- Sadegh (8/5): - my overall stay was good...except for two things that i will explain 1- they should change the carpeting in the lobby ..its ugly. 2-I wanted to stay one night longer, but the refuse to give me the same price as i had booked through Hotel.com!! so i checked out and checked into another hotel walking distance and as good as Mena even cheaper than my original rate. anyway, its a good hotel with freindly staff and good gym and sauna

- David (6/5): Long weekend Trip - Great location within walking distance to Mall of The Emirates. Stayed in King size bed, Nice room, comfortable beds and Quiet. There is free WiFi but weak signal
- Viorel (8/5): Viorel - The room was decent in size but the A/C was very noisy. You can tell that the hotel is quite old and there are a lot of works required to bring it to these days standards. Breakfast selection was limited as well and juice always running low so most of the time
- Martin (10/5): - I particularly appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the staff, who assisted me in every way and were so helpful and friendly: particular congrats and kudos go to Maruam and Ahsan from Pakistan at the reception, and to the wonderful staff in the breakfast room. Breakfast is by the way impeccable and really good value.

Just when I thought everything was going good , I called the front desk so they can please heat up my food and they said no. 😢😪 I was going to extend my stay there but I did not I found a different hotel who had a kitchen in the room instead so I don’t have to ask for any favors.

Шумно - климатические установки соседних зданий гудят всю ночь, стройки вокруг практически круглосуточно,. Если бы на шумоизоляции номеров не сэкономили , было бы намного ближе проживание к идеалу
- ok (4/5): - àirco in de kamer staat veel te hoog. Inchecken duurt veel te lang en bij het uit checken wordt er eerst contact opgenomen met housekeeping en die moet vervolgens gauw naar de kamer om te checken of er niets is kapot gemaakt en dan pas mag je uitchecken. Heel amateuristisch en dat gebeurt gewoon voor de ogen van de klant. Receptie medewerker was ook totaal onvriendelijk. (Pakistaanse man dacht ik).

- Loli (10/5): Amazing hotel close to the City Centre - A newer hotel with amazing staff and rooms. We were greeted properly, and our room was amazingly clean and comfortable. the decor was modern, figuring out AC was a bit confusing but it worked at the end. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Lobby was clean and the smelled amazing, I just wanted to stay there forever. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was good, but I would have loved to see more options. More cheese and fruits, pancakes etc. walking distance to the Deira City Centre, we would definitely go back
- Hans (8/5): 1e Keer en Dubai. - Bij binnenkomst met 7 vrienden duurde het bijna 1 uur om in te checken. Dat is vreselijk na 7 uur in het vliegtuig gezeten te hebben. Hotel was goed, 1 jaar oud dus netjes en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel ook bij zwembad (op het dak, 's avonds lekker om even te liggen maar wel klein) en sauna. Ligging van het hotel bijna overal ver vandaan, dus steeds taxi's gebruikt die altijd gereed staan. Of je moet willen skiën of winkelen, want dat was om de hoek in de grootste Mall ter wereld: The Emirates Mall. Het uitchecken weer van hetzelfde laken een pak: dat moet sneller en simpeler.
- berlie (6/5): Comments - It was a good experience to stayed in your Hotel, however lately your Water temperature drop to cold almost cant have a bath or so . And also your Balcony was Locked at all times couldn't enjoy the nice weather while sipping my warm coffee . otherwise its perfect.

Excespt the shower bath concept is ok but the height to climb into the bath is ridiculous for an elderly. Also the shower screen is to narrow to have a decent shower without wetting the floor. Otherwise all good, did not try the breakfast. Close to the mall of the emirates about 8-10 mins walk.
- Christian (8/5): Fräscht hotell med fin service - Fint hotell vid mall of the emirates. Endast 7-8 minuters gång. Grym service och väldigt trevlig personal. Hotellet är nytt sedan 2017 och är därför väldigt rent och fräscht. Enda minuset var att trots jag sa till 3 gånger jag ville ha en dubai taxi till flyget som dom skulle beställa på morgonen, så blev det inte det. Dubai taxi tar trots vad alla skriver nämligen kort som betalning. Det gjorde inte den dom beställde och jag hade varit väldigt tydlig med detta vid beställning. Annars var vistelsen väldigt trevlig.

Rooms are clean and quiet with good internet connection, staff is very friendly. Hotel rooms are priced fairly.

- Patrik (8/5): Medelklasshotell nära Mall of the Emirates - Bra hotell med bra läge. Rena fräscha rum, bra underhållen pool, gym och spaavdelning. Bokar ni rum för tre personer så var noga med att kolla om extrasängen ingår i priset eller ej. Jag fick betala extra trots att bokade för 3 personer.

I have stayed at the kempenski and it took 10 mins to walk to my room from its reception and the room was no better than at the meena plaza So use this hotel if you interested in being close to the mall of the emirates
