- Max (6/5): Clean but too crowded - The Room was clean. Good gym and nice swimming pool which is crowded at peak hours. Crowded. The breakfast was a war zone. So many people, difficult to find a seat or even plate, mugs etc... Staff doesn't have time to clean the table and refill the missing items.

- Epps (7/5): Everything was fine except. - Well, everything is ok as expected, the room is big and cozy. The location is quite good. The staff accidently open my room when I am in the room. It was not frightening but I feel uncomfortable. However, I was not report to reception or the concerning people.

- Megumi (6/5): - 広い、景色が良い。バスタブがある。清潔。温水プールが良かった。スタッフさんが親切。 Wi-Fiが全く使えなかったからフロントに電話したら、部屋にルーターも設置してくれた。対応が早くて助かった。 周りに何もない。壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の音がすごく響く。シャワー(お湯)の水圧がめちゃくちゃ弱い。

- Borisarnkun (8/5): ภาพรวมดี - อาหารดี แต่บางอย่างหมดเร็ว ควรรีบเติมให้เร็วกว่านี้ ในห้องนอนแบบ type ใหญ่1 bed ที่กั้นแยกห้องนอน ควรมีทีวีในห้องนอน และห้องนั่งเล่น อย่างล่ะ 1 จุด (ปัจจุบันมีแต่ในห้องนั่งเล่นจุดเดียว)

- Sax (9/5): - Really nice hotel, the ocean view is breathtaking, breakfast bar was delicious Housekeeping did not keep swimming pool towels stocked, even after personally informed the lobby, no attendant or phone number to contact on 3rd floor, this resulted in wet floors and elevators, which is a safety hazard
- thachanan (7/5): - ห้องโอเคค่ะ ห้องอาหารแย่มากๆ ไม่มีพนักงานคอยตรวจสอบก่อนทางเข้าออก เดินเข้าไปไม่มีโต๊ะว่างเลย ลูกค้าเยอะมากๆ พนักงานในห้องอาหารน้อยมากๆ จึงไม่สามารถเก็บโต๊ะให้ลูกค้าที่ทานเสร็จแล้วได้ทัน ลูกค้าต้องทำความสะอาดกันเองเพื่อหาโต๊ะนั่ง

- Yuko (5/5): 静かに過ごせた - 部屋は広く清潔で、静かで過ごしやすかった。電子レンジや洗濯機もあり便利だった。スタッフも礼儀正しく、感じが良かった。 ５つ星ホテルにしては、部屋の設備やアメニティがお粗末だった。クローゼットにはプラスティックのハンガーが２本だけ。アメニティはシャンプー、綿棒、シャワーキャップのみ。Booking.comの施設・設備情報として掲載されている情報も少し違った。（スリッパはない、ケーブルチャンネルや衛星チャンネルはなくローカルのテレビのみ、CDプレイヤー及びDVDプレイヤーはない）無料Wi-Fiはあったが、繋がりにくくあまり使えなかった。

- Kwanruthai (4/5): คงไม่กลัลไปใช้บริการอีก - อาหารเช้าดีกว่าเดิมมากๆ หลากหลายรสชาดอร่อย การบริหารจัดการของโรงแรม และพนักงาน แย่มาก -การเช็คอิน ล่าช้า แจ้งว่าระบบขัดข้องแต่ไม่มีการสื่อสารให้ลูกค้าทราบว่าต้องทำอย่างไร รอนานมาก บางคนรอ3-4ช.ม แต่ไม่ได้ห้อง ไม่มีการขอโทษ หรือคำอธิบายใดๆ เสมือนว่าระบบล่มเป็นปกติ -พนักงานไม่มีใจให้บริการ หนีหน้าลูกค้า -การบริการแย่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่มี สระว่ายน้ำคนเยอะ น้ำหยดเลอะเทอะไปหมดไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดสักคน ผ้าเช็ดตัวหมดไม่มีเติม ที่จอดรถแน่นมากถึงมากที่สุด บาวคันต้องออกมาจอดริมถนน

- Nantana (10/5): ที่พัก เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว - ทำเลดี ติดถนน เข้า-ออกง่าย มาศรีราชาบ่อยมาก อไรซ์ก็ยังเป็นตัวเลือกอันดับต้นๆของครอบครัวเรา เราเข้าพักหลายช่วง ทั้งเจอคนน้อยและคนเข้าพักจำนวนมาก(ช่วงหยุดยาว) ดูเหมือนว่าพนักงานบริการ ณ ห้องอาหารตอนเช้า อาจจะมีน้อย บางครั้งบริการเก็บจานชามช้าบ้าง เวลาแขกเยอะๆ (กรณีที่โต๊ะว่าง แต่จานที่ใช้ยังวางเต็มโต๊ะ)

- Jarunee (8/5): - ห้องพักแยกโซนเป็นสัดส่วนดีมาก ลักษณะห้องเหมือนคอนโด มีเครื่องซักผ้าด้วย อาหารอร่อย มีเมนูหลากหลายมากๆ เช่น ซูชิ ข้าวแกงกะหรี่หมูทอดทงคัตซึ ขนมจีนน้ำยา สลัด ข้าว ฯลฯ แสงไฟสำหรับเปิด ปิดแอร์สว่างส่องตาตอนนอน จนทำให้นอนไม่หลับ สระว่ายน้ำแคบไปและแดดร้อนมากไม่มีที่บังแดดให้ ช่วงบ่ายๆคือเล่นไม่ได้เลย
