- Adél (9/5): Pokoj Deluxe - Zarezervovali jsme si pokoj Deluxe - s manželskou postelí, malou sedačkou, stolem a klimatizací. Oproti druhému samostatnému pokoji byl větší. Upozorňuji, že pokoj je v 5. patře bez výtahu (nám to nevadilo). Je tam terasa. Ve 4. patře byly sprchy, na každém patře záchody. Ubytování bylo klidné, čisté. Personál byl milý. Dole v loby možnost si natočit pitnou vodu. Na začátku jsme platili zálohu 100 bth za osobu. Dobře situovaný - na ulici je 7/11, Lotus’s, Top selers, také stánky s jídlem. Do 10 min chůze metro. S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni - poměr cena výkon. Postel byla tvrdší, dalo se to zvládnout.

- Monika (6/5): Does the job for sleeping! - Good location. Beds quite comfortable and really liked the privacy of the curtains/make of the beds. Felt secluded and safe! They had a kettle, little stove in the kitchen area. It’s a bit of an odd mix and match regarding the design of the place. It is quite rundown (the bathrooms etc) and it’s not a social hostel. I purely used it as a stop before I took a flight out the next morning. I was fine with the fact that it’s in the middle of the local markets. Definitely not a social hostel when I was there

- Charlotte (8/5): Good Hostel - The staff were helpful and there were good kitchen facilities The beds didn't seem super secure and would shake a lot when people moved in the night
- Andre McHenry (8/5): It was a nice stay, with very good value, and I will definitely return! - I liked the locker box at the head of the bed. There were also good privacy drapes on the capsule openings. The common areas were also good for making phone calls or going online without disturbing others. There is even a small kitchen area that was useful. I wish there were towel rods or at least hooks inside the capsules to hang the towels for drying. Some showers were warmer than others or some might not have hot water at all, but to be fair this is a common problem with hostels. Many have only cold water showers. Also, I wish the bed mattress was a little softer.

- Luke (10/5): Lovely stay! - Had a really enjoyable stay! Staff were lovely, facilities were great and location is so convenient. One metro stop away from Ekkamai coach station. The soi that Backpack Station is located on has so much street food to choose from. There is also a small kitchen with a microwave and kettle, can also put things in the fridge. WiFi was excellent. Will definitely return. Matress was a bit hard, but other than that everything was great!

The hostel is located a bit far from the city center (though Bangkok is very big), but around it there are plenty of local food places, a nearby train station, a 7-Eleven across the street, ATMs, a post office if you need to send postcards, pharmacies, fruit stalls… it’s a good area to explore. Although I only went to the hostel to sleep, whenever I wanted to use the bathroom there was never any toilet paper. While they did clean the common areas, I noticed that some people live in the hostel long-term, so it would get dirty quickly. I often found urine on the bathroom floor or people who hadn’t flushed. As for the beds, the curtains didn’t provide enough privacy, anyone walking by could see inside completely when changing clothes when I was going to sleep. I chose this hostel because of the curtains on the beds; otherwise, I could have stayed at another one without them.

- Ana Luiza (6/5): Very poor service - It’s conveniently close to public transport, with plenty of local food options nearby. The common areas are always kept clean. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, super hard. The room is tiny, with barely any space for larger bags, no windows. I wouldn’t recommend two people staying in the private dorm, as it only really fits one person with luggage. The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent. They charge extra for practically everything. After a 12-hour overnight bus ride to Bangkok, I was only allowed to check in early if I paid half the daily rate, even though the room was already available. The hospitality was very poor. I wasn’t even allowed to use the kitchen or rooftop until the official check-in time.

The staff here is also amazing and they speak English. So many places nearby for food @ 50-60 bhat for an entire plate of food, smoothies, hair cuts, massages, you name it, it’s near. I get the private room w the city view, it’s perfect, large window & AC.

They only clean once a day which meant the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and no one to replace u til next day. The garbage cans in the bathrooms overflowed with used human waste. Should have been changed on regular basis. Having the showers on the fourth floor only kind of sets it back a little as well. The front desk did offer to give me a roll of toilet paper but what about the rest of the clients in there. I loved the location. Sorry guys but we need to be honest here. The ratings was too high and not right for this property. I’d put it in the low 7 ratings

The bed was comfortable but I was on the top one and it was pretty hard to go up and down… I bumped my knee several times. One of the guests was pretty scary and rude, the staff knew about him and didn’t care.
- Zato (8/5): - 屋台街に面しているので食べ物やローカルショッピングには困りません その分賑やかで車やバイクがひっきりなしに通るので歩きやすくは無いかも 部屋はシンプルで大きめのベッド（クイーンサイズ）とちょっとしたテーブルのみ 意外に中は外の喧騒が入ってこなくて静かです シャワーは水圧弱めなのとスイッチを入れないと温水にならないので、日本の感覚でお湯になると思ってたらぬるいまんまでしばらくあれ…？ってなってました（汗） スタッフは英語もできる方がメインでいるので安心でした。 今回外の通りが騒がしくて寝づらかったんですが、相談したら空きが出るところと変えてもらえました。そういった相談もできるので助かりました

- Alexandra (1/5): Bad - Near all the food markets and 7/11 They have to turn off the AC from 12 pm-4 pm. So imagine you will check in there to rest and they will turn off the AC which the AC doesn't work properly too it doesn't get cold. On the last day, I stayed I didn't choose to extend because someone took my towel from the drying rack and I asked the staff to give me another towel which they told me they didn't have already because there were a lot of people staying. I ended up not taking a bath and booked another hostel. Also, they don't have separate bathrooms for men and women.

- Jessica (7/5): Amazing staff, good location! - I will start off to the say the staff were amazing, so kind, so friendly and welcoming! The cafe was lovely and the decking outside to sit on and watch the world go by. The room/bathrooms did not look like the photos and had paint coming off the wall and marks on the wall. But the place was very clean. The bed was super clean though and the staff lovely, so I did not mind.

- Bella (4/5): I will never book here again. - It has windows and hangers The 200 baht deposit is not stated in the agreement but they required it then the facility I booked said slippers were included but then they asked me to do pay for it because they said it’s for sale. Then the shower rooms were on top of my floor and water is seeping through the walls and steps overtime I climbed the stairs it’s wet. The man receptionist were rude and argued about giving me the receipt when I come back from my walks in the afternoon then when I came back he didn’t include the 200 baht deposit so I asked if he could write it on the paper as a record but he refused. This hostel doesn’t follow standard procedure of transparency my money transactions especially towards tourists. How can booking.com monitor and improve this? Plus the place can be flooded during rainy days. I waded in the street water fearing rats swimming around me or getting infected with sewage born illnesses
