and eager to please. Loved the property and would definitely stay there again.
- Pilar (8/5): Great stay in a great location - The location is great, a short walk to everything. Arturo is very helpful. The place is cleaned every 3-4 days. Charming building and charming place! Wifi is not super strong, but if you’re patient and don’t need it much it’s good enough.

- Stuart (9/5): Superb -
- Alexandra (9/5): Highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality! - We had a great time staying at this small family-owned B&B in central Verona. Great location that is easily walkable to most of the major tourist sites in the city. Breakfast was yummy and convenient. We only stayed one night, but I would have liked to stay longer and would come back again! We were also able to store our luggage and spend the day touring the city, which was a great bonus. Our only issue was that the wifi was not working very well while we were there. We only stayed one night, so we did not bother to ask about it (so it may have been a simple fix if we had).
- Andrew (10/5): Great city, beautiful accommodation and great host - Beautiful historic building in best area of city, providing everything you need. Wonderful host, who couldn’t do enough for you. This is the way to do holidays! Having to leave after three nights!
