From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed, and the attention to detail made my experience incredibly special. I would like to extend my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Abu Ahmad, who was exceptional in every way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help at any time made a huge difference in my stay. He always had a genuine smile and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would also like to thank the entire staff, who were all extremely friendly, respectful, and highly professional. Their teamwork and dedication clearly reflect the high standards of the hotel. One of the most amazing things about this hotel is the sense of safety and peace of mind you feel throughout your stay. Everything about the hotel made me feel relaxed and at ease, from the welcoming staff to the peaceful environment. It truly felt like a place where you can unwind and enjoy your time without any stress. Once again, a big thank you to Abu Ahmad and the entire team for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Value vs cost is very good, it's a straightforward sleeping space, nothing fancy, nothing special and nothing wrong. The location is literally walking distance from everything you might need in Aqaba. Staff is very friendly and helpful

• Kristine (2/5): We do not recommend. - Location is very good, also the WIFI works and the air conditioner was bonus in the room. The room was very dirty and unclean. I booked nonsmoker room but when we arrived I saw in the room ashtrays. In the evening when I moved the bedside table closer to bed there was on the floor stack of a cigarett. The underbed situation is horrific. I also found in the closet used towel(s). The bathroom shower mixer does not work well. The toilet seat is broken and also the sink is cracked. The room is old and needs ASAP general overhaul and furniture replacement.

• Dr (10/5): Amazing room with a view of the whole city - Central, prime location. Very clean. tidy, well equipped. The check in process was simple. You pay upfront in cash or card. The rooms are large with extra blankets provided. Towels available with lovely sachets of coconut shampoo and blocks of hand soap. The roof top rooms are brilliant as you can access the whole rooftop of the building to yourself. The atmosphere is relaxing. Convenience store next door - has everything you need. Restaurant’s on opposite side of the the road. The beach and sea is 10 minutes away. I was given a single room upgrade to a triple room on the roof. I booked a room on Dweik hotel 1 online. on arrival the hotel was full. I was walked over to Dweik hotel 2 nearby- and provided with a rooftop room due to their error - without a change to my room price. Unable to access WiFi on top floor in your room. WiFi can be accessed if you stand at your room doorway or on the rest of the rooftop. No water available in the rooms/fridge. No towel was in my room. (but was given a towel when I asked for one at reception).

Stuff was mostly helpful, but few of them seamed to be new in the service, beds where not comfortable as we wish, you need to ask to get towels. At the end we choose to go to a better hotel. I didn't like that they close the main door of the hotel at midnight, lights off, some services you'll never get until you ask for,.
• Syed (7/5): decent for budget stays - Good location, less than 10 minutes walk away from the bus station. Appreciate that I was able to check in at 2 AM in the morning. The hotel does not pretend to be fancy. The facilities are average and you get what you paid for.

Lack of toilet paper, soap and towels from the beginning (we had to ask for them). My room also smelt of cigarettes. The staff had low English communication skills. Just a wool blanket but upon request I got a cotton cloth aswell. Nothing all good for me. Maybe the explanation about the room could habe been better. Since I am already in Jordan a while I knew how to use the boiler but a first time tourist may not.

Rooms are ok for the price paid. The outlook of the hotel is not very modern and not that nice compared to Dweik 2 and 3 (part of the same group).

They also let me have late check out on departure. Room was clean. Wifi worked well. Also location is very central and it's good value for money.

• jerome (8/5): Good value for money stay - My stay at Dweik Hotel 1 was definitely "value for money" - If your budget is low and you need a safe place to sleep and enjoy Aqaba, this will definitely do just fine. The people working there are very lovely and helpful and the hotel has the advantage of being located in the "real" centre of Aqaba which will enable you to enjoy the real life and the real people of the city.
