- KRYSTALLO (5/5): Αντι ηρεμιας , ταραχη και απογοητευση. Ποτε δεν ξανασυναντησα κατι αναλογο. - Μονο η θεση. Διακοσμηση τρομακτικη ταχα ως προχωρημενη προταση. Μαυροι πινακες πανω απο το κρεββατι , νεκροκεφαλες στην βαση του κομοδινου καμμια 20σαρια μικρες χρωματιστες και μια μεγαλη σε αλλη βαση διπλα στο κομοδινο. Οι περισσοτεροι δεν θα κοιμοντουσαν το βραδυ. Καταστροφες στο κρεββατι και στον τοιχο, βρωμικοι διακοπτες που κολουσαν, χαρτι υγειας τυπου χαρτοπετσετας που δεν μπορουσες να βγαλεις για χρηση και σκονη που ηταν ορατη. Αυτη η ατυχια μετα απο υπεροχα καταλυματα. Δεν φτανει μονο οτι ηταν στο κεντρο το καταλυμμα θελει και φροντιδα. Δυστυχως ξεχασα να βγαλω φωτογραφιες....

- Carola (10/5): Nel cuore di Napoli… - Ho soggiornato per un totale di 5 giorni con il mio compagno in questa bellissima struttura. La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato “Il Golfo” stupenda, quinto piano con ascensore e vista su via Toledo, in pieno centro!! Il tutto a due passi dalla stazione Metro Toledo, Porto, Piazza Plebiscito e quartieri spagnoli. Stanza insonorizzata, vista la posizione sulla via abbiamo dormito perfettamente. Stanza pulita, in ordine e Martina super gentile, ospitale e disponibile su ogni punto di vista, ci ha indicato il punto più vicino degli autobus per il nostro rientro e fatto sentire veramente a casa. La Vasca idromassaggio super approvata dopo le lunghe giornate a camminare per le vie di Napoli. La colazione non era inclusa, ma avevamo a nostra disposizione la macchina del Caffè, tisane, cappuccino. Approvatissima!!! Se un giorno dovessi ritornare a Napoli, sicuramente The Boutique Napoli Suite sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

- Filippo (10/5): Suite il golfo 🔝 - Ho soggiornato al The Boutique Napoli Suite in via Toledo e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata un’esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: nel cuore di Napoli, su una delle vie più iconiche e vive della città, ideale per visitare a piedi il centro storico, fare shopping e immergersi completamente nell’atmosfera napoletana. La struttura è elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli e trasmette subito una sensazione di comfort e qualità. Le camere sono spaziose, moderne, pulitissime e arredate con grande gusto, un punto in più alla suite “il golfo, con la sua jacuzzi”. Ogni ambiente è pensato per offrire relax e benessere, con servizi all’altezza delle aspettative. Un punto di forza assoluto è l’accoglienza: il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e memorabile. Přestože jsme měli okno do dvora, takže jsme byli ušetřeni hluku z ulice, první noc něco v celém domě hlasitě hučelo. Pak už v pohodě.

Il B&B è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e in una posizione super strategica per vivere Napoli a pieno. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo l’arredamento, moderno ma allo stesso tempo accogliente, l’attenzione per ogni piccolo dettaglio e la sensazione di comfort appena entrati. Tutto è pensato per farti stare bene, davvero impeccabile. Il bagno è qualcosa di spettacolare: design curatissimo, elegante e rilassante… sembrava davvero di essere in una spa, bellissimo! Nonostante sia in pieno centro, gli infissi garantiscono un’insonorizzazione perfetta: non si sente assolutamente nulla, riposo totale! La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, accogliente e con un’energia super positiva che fa subito sentire a casa. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, è stata un’esperienza bellissima sotto ogni punto di vista. Tornerò sicuramente! Nulla, tutto perfetto!

- Amparo (6/5): Bien, pero no mucho... - La ubicación es fantástica, la cama era cómoda y la habitación suficiente para dos personas. Todo muy limpio y el baño es ideal, la verdad. Tiene fallos, pero tiene hidromasaje. No me gustó que al día siguiente de llegar nos increpasen dos mujeres reclamándonos la city tax cuando habíamos quedado con el dueño que la dejábamos al irnos del apartamento en la habitación. También, le dijimos a las chicas de la limpieza que no entrasen en la habitación a limpiar y que no queríamos nada y, que aún así entrasen sin permiso. Además, encontré calcetines de la maleta en el suelo, lo que me hizo pensar que, o se habían tropezado con ella, o que habían buscado en ella. Lo hablé con el dueño y dijo que estaba sacando las cosas de contexto y que solo vinieron a dejar agua. Si yo pago una habitación, pretendo tener unas expectativas de intimidad que no se cumplieron y fue una trasgresión de confianza muy grande. Por otro lado faltaban mantas, la habitación era muy fría

Pareti che dividono le camere troppo sottili e non è presente un termostato in camera che consente di adattare la temperatura. L’unico modo è spegnere il termo.

Partendo dai Muri molto segnati e guarnizioni della doccia che sono vecchie! La struttura del letto è vecchia con il rivestimenti in pelle rovinata, invece il materasso è comodo. Non è presente un armadio ma uno spazio dove puoi appendere i tuoi vestiti con tutti appendimi vecchi e diversi l uno dal altro ( sono piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza!) Le prese sono collose. Ma soprattutto il problema più grande è che i muri sembrano fatti di carta pesta, senti TUTTO quello che arriva dal altra stanza e quando aprono la porta sembra che si stia aprendo la tua!, da rivedere completamente…. Dal nome mi aspettavo MOLTO di più. Purtroppo mi ha ingannato quello e tutte le recensioni 10/10 che forse si riferiscono al altro piano.

La struttura era pulita, accogliente, arredata in stile moderno e con una doccia molto ampia. La ragazza che si è occupata dell’accoglienza è stata molto professionale. All’arrivo ci hanno offerto l’acqua e il caffè. Nella stanza c’era un piccolo frigo con l’acqua. Lo staff ci ha seguito sin da subito e ci ha permesso di arrivare tardi la sera in piena comodità. Veramente un'ottima soluzione per poter soggiornare a Napoli un weekend. Purtroppo c'è molto rumore che viene dalle altre camere e non dalla strada principale. Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire a causa di altri ospiti che stavano "festeggiando" fino alle 5 del mattino. È chiaro che non dipenda dalla struttura ma potrebbe essere migliorata l'insonorizzazione.
