• Daniel (8/5): Nice Villa with private pool. - Nice Villa. Everything clean and plenty of space. Private pool. If any problems come up you have a Whatsapp contact. They help you from morning to evening. By far the cleanest beach in all of Koh Chang. It's a gated community.

• Elena (3/5): Эконом вариант апартаментов с хорошим пляжем - 1. отличное месторасположение, до пляжа 3-5 мин.медленным шагом. Но вокруг идет стройка-шум и грохот. Нам повезло рядом с нашими апартаментами стройки не было. 2. отличный пляж (чистый (убираются ежедневно), бесплатные удобные лежаки/зонтики), есть бар, хороший бассейн рядом с пляжем 3. апартаменты большие по размеру 4. кухня неплохо укомплектована (достаточно посуды, кастрюль и т.п.) 1.Номер не был готов к заезду- дыры на шторе в ванной, сломаны гардина в ванной и микроволновка. Но исправили быстро -через день 2. Апартаменты на втором этаже не соответствуют фото в Букинге-отсутствует телевизор и шкаф. Ремонт всех апартаментов вообще не соответствует фото в Букинге. 3. Ободранная мебель и двери Но это все ерунда , т.к. мы приехали отдыхать и не зацикливались на выше указанном. Но самое главное , что вообще очень сильно портило -это отсутствие уборки. Везде грязь- на окнах, холодильнике, на полу, грязные шторы, мебель- как при заезде , так и весь отпуск , а мы были больше недели. Приходили убираться через день. Чуть мели пол и проверяли постель. С постелью -вообще история-понятно, если на полу "садить можно" и ходить босиком, то постель становится грязной через день- а за это штраф! Т.к. стиральной машины нет. Честно бы сказали , что уборки нет и брали бы деньги за нее и все. 3. Приходилось выбрасывать мусор самостоятельно , т.к. убирались через день. Вывод -решайте сами- готовы убираться сами и делать ген.уборку при заезде, то вариант неплохой -достаточно дешево. Но лично я никогда сюда не вернусь особенно с лотереей со стройкой.

• Kelly (8/5): Heerlijk! - Heerlijke bedden! De beste waar we tijdens onze reis in Thailand op hebben geslapen. Heel schoon appartement en dichtbij een leuk rustig strandje. Er is in de omgeving niet verder niet heel veel te beleven, maar prima als je opzoek bent naar een prachtig strand en rust.

• Pete (3/5): - Close to the ferry and the staff at the Beach Club Uncomfortable bed. Beach wasn't great. Bikini hotel is an airbnb within another beach resort so check in and out was not clear. Waiting for a long time with no clear instructions. Lots of warning signs of what to do and not in the apartment make it feel less like a holiday home and more like an office. Being asked for a 3000 baht deposit was a surprise and a bit over the top. Very far from rest of island activities.

Es ist nicht alles wie auf den Bildern, sondern in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist unvorteilhaft. Die Outdoor-Küche ist nichts für uns gewesen, da alles schmuddelig, dreckig war.

Jeder hatte sein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Einfach topp. Der Pool gross genug zum plantschen und das Meer nur wenige Meter entfernt. Das Bett ist etwas zu hart.

• Martina (2/5): Der Ort ist schön aber unbedingt andere Unterkunft buchen. - Die Anlage in der die Bikini Villas liegen ist toll. Aber es gibt auf der Anlage bessere Unterkünfte. Die Mitarbeiterin die das Check In und Check Out macht ist unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Sie spricht sehr undeutlich, zudem lässt sie einem nicht aussprechen, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwert. Das Haus ist in einem schlechten und lieblosen Zustand. Das Haus wir nur alle zwei Tage oberflächlich gereinigt und alle drei Tage erhält man frische Tücher. Die Betten sind absolut unbequem.

• Stian (6/5): Bra, men alt for dårlige senger. - Sengene hadde alt for harde madrasser. Til å være 4+ stjerner er ikke dette godt nok. Spesielt når du også kunne leie xtra madrasser for 850 bath /døgn. Det var for dyrt og skal ikke være mulig på en resort med 4 stjerner. Invester i nye senger.

• Daniel (10/5): Traumhafte Anlage wo man sich gut erholen kann. - Der private Pool war sehr groß und sauber und man konnte direkt von der Terasse reinspringen. Das Wohnzimmer war top, mit großen TV und einer Küche die mit allen was man brauchte ausgestattet. Großer Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank , Backofen , Herd und Microwelle. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder waren sehr gut und sauber. Alles war wie neu. Regelmäßige Reinigung innen und sogar die Außenanlagen wurden täglich gepflegt. Man hat uns auch gut geholfen beim einen Taxi und beim ausleihen von Motorrollern. Paar minuten später standen die Roller vor der Villa. Der wunderschöner Strand war nur in ein paar minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Restaurant und Bar am Stand nicht weit weg. Auch ein großer Pool war direkt vorm Strand. Einkaufsläden und Streetfoodstände sind in etwa 5 Minuten mit den Roller zuerreichen. Die Anlage ist ein traumhaft, das beste wo ich jemals war. Haben auch gleich nochmal um 2 Tage verlängert. Werde auf jedenfall nächstes Mal wieder dorthin zurück kommen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war top. Keine Beanstandung.

