Ronald (10/5): Erg fijn hotel op een fijne locatie in Vigan - We hadden een gezellige, sfeervolle kamer, met aparte slaapkamer. De douche was heerlijk en gaf een warme en krachtige straal. De kamer was aangenaam om in te vertoeven. Er hingen schilderijen op om het gezelliger te maken, maar ook aan de sfeerverlichting was gedacht. Fijn ook om een koelkast op de kamer te hebben. De twee airco's deden prima, en erg stil hun best. De locaties vind ik super. Rustig, maar dicht bij een winkelgedeelte en dicht bij de oude binnenstad. PRIMA. Het personeel was altijd correct, aardig en behulpzaam. niets

Janice (10/5): Nice hotel in Vigan - Rooms are huge and comfortable. The staff are really kind and took the effort to call before our stay. Love the breakfast choices. Vigan longanisa and tapa are a must-try. Appreicate it a lot that when we arrived our rooms are pre assigned and ready according to our request. Thank you. This is my third stay in this hotel. None so far.

Raymond (1/5): Unfit for stay - Nothing We booked and paid for a delux room expecting comfort and quality but the room conditions made staying uninhabitable . refund requested but denied. Our stay at Paradores De Vigan was unacceptable due to a serious issue with continuous vibration in the room. The vibratation was not minor - it was strong enough to affect my whole body, particular my head and caused me to feel insteady on my feet. This made it extremely difficult to rest or sleep and rendered the room effectively unfit for a proper stay. this is a basic expectation when booking a accommodation espically a delux room. The issue was raised during our stay but was not resolved and no suitable alternative or solution was provided. As a result the experience was significantly impacted and the purpose of the trip was spoiled. Given the severity of the issue and its impact on health and comfort , i did not believe the room met acceptable standards so we left and I am therefore seeking a refund.

papa429RN (8/5): VIGAN ESCAPADE - The room was bigger than a regular hotel room with its own kitchenette. Location is near the public market and the bus terminal. Pretty much walkable if you don't have luggage to drag around. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We had a free breakfast on our reservation but they were brought to the room as the hotel does not have a dining facility. Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely recommend! None that stands out

Jean-Claude (6/5): - La gentillesse du personnel et la chambre était comme un mini appartement. Il est inacceptable de louer une unité (située au rez-de-chaussée)dont la seule fenêtre donne sur un corridor extérieur de service limité par un haut mur à peine à deux mètres de la fenêtre. Cette situation fait qu’il n’y a pratiquement aucune lumière naturelle qui pénètre dans l’unité. Donc peu importe l’heure de la journée, il fait toujours sombre ! Et comme le petit déjeuner est servi dans l’appartement, ce n’est pas agréable. La photo jointe a été prise le matin d’une journée ensoleillée et dégagée à 09:30 !

Darren (8/5): Modern Hotel in traditional historic city of Vigan Philippines - Large modern room in modern hotel . All was ok
Camille (10/5): Biggest standard room i booked. Worth the money! - The place was nice and the room assigned to us was very spacious. The tourist spots were within walking distance from the hotel so you can get your steps in easily! The room had complete amenities: bathroom essentials (bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion); kitchen appliances (microwave and fridge); kitchenware; tv set and sofa (which are outside the bedroom). (Also appreciated that there were exhaust fans in the kitchen and the bathroom.) Can’t say for sure but it looks like the whole building is a little old already based on how the wooden parts of the room appeared, but they weren’t offputting. They also had a gym on the first floor of the unit, in case you need to work out a little after a whole day’s worth of touring. Lastly, the staff were nice and welcoming, and always ready to help, so they made the stay in Vigan even nicer! Might be because of the age of the building, but there is some sort of smell in the whole unit that bothered us at first. We got used to it after a day since there’s not much we can do about it anyway. Also, on our last day of stay, power went out a couple of times but I’m not sure if that’s a common occurrence since we were usually out of the unit 90% of the day in the past days and I didn’t ask them about it anymore since we were leaving that morning too.

Breakfast included but American breakfast was a disappointment. There was no butter with bread and margarine was later served after complaint.. All cold when it arrived. Happened both days. No info about latest order in the evening of room service. Staff did their best to accommodate.

idanas (9/5): apart from the uncomfortable other double bed. all is well. this hotel is commendable - Breakfast was on time. fruits are fresh and i like the brewed coffee. the other double bed was a makeshift. it is not like the main bed that is comfortable. my son did not sleep well because the bed was too soft and his pillow was quite uncomfortable.

Theresa (8/5): Short stay is enough. Not a lot to see in Vigan. - The location is spot on. The room is clean and bed comfortable. We’re in the first floor and the traffic outside is terrible you hear everything. It gets quiet between 12 midnight until 5am. Next time will book away from the busy road.

Our experience surpassed out expectation Nothing except the front desk forgot to tell us our breakfast will be served in our room, & no restaurant inside which was good. Lessen your cost. The first hotel no restaurant inside first time we experienced which i think is good for your hotel i think.

Jose (10/5): Stay here if you’re to visit Vigan - Calle Crisologo is walking distance from the hotel. The members of the hotel staff are competent and efficient. We remember in particular Ms. Princess who assisted us with our late check in and late dinner. It kicked off our Vigan experience remarkably despite the rain. None.

Claudette (4/5): Maintenance needs attention and have a breakfast room so guest don't need to wash their cutleries - The hotel was walking distance to the plaza and Calle Crisologo. The room is spacious. At first it was just the bathroom that smelled like sewage. So I turned on the exhaust fan to vent it out but it made the smell even worst. We did not sleep comfortable because the entire room smelled like sewage the entire night. The water was only strong when it was cold, it was weak when we used the heater. Breakfast was served in the room which was fine, but guests should not be asked to wash the kitchenware we used in the room after breakfast otherwise there is an additional cleaning fee. It was not our choice to have breakfast in the room, it just so happen the hotel doesn't have a breakfast room.
992markyr (10/5): Simply the best Hotel in Vigan - Simply the best hotel in Vigan and price is just right. Very nice and spacious rooms with dining table, utensils, sofa and kitchen with microwave. Employees are very accomodating, always smiling and well trained. Next time I goto Vigan I will only stay in Paradores de Vigan.

The food should had been cooked upon our arrival in the cafeteria so it's served hot, not cold! Our king size bed rattled so loud as soon as we sat or laid down on the bed!!! It's ridiculous to had paid so much for a noisy uncomfortable bed!

No consistent hot water temperature, faucet n shower hard to regulate temp. It sometimes shocking cold running. Staff are great.

Dennis (9/5): Remarkable Stay - It was very spacious, very clean and friendly staff. The location is great, just 5 minutes to Calle Crisologo. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear noises from outside most especially the tricycles and the beeping cars at the parking lot. There was also a leak on the kitchen basin. In the small TnB, the water is not heating up. They don’t serve butter for breakfast.
