- Verified traveler (4/5): - The apartment had all the facilities, e.g. washing machine, strong WiFi, etc. except microwave which expects. There were many restaurants, cafes and small provision shops nearby, even a taxi stand. Ataturk Boulevard and Kizilay station are a 15-20 minute walk. However, during our stay hot water was a recurring problem. The water heater kept switching off and we had to keep restarting the heater to resume hot water. It was inconvenient. We stayed six nights. On arrival i checked with staff about cleaning. I was informed every three days. The apartment was not cleaned even once during our stay. It was disappointing. The apartment had a problem with insects. On our second day we showed the housekeeper (visiting to check water heater) an ant / insect infestation in the bedroom. No action was taken and she seemed not overly concerned. The insect problem in the apartment was exacerbated by a garden outside. Lots - I don't mean one or two but lots - of insects somehow managed to come inside even if windows and doors were kept shut. Additionally, the glass of one kitchen window was cracked. Though I communicated with property manager by WhatsApp, communication was erratic and punctuated with delays and disappearances. It didn't help that manager spoke little or no English so voice conversations (I tried) were impossible. Having stayed at many similar serviced apartments I found the host unresponsive verging on rude. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

- Emrah (10/5): Harika lokasyonda kendi evinizde gibi - Büklüm sokağın Akay caddesi tarafında bir apartman dairesinin giriş katında bahçeli bir konaklama birimi sunuluyor . Geniş bir salon , yatak odası , ayrı banyo ve tuvalet , amerikan mutfak , çamaşır makinası , ütü , fırın bulunmakta ... Konaklama sırasında bir sorun yaşamadım ancak tek aklıma takılan dairenin güvenliği oldu ; özellikle bahçeye açılan taraf hırsızlık girişimi için sorun yaratabilir gibi geldi nacizane önerim bu konuda önlemler alınabilir ( demir parmaklık vs ) .. Genel itibariyle değerlendirirsem ev konforunu harika bir lokasyonda sunduğu için çok memnun kaldık

Otellerden bıktığımız için ev istemiştik ama beklentimizin çok çok üstünde bir durumla karşılaşacağımızı hiç tahmin etmemiştik. Her ayrıntı düşünülmüş, özellikle mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulacak hemen her şey tertemiz biçimde yerleştirilmiş. Evi teslim alırken de teslim ederken de sıcacık diyaloglarla, iyi niyetle karşılaşmak ayrıca huzur verdi. Şarj aletimizi unutmuştuk, onu da ardımızdan kargoya vererek bizi bir kere daha memnun ettiler. Eve girişte elektrikli süpürge ve yer silme aparatını alabilir miyiz dedik, ilgili arkadaş hemen kilerden çıkarıp verdi. Üç gün boyu kimselere ihtiyaç duymadan tertemiz konakladık. Tuna Bey şahane. Hiç mi hiç düşünmeyin, otellere sıkışıp kalmayın derim, biz bundan sonra Ankara'da başka hiçbir yerde kalmayı düşünmüyoruz. Her şey için bir kere daha teşekkürler.