• Jenifer (9/5): Love this place. Would love to go back. - We’ve stayed here twice now. We come back because the service is great, the villa is comfortable and the location is excellent. The only reason why I gave this a 9 instead of a 10 is because the hot water in the showers did not work well at all. There was no warm option. Just burn your skin hot or cold.
• Arun (8/5): Beautiful quiet location. - Beautiful secluded location. Me and my son fished off the pier next to the property and caught two squid which the restaurant cooked for us for a small fee. They were also happy to cook another fish we caught from a boat trip. There is also good coral around the property for snorkeling. You’ll need a scooter or car to get around beyond the housing area though as the property is isolated from the Main Street of White Sand Beach. Koh Chang is still underdeveloped compared to other islands I’ve been to. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place. The second bedroom access from outside stairs was a bit odd.

• Martin (9/5): Perfect location with white sandy beach, great facilities and restaurants and close to Ferry Terminal. - Wonderful location, beautiful beach within walking distance. Very comfortable Thai style house, with an external spiral staircase to a very comfortable bedroom with balcony. No toilet facilities upstairs. Comes with an external garden area leading down to the river. Full BBQ Facilities, whist I had of had longer to stay. Within five minutes drive from ferry terminal. Also has a golf course, par three I think, onsite. Pleasant reception which was quick and easy.

• Peter (5/5): great stay except the bad smell inside living room/kitchen - Great location, great living room and pleasant place to sit outside, friendly staff There is only one but very disturbing thing: a bad smell of moisture and rotten wood comes from behind the kitchenette. Some parts of the kitchenette needs to be replaced.
• Mark (8/5): Clean, quiet expansive neighborhood and a nice clean villa perfect for families and kids. - Property and neighborhood was clean, quiet, and very nice. Beds were not comfortable, so could have been better
• Jacqueline (5/5): Passable - Good location. Nice view of the lake So many mosquitoes. There are sliding doors that have gaps and the bathroom walls don't reach the roof so it is impossible to keep the mosquitos out of the villa.
• Tetiana (10/5): Very relaxing luxury experience - Oh my gosh, the house was great! Spacious, with 3 huge separate rooms. Amazing view to a golf court surrounded by water. And swimming pool just in front of the house! The Villa village is quite far from nearest markets and you have to rely on staff to call you a car each time you want to go somewhere on the island. Road where you can just catch the car is a bit far to walk to.
• Karl (6/5): Not for me but on - Location and garden Bathroom downstairs which involved going up or down an external spiral staircase. Whole kitchen was outside, bit weird.
• Felicity (9/5): Chilled Villa life - This Villa was so much better than we expected! The bay and beach were lovely and not busy at all. We were able to use the huge resort swimming pool and ate at the beach bar, which was reasonable but slow service. Much better is the local seafood restaurant Mootees- so cheap and good! We also played the small golf course, and rented scooters to get to the shops and explore. Overall a good experience. The beds are quite hard!
• Olivierqdc (3/5): Poor - All pictures displayed about this property are not belonging only to the Villa 1 Room we have booked but is a mix of several others to mislead people, in particular the Villa 3 bedrooms with pool just aside of Villa 1 Room with much better quality and higher standards. Not 100% scam but almost!!! If you book Villa 1 Room be informed that you will not be able to use your bedroom during day time (too hot in spite of A/C) and only few hours at night (you have to wait the noisy neighbours to finish their party at the pool) and get ready to wake up at 5am because no blackout curtains in this 4 sides glass wall bedroom. We have enjoyed the strip of garden for a drink at night The worst is at night when you need to go to toilets from your 4 sides glass wall bedroom.... you need to go down by the dangerous spiral staircaise. We couldn't really sleep. Overall not a great experience at all!!!

• Scott (3/5): Could have been better if informed of separate rooms around house and all the building work - Good quality furniture and good finish Three separate areas for the rooms and the fact that we was surrounded by builders all day with saws,motorbikes,trucks and nailguns

• Adina (8/5): Koh Chang beach villas at Siam Royal resort - The villa was beautiful. It was near the beach, with a lovely view. It was quiet. The towels were changed just once, we had to pay for 2 glasses.....wich is odd, and we didn't have chairs and umbrellas on the beach. At Little Sunshine restaurant the personnel was quite unfriendly. We ask for a coffee machine, but they didn't provide one.
• Charlotte (10/5): Absolutely Wonderful - A beautiful villa perfectly situated with easy access to an incredible beach and restaurant. The swimming pool was fun for the kids, and the views of the lake and golf course and hills were so beautiful. The villa had all the space and facilities that we needed. would love to stay there again.

• Antoine (10/5): A Dream - This extraordinary villa can accommodate six people in three large bedrooms worthy of a five-star hotel, for an explosive price. No more expensive than some double rooms on White Sand Beach. The setting is enchanting. A dream stay Didn't have time to stay longer
