• Dimusic78 (8/5): Ruhiges authentisches Homestayit schönem Pool - Gemütliches Homestay mit schönem Pool (kühles Wasser, wenig gechlort... 👍). Die Betten fand ich super bequem, Balkonit Aussicht. Es gibt ein wechselndes vietnamesisches Frühstück, Brot-Eier-Frühstück kann auch gefragt werden. Man muss wissen, dass die Lage in einem authentisch vietnamesischen Viertel ist - ein tolles Erlebnis, wer sowas mag und kennen lernen will. Mit dem nahegelegenen Bus 18 ist man in ca. 30 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir waren hier für 3 Tage vor der Heimreise wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen. Es hat uns gefallen. Danke!!! Das ist keine Kritik, nur als Wissenswertes für andere Reisende: Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wird aber schon schrittweise ausgebessert, repariert. Reinigung könnte täglich erfolgen, aber bei Nachfrage wurde es problemlos erledigt.

• vidus (8/5): - L’hôtel est niché dans une petite ruelle au calme, ce qui est très appréciable dans une ville aussi animée. Il est entouré de nombreuses plantes et de verdure le long du bâtiment, ce qui crée une atmosphère apaisante. La petite piscine centrale est un vrai plus : très rafraîchissante, surtout avec la chaleur de Ho Chi Minh. C’est un petit cocon où il fait bon se détendre après une journée en ville. La chambre était plutôt petite, mais agréable et fonctionnelle. Le décor est assez industriel, avec du béton apparent, mais cela reste confortable et largement suffisant pour passer plusieurs nuits — en l’occurrence, nos quatre nuits se sont très bien passées. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il n’y a pas énormément de choix, mais la qualité est au rendez-vous, et c’est finalement l’essentiel. En résumé, une très belle adresse que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour à Ho Chi Minh. Lit un peu dur
• ELENA (5/5): Нужно покрасить стены в номерах, повесить телевизоры и сделать генеральную уборку номеров и поддерживать порядок. - Место расположения гостиницы понравилось, недалеко от аэропорта и недалеко от центра, вместе с тем тихо и спокойно, рядом много кафешек и магазинов. Не понравилось что нет лифта и тащить чемоданы на 4 этаж по винтовой лестнице не очень удобно и тяжело. Номер не очень понравился, маленький, стены заштукатурены и не покрашены, полы грязные, как-то не уютно. В номере всё необходимое имелось, душ, умывальник, кондиционер, туалет, утюг, фен, эл. чайник. В нашем номере телевизора не было, маленький балкончик с цветами. Был завтрак, суп, фрукты и что-то ещё не помню. В принципе нормально. Персонал вызвал такси до аэропорта, помог мне дотащить чемодан на 4 эт. при заселении, обратно тащила сама. Останавливались на одну ночь. На несколько ночей я бы не рекомендовала.

• Robby (4/5): Waardeloos - Lang gewacht bij de receptie, er was niemand bij aankomst. De kamer was niet schoon. Had geboekt met ontbijt. Werd vanwege een citytrip om 07:00 uur opgehaald. Te vroeg voor ontbijt. Een kopje koffie gevraagd om 06:45 uur. Dat kon maar moest daar wel voor betalen. Zat ineens niet bij het ontbijt inbegrepen. Op de kamer ook geen optie om koffie of thee te maken. Stond een fles met water en 2 glazen. Maar die fles is open en kan je met kraanwater bijvullen. Geen fijn idee. Kortom, nooit meer hier boeken. Waardeloos hotel.

• STEFANO (7/5): Non soddisfacente - Struttura carina, per essere un homestay e accogliente Stanza piccola e la pulizia lascia a desiderare, frigo trovato sporco, buchi nel pavimento, abbiamo fatto 12 notti e la stanza l'hanno pulita 2 volte e solo dopo nostra richiesta. Abbiamo pagato extra per avere la colazione, ma secondo loro la colazione è un piatto di Pho, piatto tipico vietnamita, solo dopo nostra lamentela ci hanno concesso una colazione con caffè e roba dolce (poca). In generale, per qualità/prezzo si può trovare di meglio. Dispiace scrivere questa recensione, visto che lo staff, non tutti, erano abbastanza cordiali.

Asus ca. 5 km kesklinnast, saab ka jala liikuda, kui on soovi. District 1 st pisut väljast. Saab hea ülevaate linnast. Ümbruskonnas head hinnad võrreldes kesklinnaga District 1-ga. Hommikusöök ei ole buffee. Hommikusöögil oli joogid ekstra tasu eest. Isegi kohv. Põrandad tundusid olevat mustad- pesemata. Prügikast oli ainult vannitoas. Vannitoa seinas jooksid sipelgad ringi.

• Héloïse (6/5): Not as the pictures. - Location was nice, small street away from the big traffic. I was expecting the same vibe as the pictures, unfortunately, my room didn’t look like the pictures. My room was outdated, old furnitures, fingermarks everywhere, airco not working well. I also should have had a room with garden view, but got the street view, so very loud. Last thing, very poor english, so no way to communicate well with the team.

• Huong (9/5): - Ăn sáng ngon, đủ dinh dưỡng, vị trí thuận tiện, hẻm nhỏ nhưng taxi vẫn vào được
• Nguyen (10/5): Căn hộ yên tĩnh, phụ vụ ăn sáng ngon - Căn hộ khá yên tĩnh là chỗ thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi sau 1 tuần làm việc mệt mỏi. Ở đây buổi sáng có phục vụ ăn sáng nên khá tiện lợi, bữa sáng được bày trí rất đẹp mắt, nhân viên phụ vụ rất tận tình. Đặc biệt dưới sảnh có thêm khuôn viên bố trí bàn ghế để làm việc và hồ bơi để mình có thể thư giãn. Nói chung từ phòng ốc đến dịch vụ mingf thấy khá oke và phù hợp. Mọi người nên đến và trải nghiệm thử.
• Ian (9/5): Fantastic courtyard - The place is so quiet and private away from the bustle of outside, the pool if fantastic, the breakfast is good with a bit of variety if you ask the staff. It's a short taxi ride from the airport or into the city centre, there are also restaurants and ATMs within short walking distance if you turn right leaving the property, directly across is a small coutyard with various different shops and a play area for children, one of the shops is called Swimming Chicken which sells superb fried chicken and other meals as well a great choice of craft beers. The hotel is a great place to relax after your flight or get ready for your flight home we'd definitely recommend it to anyone Probably a power point either side of the bed but thats not the end of the world

Bizarre ! La salle de sport est minuscule ! La piscine est petite et froide !

Номер не соответствовал заявленным картинкам, а завтрак был самым нищим за многие годы посещения аналогичных мест . Расположение неудобное..в глубине квартала на узкой улице.. такси не хотело ехать туда где проезд возможен только мотоциклам... В итоге хватило одной ночи чтобы утром почти голодным уехать оттуда в другое место.. при этом собственники проявили благоразумие и вернули всю предоплату, за исключением суммы которую я заявил как их реальная стоимость..

• Louise (8/5): Close to airport stay - Location easy to get to airport on departure from place. Bed comfortable. Back from road, so quiet. Nice relaxing communal outdoor space. We made use of the hammocks by the pool. No sound proofing. Just annoying first night when people talking loudly at 11.30pm and my husband had to go down and ask them to be quiet. Also first night it sounded like neighbours cleaning room for quite a while after midnight. We stayed in 103. Going for walk from place, found it very busy
